I also received exceptional customer service! Cookie is amazing at what she does and the products that she offers!!! I am beyond happy with the results and the entire experience ! My son was super ecstatic when he saw Knuckles, Mario, and Luigi at his birthday party ! And the time and effort put into the entry of the characters was so perfect!
