jyothi rao: Suggested 15000 miles service.When billing did not breakdown what all was done for the 15000 miles service.The cost of this service was unreasonable.
Denise Smith: My husband purchased a 2018 Yukon Denali and our sales team was phenomenal. Unfortunately when it came time for servicing the vehicle, it was a little less stellar. The air conditioner went out at the start of the summer. We brought the truck in and they kept it for 2 days with no call. My husband had to call and then at that time they said that it needed a part. Ok, was anyone going to call? The part ended up taking 3 months to arrive due to shipping issues, but the issue that we had was the fact that we received no call. Again. He had to call and "miraculously" it had arrived on the truck that day. I doubt it. Once again we brought the truck in and they said it would be done that day. By 330 we had heard nothing so my husband just went up there and they said they were working on it. He then told them he was gonna wait for it. Then once again, an issue. All of a sudden the tool or machinery that was needed to work on the car wasn't there and they would not be able to fix it that day. Once again, WAS NO ONE GOING TO CALL?? If he didn't go up there they would have just not called or answered their phone ( he has called before and was on hold for an hour because they said he had to talk to a particular technician, who never ended up coming to the phone). He had to show out and then the next time we brought it in they repaired it the same day. They ended up waiving the deductible, which was appreciated, but we would have preferred to pay the $100 to avoid all of this inconvenience. Now less than a month later the air has gone out again. Let's see what happens when he goes back.
Joya Mills: I went for an oil change, tire rotation and they always include a diagnostic. They have excellent customer service and mechanics. I always receive top notch service.
Rob Goedert: Service is clean and professional and it's nice how they wash the car before returning it. However, make sure you allow plenty of time: my oil change + tire rotation appointment was for 2:30, and I did not get my car back before 4:30.

Marischeil Terry: I got an oil change at this location and about three days later I noticed oil leaking from my car. I called and left a message for my service advisor, Terry. He called back within 10 minutes and told me not to drive my truck there, he was sending technicians to me. They arrived 15 minutes later and serviced my Yukon right there in my drive way! I was impressed! Tommy and Dan found the problem, tighten up a gasket, replaced my oil and was on their merry way. Great job guys!Service:Oil change

Janelle Schmidt: Brought my car in for a problem with the engine, and 9 days later when the engine repair was finished, my car was given back to me with a broken interior door handle. Broken to the point of me having to roll down my window and open the door from the outside handle. I pointed this out to the clerk, and the shop looked it over, and charged me $100 to fix it. They said that they it was already damaged when I brought it in, which I think means that the interior mechanisms were damaged but it was still fully functional for me. I get that it might've been broken under the surface, but from my perspective as a customer, I gave them a car with a working door handle and they gave me back a car with a broken door handle, didn't tell me that it was broken, and when I noticed, charged me $100 to fix it and kept it another (10th) day in the shop.Really bad customer service in my opinion.*UPDATE* : it's 2 days later. They waved the fee after I spoke to them about the unfairness and terminated my account! Bumping this review up to 2 stars! woo!

Alexis D'Angelo García: I've had my Buick serviced here for over 2 years. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Falcon A has been my service advisor many times. He helps me get the most out of my warranties and set a long term maintenance plan i can afford. Plus he helped me get my baby seats out of my car, into a loaner, and back again (not an easy feat). Two thumbs up.
Jordan Smellie: LOL NO. Service here is three times the price of everywhere else and they take three times as long to do it.I was due for an oil change, tire rotation, and A/C recharge. I planned to go to my regular neighborhood shop, but I got a coupon in the mail for a $25 oil change and tire rotation at Suburban Buick GMC; since that was about $8 cheaper than my shop, I decided to give Suburban a shot. I'd only ever been there once before, for an airbag-recall repair.I called Suburban to ask about the cost of an A/C recharge. "$175, and it'll take about two hours." NO THANKS. My shop did it for $89, with the exact same equipment, and had it done in 23 minutes. Now I drive down to Suburban for the oil change and tire rotation.1 hour, 45 minutes.It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. $28 after taxes, but without the coupon, it would have been $62. That is insane. That is all insane. My regular shop would have cost me maybe $35 but would gotten me back to my life in less than 30 minutes.No apology for the wait, and in fact no recognition whatsoever that nearly two hours is a completely unreasonable duration for such a simple service.The staff I interacted with were polite and proactive, as they are at any dealership service department, and that's the only reason they get two stars instead of one. I guess their lounge is nice too, which is useful since you'll be there all damn day.

Randy Wagner, the Sales Manager went out of his way to secure the vehicle we wanted from another dealership and Lamont Richmond, the Business Manager was extremely efficient in handling all of the documents. I wouldn't hesitate to refer all my family and friends to Matick Buick-GMC, they have a great team.
