Most are pretty knowledgeable and if they don't know something they will honestly tell you their not familiar and they'll make a phone call to another store that has someone that may be knowledgeable about it. The staff goes looks like you didn't do anything, so basically calling me a liar even after I pointed out that the ends were cut. Then gave me the excuse of not having the money to refund and said that I should trying returning it from where I got it. There are other auto part stores, I won't be back or dealing with orielly
