The other Dave showed me in detail all of the features on my new ride!! Overall the experience was absolutely amazing! The customer service was so amazing, and when I brought it home I did notice a small scratch on my rear brake light. I let Dave know and the next day it was seamlessly repaired at Genesis Cadillac Collision Center to which I was given the same excellent service, they even got me in early! After the repair Dave followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the process. CHANTEL LOVE: WORST dealership ever, the service department is HORRIBLE! You will wait for six hours (or more) for your vehicle to be serviced and the owner does not care if you complain. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and advised the owner of this who did not take my complaint seriously. After speaking with her, she advised that she would do something “special” for me to retain my business but then I never heard from her. This dealership is unprofessional and they do not know how to run a business. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. Gave them one star because my salesman was AWESOME but that’s not enough to keep me as a customer. BEWARE take your business elsewhere!

Literally no one from the service department has called me back. They never even diagnosed it until I contacted General Motors after 4 months. James Mitchell (Bigg James): All around 5 star dealership. In October of 2021 I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ct6 from saleswomen Pat Bugay which was a great experience. She has some years in the business and very knowledgeable about my vehicle I selected. I think my favorite part of the whole experience was when they did a complete unveiling of my vehicle when I picked it up. As shown in the video.last week I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance service and the service rep Aisha H. Was great as always, I had a couple of things done prior but i just drop my car off. This time I decided to wait around and the whole vibe of the dealership was something you would expect from a luxury car dealer everyone was very tentative making sure I was taken care of and comfortable they had plenty of refreshments. It was a couple of salesmen that remembered me and even the vehicle I purchased made me feel like I was welcomed 5star dealer for sure. I've owned 7 Cadillacs in the past and I must say when I'm ready to purchase my next one I'm definitely going to start my shopping here👍🏾.
Danita Douglas: I have had very questionable experiences at this Dealership. From bad customer service, to not having my problem fixed even after bringing my Escalade there three times, only to be ignored and told some made up story of why my brand new, over priced brakes was still squeaking worse than when I brought it in. Also, after taking my truck in for a recall fix, I received a free multi- point inspection and was told I needed over $2700 worth of work done … after getting a second opinion, I got the brakes fixed ( that Prestige put in less than 6 months ago), one of the issues they identified fixed ( also I asked them to fix this previously only to be told they didn’t hear anything wrong) and some other body work done at another shop for less than half of the quote from Prestige. I feel like they did not listen nor was interested in helping me and tried to charge me for work that didn’t need to be done.

Crystal Nassouri: I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and software update based on symptoms in Tech Service Bulletin. Also said "no car wash". Was told 4 days so I dropped off on Sunday night. No call on Mon. I called Weds, Thurs, Fri, still not ready. Finally got an invoice on Sat, was overcharged for diagnosis and they replaced a TMS and I was charged for it. They adjusted the diag fee and cut the price only slightly on the TMS (ended up paying about $100 for a service I did not ask for or authorize). Picked up Sunday AM (after hours, it's now been 7 days for an oil change and reflash..) and 2 issues - tire on which TMS was replaced was flat and the car had been washed (I said no wash, i have a ceramic coating!). 2 weeks of adding air to tire, take it to my local tire place, and they found tire lip was cracked. Arguing back and forth about whether or not they were at fault finally resulted in Suburban paying for a replacement tire. This entire ordeal went from mid December until the end of January! I am in such disbelief of how poor the communication could be at an upscale dealership.I talked to 5 different people through the process and no one had any idea what was going on. Such incompetence, cost me so much time, money, and frustration. Just so bad; take your business elsewhere where they will treat your vehicle with respect.

Illia: I had a worst experience ever with Suburban Cadillac of Troy. I own Cadillac XT5 2019. I noticed that during driving when the engine switches to 4 cylinders, pushing gas pedal slowly some vibration appears. I came to the service, explained the problem, they did diagnostic and told me that everything is fine and the is no and DTCs and everything works properly. I came back to the service driving the vehicle together with mechanic I reproduced the problem and they proceeded to diagnose. Then they told me that there is a problem with exhaust pipe, and it will cost me about $1300 to fix, but I am pretty sure that the problem is with engine. I sent an email asking - if I pay for the exhaust pipe and the problem is not fixed - what next? They didn't reply me for a long time so after 5 days I took my car back but after I took it away - there was a sound similar to a problem with the exhaust, which was not there before, and it appears at any speed, no matter how many cylinders are working. As a result - $100 for diagnostic, 7 days without car (spent money for car rental), broken exhaust pipe, no answer on the email, no answer on the calls, they don't call back even when you leave a message on the answering machine.

Robert Randall: I dropped my car off at Ray Laethem at the appointed time of 3:15 pm on 4/25/2023 and by 6:00 pm that day My Buick was indicating there was no longer an issue with my car's emissions system - I guess they reset that with GM first. Not long after that Will Lane called and said the EVAP purge pump needed replacement and another had to be aquired from another state. On the 27th at 6:54 am, I recieved a text from Will saying the car was ready for pick-up. Later in the morning he called and I told him I received his text and was going to come for it soon. We then picked it up with no problems. I mentioned to Will that my key fob starting feature is not dependable. He said that was because of the Check Engine lamp illumination, but that problem did not change - the car ignores my commant to lock the doors so I can start it with the fob. I emailed Will about this last night but am still waiting for a reply. If this continues I will have to bring it back in for that. I also bought my 1987 Pontiac 6000 from Ray Laethem and was very satisfied with their dealed then also.

deana geluso: update: Emailed the company like the response says.. and no answer or return email was acknowledged.. Great company NotI will never take my car here again for service! If they find nothing wrong you have to pay, even if your under warranty. Very unhappy with this place. I really like the dealership and thought i was in good hands when i bought this car 5 months ago, but i will be taking it to another service center from now on
Nick Markus: Tried to buy a new cadillac from 2 other local dealers where I have bought from before. Could even come close to the deal I got from Jim Riehls Friendly Cadillac. God's Little Favors: In April 2023 I had an oil change at this Cadillac dealership. Although the service manager was nice I must post this review. I brought in a 2008 Cadillac CTS that is normally serviced at another Cadillac dealership, upon having an oil change performed I was told that it is not part of the oil change service to do an inspection and provide to the customer items that may be of concern (brakes etc). I know that this is not true if my vehicle were a newer Cadillac. My Cadillac was not washed nor vacuumed after it was serviced. I payed to have my vehicle inspected and upon picking up my vehicle noticed that whomever was driving my vehicle had the emergency brake on and left it on while they were driving my vehicle. I told the service manager. When I received my bill it just stated at the bottom of the my oil change receipt that the brakes and calipers need to be replaced. There is not an itemized bill of what needs to be done nor did it have cost of labor and materials for me if I wanted to have the work done. Although my vehicle is older I do maintain it very well. I really had a bad experience and will not be returning unfortunately.

This is my 3rd vehicle over the years bought from this dealer. Phil also came within my price point for the bottom line sale/monthly payment. Service is always top notch too, Jarrod has always been great to work with for all my service needs. 5 stars for me all around.

Jeremy Nickel: I called them on a Wednesday morning about a vehicle I wanted to buy. I'm in Tennessee but was coming to visit family the following day and wanted to be able to have all the paperwork signed and have the vehicle ready to be delivered to my sister's house by the time I got there. They dragged their feet all day Wednesday getting me the paperwork. The entire ride to MI I waited for them to send me the docu-sign. I had talked to them several times and they said they were working on it or they sent it but I didn't get it. I had also asked the salesman to let me know if there was any visible dents scratches or etc. He said not that he saw. There was a couple minor ones that I felt he could have disclosed but didn't. I bought it anyway. After I returned to Tennessee, they called stating that the gave me the title and I needed to send it back, which I did. I tried to follow up with the salesman a few days later to find out if they received the title and where I needed to make payments and when they were due. No response. I finally call to talk to the manager on Oct 19, my temp tag expired Oct 22 and the finally overnight the paperwork so I can register my vehicle. I received it on the 22nd, a Friday, when I worked. So of course I can't get it registered til Monday. They did send me a $200 check for my trouble but this should have never happened and should have been taken care of immediately. I will say that despite my attitude they remain friendly and try to correct it but why did it take so long? This should have been a quick easy sale over the phone. I later found out that the touch screen is delaminated and asked the salesman about that too but I never heard back from him. I would have much rather got it fixed vs the $200.I love the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that I bought but what a hassle. I would not recommend the place nor would I go back
Shawn A: I have a nearly perfect credit score, and was in the market to lease a new vehicle. I simply called in to get a few details before I made an appointment with a salesman. The gentleman I was connected to spoke to me with the most condescending tone I have ever experienced in my life, he actually seemed aggravated that I had any questions for him at all like he did not have the time to be on the phone. A shame because he lost a client, but there is no shortage of Cadillac dealerships in Michigan. I will simply go elsewhere.I will never consider bringing my business here, and I caution those reading this to maybe think twice

Rowenna Harless: On Tuesday I brought my car to service department. My cue went out and radio wouldn't turn off when you open the door. I was told that there was no one working that could look at it. My biggest concern was that with the radio not turning off that my battery would go dead. I made a appointment for Monday which I will not be back. The man told me that if battery dies I would have to have to jump the car and bring it back on Monday. I'm not sure what the guy's name was but he didn't care about my concerns about the car. He basically made me feel like he couldn't be bothered with me. I ended up taking it to prestige cadillac and they fixed it until a part comes in. I will never recommend any one to go to Jim riehls cadillac for any service concerns. And he was not very friendly.

SFJ Girl: Whoever manages their website needs to update their vehicle availability. Called to inquire about a vehicle, only to be told VERY rudely and abruptly by the salesperson, that all the vehicles "were already spoken for." Not so "Friendly" customer service! Guess I'll have to spend $100k at another dealership instead since "Friendly" obviously doesn't need the business.
Destiny Mallett: The entire customer service team were stupendous. Everyone had a great attitude and greeted you with smiles. Jarrod went above and beyond to assist me. He has phenomenal commutation skills and very considerate for my time. My vehicle was serviced in last than a hour. These guys are the best!!!! I will definitely schedule future services with them.

Randy was so nice over the phone, and he told me that the first opening would be in a few days, but to come in anyways and that he would take care of me right away. He was so nice over the phone and he was even nicer in person. My husband and I greatly appreciated the service and care they gave us. We were in and out in less than an hour, and they found something going on with my front tires that I had to get taken care. We will definitely be back to this dealer, and will look forward to seeing Randy and his staff members.

L P: RED CARPET EXPERIENCEThis morning I got in my car heading to work. I realized my "Change oil light" was on. I stopped in the Cadillac Of Novi Dealership to make an appointment. I actually ran into my favorite person in the parking lot, who also happens to be my neighbor as well, Manager, Michael Pasquinzo. He greeted me with a smile, walked me Into the service bay and Introduce me to Eamorn Bolinger. Eamorn, begin writing me up on the spot. Keith Elkins came over with a huge welcoming smile, he began sharing the procedures of my visit. He explained to me about my first free oil change. He also mentioned to me I could take advantage of future savings on my next required oil changes. I will definitely take advantage of that. While I waited for a ride to work, I met Peter Yatooma, he asked me if he could help me with anything. I shared with him, I just walked in this area waiting for the driver.He turned towards two guys sitting at a table and asked one to take me to work. This all happened within 35 minutes or less. Later in the day before I even thought of my vehicle, Keith Elkins was at my "desk" with my key fob and a positive report on "paper" of my vehicle service appointment.
