I went to my family medical practitioner for help, and he referred me to Dr. Hajjar. I was reluctant to go because I did not think that anyone could help me. I had been suffering from excessive and tearing skin and a ventral hernia for 18 years. I was at the lowest emotional point I had ever been. I didn’t even want anyone to see me. Micole Heggs: Dr rozzelle did a 8 hr reconstruction surgery on my son head when he was 2 yr old. When I tell u I was a nervous wreck but dr insured me he would be fine and sure enough it was a success. He’s 4 now and u can’t even tell he was cut from ear to ear. It was a long healing process but I thank god for such a gifted surgeon like her. I recommend her she is awesome.

Rebecca Swoveland: I won’t take stars away for Dr. Rozzelle because she did amazing work on my daughter. Her current office staff, or at least the lady I spoke to, leave much to be desired. I called to inform her there was a pile up on the freeway and ask if we could still come if we would be late. I told her my appointment was for 4:20. She very hatefully told me that no it’s for 4. I told her “I’m sorry the appointment card said 4:20” She then says “No it didn’t but it doesn’t matter! She’ll still be seen.” The whole interaction was unprofessional and if I hadn’t already had appointments with Dr. Rozzelle, I may have considered other options.

Joshua Aylward: Dr Rozzelle has done surgery on 2 of my kids. My daughter had crainio vault reconstruction at 8 mos, which turned out beautifully. She has done 2 surgeries so far on my son for a bilateral cleft lip & palate. She is skilled at what she does. Dr Rozzelle takes her patients care very seriously. Their health and safety is a concern for her. I feel like she will do everything in her power to make sure our kids medical needs are addressed. She is a perfectionist & it shows in the quality of care she provides her patients. She’ll even get down on a child’s level to explain a procedure to them in a way they can understand. Her office staff have been helpful over the years (so far we’ve worked with her for 7 1/2 years. We have another decade to go). Her assistant, Peggy, is particularly helpful. Dr Rozzelle is definitely a doctor you want on your child’s team.

Her misleading statements led to the removal of my child. 18 months later & $6,000 later...my child was returned...with an apology from CPS! I was told not to google my kids procedure due to the graphic nature...I wish I wouldn't have listened to that...Do yourself a favor...take the trip to U of M Mott Children's,Ann Arbor or Beaumont Children's, Royal Oak

Linda Matthews: I’m posting anonymously due to the nature of the type of surgery. I’m writing this after going to two other consultations and experiencing how other professional clinics are. When I went for a consult at Straith, the young lady at the desk ignored me and had her back to me. Presumably she didn’t hear me, but I saw her shopping on Amazon. What kind of office allows for their staff to sit with their laptops propped up in a way that could record us, or take our personal information. No other staff including the doctor had a portable computer or device. Another gal came out to greet me who was pleasant, the nurse was pleasant and the most enjoyable part of the visit, however the consult with the doctor felt rushed. I had some questions regarding my skin, they introduced me to the skin tech, turned out the rude young gal was the skin tech. I could tell she was disinterested in my concerns, and had something negative to say about every product I use. Which is fine, but the attitude was not needed. I asked her about her expertise, it didn’t sound like she’s been doing it very long. I’ve gone to two consultations since then, one last week and one today, the doctors both took their time, and at one I met with the skin lady. She was very thorough, including putting my face in a special device to better understand my needs.

I was under the impression that I would be getting them taken off today but since they were running late I now have to wait another 6 weeks for a 30 minute procedure that could’ve been done if they were professional enough to be on time.
