Martin Volz: I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I took my vehicle there to get a simple coil fixed.The guy said he could fix it no problemHe didn’t end up fixing it and told me I had to keep it there overnight.The next day I showed up then he told me it was going to cost $350.00 because he had to rethread the spark plug cylinderHe randomly bumped it down to 250, mind you there was no expense report or explanation of repairs.When I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was on and the code was for what he had ruined on my vehicle. The same day my vehicle shakes uncontrollablyDONT GO HERE!

When I told the mechanic I was supplying my own parts, he and the cashier looked at me as if I was the devil, said that's not how it works, and told me they can't fix it.

Melinda Ruth: The quote I was given to get my car fixed was $400 higher than Genesis Chevrolet. I ended up having to go forward with the repairs because it would’ve cost me early the same amount to get my car back and go to Genesis because I had to pay Martin Chevrolet for the diagnostic. I had originally planned to go to Genesis, but they had to put me on a wait list for a loaner car. So, I went to Martin Chevrolet instead hoping to get fair treatment, especially being that I’m a woman. The tech I was working work with could not explain the $400 difference, he just said that’s the price. It’s disappointing that this dealership takes advantage of their customers, especially being that they are the most convenient dealership in the city. Now I see, I have to keep going to the suburbs to get honest pricing and repairs.

So Monday, I have to call back to have the brakes repaired which was my primary concern. This is embarrassing to pull up to an intersection and brakes sound like this.

Troilus J Moss: Grief and satisfaction at the same time. Chris was able to work a deal for a newer vehicle than theft riddled Chevy Malibu my family was having a hard time with because of steering wheel theft (4x).Needless to say, the Malibu thefts got old, got tired of insurance claims, the rising prices in premiums, and the ridiculous wait times for repair.I went with a more reliable Volkswagon Passat for the transportation of my family. Linda Woodhouse: I was referred to DJ (Dennis) on April 27 and I met with him Friday. When I arrived at the dealership he asked the necessary questions. Unfortunately my car had tooooo many miles😊but he didn't stop there he asked me if I wanted to get a car with another payment. I surely did not think that could happen so I hesitated. He ask me to be patient and at the end of the day I had a brand new trailblazer 2023. That was a miracle to me. If the manager would have asked I would have told him not to add the complimentary month subscription, this has caused me a major headache
