Nikole Clarke: EDIT: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE. They have you submit your personal information and they give you false negative Covid test results.Quick and convenient! Could have more information on their site but I have some notes below to help out.Instructions on how to get here: Pretend like you're going into Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Notice the apartment-looking lobby to the right. Notice the intercom on the far right of that lobby door. There's instructions next to the intercom but you'll want to call the Covid center (on the fourth floor). For me, the call failed the first time but I tried again and it worked. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and you're all set! The employees will handle the rest.

Jacob H: Said it opened at 8 I waited out in the cold with 20 other people for 2 hours just for them to stuff us all into one small room. I still havnt gotten my results yet after taking the test and it’s been over an hour
David V: Do not use this location. They do not change their gloves between patients. High chance of covid cross contamination. They hand you the swab using gloves that received the last person's swab. More like a covid spreading site than a testing site.
Lauren Harrington: Although my testing experience was pleasant, I would not trust the results from this location. I got an email with my results 3 minutes after I left, I hadn’t even gotten in my car yet, and the result was negative. It was my understanding that results took about 15 minutes. Not sure of the accuracy, I took two other rapid tests hours later that both came back positive. I would not trust the results at this location.
Rev Karen Gates: -5 stars NEVER RECEIVED RESULTS! No drive up. Took multiple attempt to get into location. No social distancing or line up instructions. One person at small desk who was leaving it up to clients to share or figure out what they needed to do. No answers or voicemail at phone number given. Never received a response when sending email through website.
Jermaine Au Natural (JermaineRyan527): This must be a closed location or the hours are horribly wrong. The phone encumber isn’t active.Second time in two days trying this location and there was no answer.
Paul: Went there on Sunday around 2 and the place was closed. I called their phone number and I got a message saying the persons voice mail is not set up. I visited the same location a week prior and asked if they would be open the day after Christmas and the nurse said “maybe”. The nurse went on to tell me that she and other nurses who worked there were not happy because the owner of the company was trying to force them to go from an 8 hour work day to a 12 hour workday with no overtime and only one 30 minute break. She went on to say the testing center may not be open because the employees are not happy with having to work 12 hours with no overtime and only a 30 minute break.
Erick Bzovi: The Google location website said they were open till 7pm but it wasn’t open at 4:30pm 🙄.People count on accurate information when planning their timeAlso, the phone number went to a full voicemail box.

MyOnly J: 15 to 20 minutes? TRY 3 DAYS AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED RESULTS. I have to drag my a$$ back up there again. Ridiculous. Thank god it’s free bc no one should be paying for this service. It’s Covid, not the common cold — quick and efficient results matter.

Osha Gee: went to get me and my 3 little ones tested and got the pleasure of being helped by a nurse named Caila. let me tell you if you’re having trouble getting appointments or finding somewhere to get tested this is the place!!!! Was fast and easy even with 3 kids under 10 and she was so helpful and patient. We’ve been tested elsewhere but the staff at this location made the experience exceptional!
Alexa Bryan: Love this place. I've had to go twice now for testing and it's a very seamless process. No appointment necessary and in and out within 10 minutes. Rapid tests have come back within 5 minutes. Definitely keeping as my go to testing site!!

Ruth Spalding: I booked my appointment through Solv but in the future I'll book through Olive. They have a very smooth process of scanning a QR code to fill out intake forms, then they swab you in the car. Easy breezy I got my PCR results the same day. I will definitely be a repeat customer as long as Covid exists. Ferndale apparently made them take down their big sign, so they were harder to find, they are in a small grey building right behind an auto repair shop (blue building) at the intersection on Livernois. The google directions are accurate, if you drive past, just turn into the small parking lot of a grey building. They are next to a big dirt parking lot. Now that I know where I'm going it's going to be a smooth experience.
Susan Morford: What a great experience for having to get a quick PCR Covid test prior to international travel. Easy registration online, available appointments, and even the drive-through testing was a breeze. The person that came out to conduct the test was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this service!!
lanna ecker: 15/10 recommend. Easy to order kits online, we were Canadians coming over for a hockey game. We ended up showing up early for our appointments and Mike was so accommodating (give that man a raise). Everything went smoothly and quickly. We got our results back before 6 pm and were swabbed at 1130 am ish. I will definitely be back to using this lab again
Brian Postlethwaite: We found ourselves in need of a quick turnaround COVID PCR test on a Saturday in Detroit to get back into Canada. Found Olive Labs on google maps and called for help. Michael told us get to their lab and they should be able to help. Michael took our swabs in the parking lot and said have a nice lunch and the test results should be ready by 4pm. Results emailed at 3pm and across the boarder by 4 pm with no problems. Pricing was more than fair. Olive Labs is the real deal. Customer service at its best…
Ánh (Anna): I went here to get my PCR test done for my international travel. The staff was very friendly. The result was sent to me quickly, much sooner than expected. I did the next-day PCR test, but received my result in the same day. Definitely recommend!

Norris Ham: Olive Labs provided exceptional customer service from the point of inquiry/first contact to receipt of results. The lab technician who collected our samples was incredibly professional, and she was more than accommodating with collecting samples on our young children. She was gentle and reassuring throughout the experience. Each question I asked of Olive Labs was answered fully and completely. And the results were provided in a professional manner which surpassed all airline and airport guidelines. We had specific country requests as our international travel included a destination which required additional information on the results. Olive Labs knew exactly what was needed; because they were so knowledgeable, my fears related to testing and travel were mitigated. Our family will choose Olive Labs from this point forward for all of our Covid testing needs.

Richard Sennema: My mother used Olive Labs in April when she returned from Florida to Canada. Everything went smoothly. I needed a PCR test for a trip from Ontario to Michigan then back to Ontario. I called one of the big Michigan health care providers, who are also providing this service, and asked how early I have to get there in time for their 1:30pm deadline. The receptionist said we get really busy around noon so come early. I said will it take over an hour ? She hinted that it could take longer than that. I chose Olive Labs because they are small and do just 1 thing. When you call, you will get one of the friendly technicians to actually answer the phone. My appointment was for 11am but I was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I could come early. No problem. Got there at 10am, two technicians in lab coats and masks come out to meet you at your car. You stay in your car and roll down the window to get your nose swabbed. They only have to go inside your nose about 1/4" and it is very gentle. I was done in 5 minutes. I received my test result pdf in my email later that day and much earlier than expected. What an excellent business with great employees!

I had been using the U of M lab in Northville for a very long time and it always felt as though the employees were unhappy. Here at Beaumont Grosse Pointe outpatient lab the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and really care about their patients.Verdell, Meltrina, Azra and Yanko are fantastic!!!I would give more stars if they were available!!!!
Carol Cerwin: Usually no more than a 5 minute wait for walk in on Saturdays. Checked in at 8am for fasting blood work and walked out at 9am when it looked like at least another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes of waiting. Another patient, diabetic like me, also walked out after waiting so long.

samantha lynne: I decided to get a hair follicle drug test done so I can bring the results to an upcoming custody hearing. I was already uncomfortable and embarrassed that I even had to go through this kind of testing but the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The gentleman explained that this kind of testing is more common than I would of thought making me feel a little more at ease. He explained set up and what he was doing as he was doing it thoroughly, and answered all and any questions I had. 10/10 recommend. It was a little ways away but the drive was absolutely worth it.
Dima M: They either don’t listen or have bad communications with actual labs that do testing. I had tests done here three times and all three times they didn’t follow instructions and did the wrong test. Never again. Employees are very nice, but that’s about it.

carrie Laux: After an awful experience with another testing facility where the collector didn’t even wear gloves & the building’s community restroom smelled of a barnyard, I went to Any Test Now in Royal Oak. My appointment was prompt, I was there about 25 minutes total. They were courteous, very professional & very clean. The young lady wore gloves & a mask & gave clear instructions. While it may have cost more than the other place, the quality & security of the service I received was well worth it. Thank you!

Kimberly Maxwell: Honestly I had a very great experience here. Me and also my son grandmother seeing as that we we’re getting a grandparents dna test done. One the lab tech was very polite and she kept changing her gloves consistently throughout the process which gave me a sense of relief that wouldn’t anything be cross contaminated. She was also very good with my 7month old son who is very busy, currently loves grabbing whatever he lays his eyes on and she kept him calm while doing the testing. An all over she was just very pleasant to deal with which I loved. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of testing done.
Tori Gianino: Had to get a Covid test for work and called for an appointment. Not only did they get me in right away, my results were back in less than 48-hours! Also, I have a tendence to hyperventilate when I see the needle and the tech who took my blood was so calming and distracted me so well I didn't even realize I was being distracted! Before you knew it, it was over and I didn't feel a thing! The facility is clean and the staff is professional. I will definitely go back should I need any more lab work done. Highly recommend!
