Lesa Hall: I Went to purchase some stones today, the rep/ cashier denied the sale. I was told, " We aren't accepting cash, because it has germs". I have never been so appalled by such idiocracy in all my yrs by a merchant. So, I took my cash to the Boston Tea Room, where I was greeted and treated as a valued patron, and they were intelligent enough to accept my cash. Money well spent.I will never return.

Feminine HeartSoul: Visited today. The customer service guy was excellent. However 2 things.1. The candle supply was a bit scant. They did have there probably top sellers but as far as glass candles, stick candles and other options it was a basically limited, for the whole business to be dedicated to candles.Alot of regular candle burners are big on new and full moon camdle burning, so not to be stocked and ready for that was disappointing.2. The payment machine was down so in order for me to make a purchase I would have to allow the cashier to manually type my cc # in, give him my full address and zip code. So my purchase was a no!I may try then again when traveling in the area again.
J Micallef: My favorite metaphysical shop in Ferndale, and not just because I worked there at one point. Their candles, Coventry Candles, are potent, magical, fragrant and burn more smoothly than any other candle I've ever used for a ritual or otherwise.I had the good fortune of meeting Marlon on this visit and his energy and knowledge of the product blew my socks off! He was kind, helpful and a straight up pleasure to interact with.I was bummed that they were out of Florida water, but there were great alternative options.

They have a variety of scents that I have not found anywhere else that are very pleasant and not overpowering. The latest one I bought was White Tea & ginger and very vanilla (my favorite). Bon Bon: I am a working practitioner and I’ve tried many many candles. Recently my brother-in-law fell off a ladder cracked his skull open had to have emergency brain surgery it’s been nothing but complications I needed something quick and in a hurry I purchased healing candle. The day I lit at it he had another complication didn’t know if he was going to make it yes I tweaked it with my own stuff of course, but didn’t do much with the candle itself. He had a major turn around and I may non-believers believers. I wish I can thank The owners personally!! I will one day when I make it to the store personally, out of all the candles I’ve tried these ones I will forever be a customer. They do work♥️

Thankfully the other one was OK and the candle was OK. I called to let them know that one of my $8 oils was broken and leaked..... the lady that answered the phone sounded like she didn't care. Said she took my info and would tell her boss. Haven't heard anything back. All I want is my $8 back or a replacement. ??? i REALLY wanted this to be a good experience.... planned on being a repeat customer but now I'm pretty sure I won't be.

You can tell they are a really high quality product and they use a coconut wax, for those of us with a soy allergy this is awesome !!!! the workers are always kind & helpful & they also make their own Incense & sage!
