The A Team, Joe and Matt, called ahead, unloaded the truck, and checked the order over, making sure everything was excellent condition. Neila: This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. On Jan. 3, 2022; Josh the VP promised that my supplies for my bathroom remodel would be in 3-4 weeks. Well It's March 7th and some still aren't in. He was rude to me on the telephone when I called in February to ask about the supplies that were holding up my bathroom remodel. I paid them $6,000 via check and they gave a refund for a tub sprout to a contractor on his credit card. Never use Eddie Jones' Plumbing and Heating because he's a liar and a crook.Josh from Advance will not give the customer a refund that you paid for but will give his contractor friend your money. And when Eddie Jones tell you that you're getting a discount don't believe him because you can get the EXACT same parts from Amazon or Builders for at least $100 cheaper and within two days.Because of both of these poor businessmen, my bathroom remodeling job took two months instead of one.

Timothy Draughan: No one is knowledgeable of the products that's there and what they're used for when you do talk to someone they ask you about stuff that you're not even asking about to try to sell other things that's not related to the items that you come there for. They always try to confuse you, instead of just giving you the items that you asked for. And for a bunch of men that certified to do plumbing or plumbing knowledgeable the only one that is knowledgeable and that is capable of helping you with knowing everything is a lady that's there and she's been there twice out of the three times that I've visited this store.

Sean McGreal: Avoid this Home Depot. You will wait in line for 25 minutes with only two cashiers working, countless employees walking around not doing anything, all while walking past four functioning self-checkout stations that are marked closed.

Mocha B: This is more of a review for the Penske Truck Rental inside. Gary at the Tool Rental counter was extremely helpful in explaining my bill details line by line. He called another location to get details for me and helped me park my truck as I was nervous about driving a large vehicle. I was really stressed out after my move but having an easy and positive experience here really relieved a lot of that.

Justin Mayer: This location is one of the worst Home Depot that I’ve been to. Service is horrible!! Went to buy a lawn mower which the website said there were 10+ in stock, asked an associate several times for someone to help me (the mowers are all locked up) they said they called for someone, we waited for 45 minutes before getting sick of waiting and just left. I then ordered it for curbside pickup hoping to be able to pick it up the following days (as promised when I placed the order). Over 24 hours later and my order still wasn’t ready for pickup so I cancelled it. I then drove to the Roseville location, asked for help from an associate who immediately helped me locate the mower in alternate location since the one in the main mower area had a damaged box - she walked me straight over to the available inventory in another part of the store, helped me load it onto the flatbed cart and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.Don’t waste your time at this location, just drive the extra 10 minutes to Roseville - even with the extra drive time you’ll complete your shopping trip faster.

Joe Viviano: The worst shopping experience of my life. I spent over 2 hours and bought nothing. Try to buy a mower and fertilizer with a 15% of coupon mailed to me. Cost is over $1000 and the coupon rings up as $23. I tell the cashier it’s wrong. He insists it’s correct. Tries to tell me my math in my head doesn’t match the computer. Calls a manger twice. Manager never comes. He tells me to go to customer service. Two of them behind the customer service counter agree with me that it should ring up because lawn equipment is not excluded but tell me there’s nothing they can do because coupons are set by corporate so I need to call and they will not call anyone for me because it’s Sunday. I give up and try to buy it full price and the registers break in the garden center. Manager is called. Eventually I walk inside for the other registers. They have one register and one self check out working. Obviously a huge line. I eventually just leave my cart and walk out.

jamie bordato: Continued horrible experiences with curbside pick up. Employees in the parking lot lie. I waited over an hour on two occasions. Most recently app let me say I was coming they said it will be ready when I get there. Show up, app lies says curbside isn't open. It was. But no one answers so I left. Came back again, already a half hour wasted, a second trip puts me at 45 minutes and app says someone is coming. I called 6 times. Phones are not picked up. People pick up the phone then hang it up to make you go away. App continued to say someone was coming. No one was coming. Almost 2 hours in I finally get my product. I should have just canceled the order at bought it at ace where my work truck won't get stolen. Avoid Eastland home depot. If you need absolute no help it's a 2.5/5. If you need assistance forget it. Go somewhere else
