I was told it was a alternator, battery, and computer… 1300 later the car is doing the same thing (wouldn’t go to sleep, draining battery) took it back he tells me it’s the other computer ($675). This works a couple days… take it back again he says it’s a bad starter or alternator wire. Let’s just say it’s back again. Last car I’ll bring here. Wouldn’t recommend them to change my tire! J B: Poor customer experience. Went to one of their competitors and had my service performed there. This shop wanted an inspection fee of $40. So if they were unreasonably priced, you are out $40. The competitor offered free inspection and we're reasonably priced so I spent my $200 there.

TRUE HEART PRODUCTS: Written estimate, $125...car completed and ready called me and it was $150! Can you at least call me instead of surprising me with an addtl $25 bucks! BIGGEST ISSUE: Dropped car off no noise, just replace gas tank, sounds simple enough ...BUT...now my car sounds like a train. Hoisted up, shoes me what he says needs to be replaced, an exhaust donut..says part $20 bucks...labor $125!!! Really!!!Okay, because I'm female you wanna try this on me?!?! If things mentioned by over a dozen or 2 dozen people don't red flag this business as shady, unprofessional, and a flat out rip off.. I'm not entirely sure what will..Hundreds of dollars just to look at a vehicle? I wasn't aware this was a Ferrari or Bentley dealership in disguise of Speciality. I get bills have to be paid and people are struggling financially but I didn't know that meant trying to gouge every client in the door.

Their employee's are Planting FAKE reviews to boost this company.On Friday May 5, 2021, we sent a Cadillac Escalade in for repair of the Assist Steps (Running Boards), a Side Mirror, a Door Handle and the Heat Controls.First Red Flag was they charged $200 in case they told us the problem and got it done elsewhere. 2nd, We were assured the repairs would be done Saturday, then Monday and were told we'd receive a call on both days, but did NOT. So we called Monday and were told that the repairs would be done by 3pm. 3rd, Upon arrival, we noticed that NO work was done and 4th, when we asked for a copy of the Parts and Labor, we found that they charged us Double up to 10 Times the actual cost totaling $3,800. 5th, they made MANY Scratches on the door taking the Handle off to repair, but didn't.We told them to put the door back on so we can take it elsewhere, but they said we had to pay for All the repairs that they did NOT do first.So we call the Police, but since it was a Civil matter, they said we had to let them finish or take them to court.We are now pursuing legal action, Lawsuit and are contacting the State of Michigan where they're Licensed and are Reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, FTC, along with these reviews in order to prevent them from Scamming other unsuspecting customers out of THOUSANDS of dollars.Services:Air conditioning,Body Trim
