Mocha B: This is more of a review for the Penske Truck Rental inside. Gary at the Tool Rental counter was extremely helpful in explaining my bill details line by line. He called another location to get details for me and helped me park my truck as I was nervous about driving a large vehicle. I was really stressed out after my move but having an easy and positive experience here really relieved a lot of that.

Justin Mayer: This location is one of the worst Home Depot that I’ve been to. Service is horrible!! Went to buy a lawn mower which the website said there were 10+ in stock, asked an associate several times for someone to help me (the mowers are all locked up) they said they called for someone, we waited for 45 minutes before getting sick of waiting and just left. I then ordered it for curbside pickup hoping to be able to pick it up the following days (as promised when I placed the order). Over 24 hours later and my order still wasn’t ready for pickup so I cancelled it. I then drove to the Roseville location, asked for help from an associate who immediately helped me locate the mower in alternate location since the one in the main mower area had a damaged box - she walked me straight over to the available inventory in another part of the store, helped me load it onto the flatbed cart and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.Don’t waste your time at this location, just drive the extra 10 minutes to Roseville - even with the extra drive time you’ll complete your shopping trip faster.

Joe Viviano: The worst shopping experience of my life. I spent over 2 hours and bought nothing. Try to buy a mower and fertilizer with a 15% of coupon mailed to me. Cost is over $1000 and the coupon rings up as $23. I tell the cashier it’s wrong. He insists it’s correct. Tries to tell me my math in my head doesn’t match the computer. Calls a manger twice. Manager never comes. He tells me to go to customer service. Two of them behind the customer service counter agree with me that it should ring up because lawn equipment is not excluded but tell me there’s nothing they can do because coupons are set by corporate so I need to call and they will not call anyone for me because it’s Sunday. I give up and try to buy it full price and the registers break in the garden center. Manager is called. Eventually I walk inside for the other registers. They have one register and one self check out working. Obviously a huge line. I eventually just leave my cart and walk out.

jamie bordato: Continued horrible experiences with curbside pick up. Employees in the parking lot lie. I waited over an hour on two occasions. Most recently app let me say I was coming they said it will be ready when I get there. Show up, app lies says curbside isn't open. It was. But no one answers so I left. Came back again, already a half hour wasted, a second trip puts me at 45 minutes and app says someone is coming. I called 6 times. Phones are not picked up. People pick up the phone then hang it up to make you go away. App continued to say someone was coming. No one was coming. Almost 2 hours in I finally get my product. I should have just canceled the order at bought it at ace where my work truck won't get stolen. Avoid Eastland home depot. If you need absolute no help it's a 2.5/5. If you need assistance forget it. Go somewhere else

This Lowe's doesn't have price tags on their lumber, or pavers, so you won't know how much you're paying.Then, when they ring up the items, they no longer show item pricing on the display.They want to scam you on pricing, then hide it so you can't see. Sara A: Update:Lawrence and Charles changed my whole experience, he helped soooo much with the credit card and was able to apply everything to my big purchase in a timely manner, also very professional and friendly!Previous: Offer to apply for a credit card every time I came in and the one day I decided to apply to take advantage of the 20% off, the lady (Wilma) at customer service said she didn’t know how to do that and had me scan a QR code and then I had to wait OVER AN HOUR to get a response with my cart full of stuff. Very upset, I though employees were there to help clients apply for cards?? Then the supervisor was short and not helpful at all… very disappointed!

The cashier was a young boy looked to be about 10 yrs old. He was very disrespectful to us both. I asked him if he would speak to his mother or Aunt or sisters the same way he spoke to us. He responded no. My sister and I are African American I'm not sure what his nationality is. I returned every item I bought from the store and left. I will never shop here again.

Deneen Shinall: Each time I have been in this store the employees are very helpful but they do not enforce wearing a mask. There are always several merchants roaming about and they will not make them put a mask on. I think if most of the customers are in compliance with the mask mandate then all should be. The statement is on the door of the building but they walk about and act as though they don't see their customers not wearing them. And for this I give the store a very low rate.

They carry various brands. Team is friendly and knowledgeable. Good location. Store is always clean. Ordering online and in-store pickup process is easy. I like the rewards system. Saves me money!
