mike knox: Sold me a transmission and tranfer case!! Wrong transfer case at first!! Took a week to replace it!! Gave me the run around for days!! Installed transmission and tranfer case" transmission bad,slipping!! Told me to remove it and the would find me another!! The low balled me on my refund!! Sucks!! Really disappointed!! I reported them to the bbb!! See u guys soon!!!
Rose Romero: Not reliable. Bad engines. They say they're coming out to look at an engine for 3 days that they sold that locked up after 2 weeks and never showed never called. Now they want the engine extracted out of the vehicle and want it to be taken back to them so they can look at it. They're trying not to honor the 30 day warranty and want 1/2 the money for a different engine to replace the bad one they sold. Don't do business with these people.

Truthlva: Don't listen to the workers there about whether a car is good to bid on or not. They get a cut for helping dealers sell lemons. And yeah you know stuff is sold "as is", but don't blatantly lie and say something runs good when you know it's junk! Just because a car is driving through there doesn't mean the engine and transmission isn't already shot!! Do your due diligence and go days before and thoroughly check stuff out.
Nicholas Vanderburg: Not sure if the tow truck guy are affiliated....but ripped my license plate off my car and stripped the gromets on the bumper. Missed 2 payments. Cost me 4 to get it back. Up for auction in a week after they took it. 2 PAYMENTS!!!. Put all the important stuff in a sack that I had to go back for. Cleaned out everything in the car but the trash that was probably the forst thing they should have took.

Haris Explores: It's a good place they help you see the cars lady upfront were helpful although the could give us a ride to cars in that super rainy day. They decided to go with the car and made us walk a bit there is not any complaint about that. I don't blame anyone they might not have the permission to do that ultimately I saw some cars and I'm pretty happy with this place will be updated if I won a car from this place.

Everything goes smooth and I am always welcomed with nice staff especially Richelle, Bailey, and Destinee. This place deserves more than 5 stars! Really recommend this place and keep up the positive energy!

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle at any auction and I was very nervous. I was very impressed with the manager TJ. He went over and beyond and answered all my questions and explained to me about the whole bidding process.Very impressed! He was very patient and great help!Thank you!

However, there was a mechanical problem with the car that even copart was not aware of.I was able to speak with T.J. before leaving, he gave me his personal cellphone and asked me to follow-up with him the next morning.I texted him in the morning and he was able to get everything situated for me.I can't be more happier.. T.J. Was very friendly and handled the situation professionally right before the Christmas holidays.I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location.I am very excited for me next purchase.

Samary jimenez alvarez: Won a car from an auction where the description of the car didn’t say anything about mechanical problems. I flew from NY and I was expecting the car to run and drive but it wasn’t like that. I asked for help but the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional not sure if it was because we are Hispanic. However when he was explaining why he couldn’t give us a refund for the car because it was something very different to what is in the description his attitude was the worst. To make the story short we ended up paying the a lot more for mechanical problems plus towing the car. They’re not honest with the description of cars just please read reviews and go to a different Copart location.

Chris Homrich: This is by far the worst company on the planet…. If I had choice to purchase vehicles from another vendor I would. We do not rebuild many cars anymore due to the games played by this extremely greedy corporation. Purchased a cube van few years ago was flood never was listed as such I had to eat all the towing fees because they sold me what I thought was salvage vehicle not flood.Today trying to purchase van someone in member services listed our tax exempt form under our dealer lic now we have to wait another 24 hours to bid on anything. Called four separate times to resolve this issue and they basically told me to bad.Probably the worst ran business I know of. Glad I do not own any shares of Copart.
Holli Talton: Recently purchased a vehicle from Copart and upon picking up the vehicle the process went pretty smooth however I was not satisfied with the vehicle . I was able to speak with both managers Jaelynn and TJ before leaving. After speaking with them again the very next morning they were able to get everything situated and I’m excited about purchasing in the next auction. So glad we were able to get everything taken care of looking forward to doing business with you. 😊
Katherine Mann: If I could give this a 0 star I would. The customer service is awful and nobody helps you. This is the 2nd time I have come and now I learn that someone not on my account has to pay $25 to go look at the lot and you have to buy their reflective vests to go. The lady who was supposed to help me talked over me like a robot. Apparently I’m waiting for my account to not be in pending status so once again drove a 2nd time for nothing and just was told this new information that should have been told to me in the beginning. C K: MCAA gets 4 stars, Stephanie and the rest of the sales staff get 5. What an experience. Awesome cars, awesome prices. I got a 2000 Tahoe with 60k miles, 1 owner, clean carfax. I paid far over KBB but that is to be expected, I am totally fine with it. Stephanie said the truck was clean, I got there to inspect and it sure was. It does need a fuel pump, but all cars are as-is. Interior like new on a 23 year old truck. Underbody in acceptable shape and overall great condition considering its age. This seems like one of those sellers that thrives on volume, not individual sales. To that aim, buying a vehicle without being able to drive it is nerve-racking. That's where MCAA lost the star. Other than that. I'm gonna be back. They've got it all, sleds, bikes, hotrods... Gotta see it to believe it.

Reginald Webb: I was told the jeep was checked n tested b4 the auction, actually (lets say) somebody put stop-leak in the radiator hoping it would stop the leak,it didn't, because a tiny pipe had rusted out that was pressed into the motor, so they figured long as they don't put antifreeze in the 🚗 there's nothing that can leak out and let a buyer deal with the problem long as they add "sold add is" they're in the clear, but no, I've already got a lawyer on the case

Jah’sonn Mustaqeem: I purchased two vehicles from this place 2 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s. Make sure you test drive your vehicle you are interested in let the vehicle run for@least one hour. Both jeeps were out of state vehicles it took two months for me to get one title. So far I had to replace a gas tank on one Jeep and spent over 2k repairing the 0456 code. The other Jeep I had to replace the engine. I have all the records on every repair if I wasn’t a mechanic I would be very out of 12k,that was the price I paid for both vehicles. Just let the vehicle you interested in run for an hour and take a mechanic with you.

The lady told me no. 20 minutes after leaving the building. My engine light came on. I fix one problem only to have the engine light come back on. Now I understand why they only let you drive around the parking lot of the business. Would not recommend. My husband spent almost 6 k. for the car And now all the repairs are draining us. Definitely would not recommend anyone here. Everything they commented below is untruthful. Lies
