Although I recommend choosing one of their standard layouts, if you do make special requests the team will stand by their work. The team is also open-minded about exploring alternative ways of doing things. I had a very positive experience working with Ty, Reed, Rick, and Kim as they researched ways to achieve my goals and implemented them.

Henry Brown: My name is Henry Brown owner of Nu Line Motor Coach, I have used Vehicle Clinic of Detroit for over 20 years, l can say there is no place better, Tom the owner is 1st class in professionalism and knowledge of Motor Coaches, l have never, repeat never, not gotten a answer to the problem with one of my coaches, he's the best. Vehicle Clinic also offers roadside service, Tom came on a road call to me 160 miles from his business, on a Saturday evening and got my Coach up and running, I was happy and so where my customers.

Barry Howell: I can’t recommend this shop enough! We had an AC issue on a coach from out of state. The fix was quite simple but fixed our problem! Dave Broadbridge: After having a terrible experience with a large chain trailer distributor, my wife and I met Tacey at Kline's RV in Warren Mi.We explained to Tacey what we were looking for and she went to work showing us several trailers she thought we would like. Tacey did a great job explaining the features of each trailer and spent several hours with us before we found the trailer we loved. Along with her camping stories, the experience was enjoyable. We also got some great help from Jeff in the finance department. He got us a good rate with the lender we picked. Sean gave us our final tour and instructions on how to use all the features of the trailer and did a great job explaining everything.Gary and Renee in the parts department set us up with needed items for trailer life. Their help was greatly appreciated because we are first timers. Matt showed us how to set up the trailer hitch and sway bars and did a great job with this. James Dominguez: I had a weight distribution and sway bar kit installed on my travel trailer and an electronic brake assist installed in my truck. The staff there was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They had everything done in a reasonable amount of time and explained everything before I left the lot. I would recommend them if you plan on having service performed on your campers.

Janette Walters: Worst service department!! If I could rate lower I would. We tried so hard to use a small business (twice) and regret it. We should have gone to General RVUpdate: we had our camper in 4 times last year because the fridge didn’t work. Each time all you did was plug it in and then assume I did something wrong. Yes you finally replaced the fridge after I insisted. It is then I found out you had never done a diagnostic on the fridge. Next week is our first camping trip and we have plugged in the trailer and the fridge works unplug it and the fridge drains our battery within 2 hours and turns off. When we called your service department the response was “you are out of warranty “ and we require a deposit of $175 before we will schedule an appointment. I have an extended warranty that we pay for. Our camper is only a year old and has a manufacturer warranty still in effect which was verified when I called Gulf Stream yesterday. Dometic and Gulf Stream feel the problem isn’t with the fridge but with the trailer itself because it is draining the battery so quickly. Both companies agree I am doing nothing wrong and recommend I go to general RV for service. I have an appointment with them which required no deposit. You don’t need to respond again

Sarah Lyn: I bought a 2021 pre owned camper from here. The original awning I was told was destroyed so a “new” one was placed. The “new” awning has 2 holes in it. And with the old awning, the outside lights were removed and none were replaced. This was not something I was told about before purchasing the camper. This is a problem considering there is now no outside light source.
