I put it down at a drive through and it would not go back up. It was snowing and sleeting during a horrible storm. He was swamped but he was so nice and immediately got me a rental car and had my car fixed the next day. Jason is so professional and knowledgeable and it is very much appreciated.

Shu Chuan: Be careful!!! I went in for an oil change, and after 45 minutes, Tiffany, the service manager, took me to the back and said you may need to change the oil panel if the nut leaks after the oil change. Went in for a $99 oil change, but could be $4,000 if something happens. How is this possible? I had my oil change at this location the last 2 times. Usually, they take pictures or videos before they start the work but not this time. You know that feeling when people are not being honest, that is what i was feeling. I will never take my BMW to this location and will share my experience with my family friends and bmw community.

Debbie Vainio: It was time to replace my 2006 BMW X5 and I went to BMW of Rochester Hills on a Thursday evening to meet with Tonya Murray and test drive an X5 (to compare to the X3 I was considering purchasing). As soon as I finished the test drive, I decided to purchase the X5, the same one that I test drove. To my very pleasant surprise, Tonya was able to get everything done, from financing paperwork to getting the car prepped, to taking my old car in for a trade, to scheduling time for me with Aaron (“The Genius”), and so I was able to drive the car home Saturday afternoon. It has been 17 years since I last went thru this process and I was so impressed with how easy it was for me; no stress at all, quick and efficient - sales, finance, and delivery. A great experience all around!

Paul Grattarola: Service department is horrible. They just don't care. Forced to move to MI due to Hurricane Ian. Had insurance work that needed to be done. It took 3 weeks,when I picked up my 2008, 335i it was still filthy(inside and out), the dashboard still did not work (needed a new batter that a different shop later diagnosed) and it had 60 miles to empty. I gave it to them with 3/4 of a tank of premium gas. $2400.00 Will NEVER go there again. Yes this is late but it's been bugging me.
