Shay Miller: Worst experience I've ever had at a junkyard. I told them what time I would be there and I was in a hurry so please have my parts ready. I got there 5 minutes before my stated time and asked about the parts and was told they were just on the shelf in the back. I waited for 43 minutes for someone to go back and grab the parts that were already pulled. Both the fender and the bumper were damaged more than the pictures represented. Also the fender was labeled incorrectly per year which meant the blue was the wrong blue.

stephon: I purchased our first part from them about two months ago a transmission for a 2012 Caravan. I have now purchased two more engines and a transmission. I have been dealing with Amari and Paul when Amari is out. The communication is outstanding and the service top notch. I am very pleased with how they have treated me and my business. I plan on purchasing many more parts in the future from them. The prices are more than fair and the warranty above the standard 30 days that many yards give. Give them a call. I recommend them highly. BTW, my dealership is in Tn. They ship parts if you need shipping.

I was helped right away. They let me know it would take a few hours and I should contact them in the afternoon. And i was given a tag to claim my battery later on.. They have all your automobile needs from automobile parts to accessories.

A T: Back in June, Alex came thru for my adult daughter and I like a champion when we stopped in looking for assistance. He was so helpful and even tho I felt self-conscious asking for help on something that seemed silly, he didn’t make us feel foolish for at all and just pointed us in the right direction and used some muscles to assist where neither my adult daughter nor I had the strength needed. sam mam: This place don’t do returns which is bad for business but they only do exchange,,,,ok, ,my original part costs 150 it was the wrong part (didn’t go anywhere, still in the store) and the new part costs approximately 30,,,,it was a burden for me to get my money back and in top of it I took a loss of 40 to get my refund,,,,,first let your customer knows beforehand no refund, and just be honest with parts pricing 😉

I called Holbrook Auto Parts and they told me that they had one left on sale for $111. I also priced them online and got a range of $122 to 389. I will check with Holbrook first for now on for my auto needs.

Rakeeah Tellis: My husband visited this store yesterday for a battery. He found 1 priced for $100 dollars, so their prices are good. However, when we installed the battery we found out that there is actually another issue with the car and that it doesn’t need a new battery. Upon returning it back to the store we were told that al the prices were final and that they do not do refunds. He also said something like because we actually installed the battery they can’t take it back??? Lol I think that is ridiculous. So now were suppose to just look at the damn battery and be out of 100 dollars? That’s just bad business.

TheBFamily BeeFam: me and my husband bought a transmission from this company took it to the mechanic, the mechanic put the transmission in the transmission did not work The car did not go in reverse. It was my sons car ford fusion. We called the company to inform them that the transmission did not work. Mind you we had a warranty. We explain the problem to Holbrook auto parts. They told us that we can come get a different transmission we ask them if they are you going to pay for the labor he said no because we didn’t sign another paper for a warranty for labor I said you never told us anything about a labor warranty if so, we would have paid for that too, because we knew it was a chance that the transmission might not work because it was a rebuilt transmission but we thought the warranty would have covered all of that so be very mindful when you’re dealing with Holbrook because some of them are very Shystie so we were out of $1800 one for the transmission and labor is no way in hell I would have gotten a rebuilt transmission without knowing everything we were never told about labor warranty !!!!!!!!!!! and he seemed so nonchalant, and was not helpful at all !!!!!! I would not recommend anyone to go their ever !!!!!!!! and if you guys ever have problems, please get in touch with the attorney general and the the better business bureau in that order finally please make sure you file a complaint regarding Holbrook !!!!!
Ariel Mcmickel: Terrible! Went in for two control arms an the men behind the counter sold me a good one and bad one. Didn’t get a chance to look cause the man shoved them in my trunk. On the sticker it says DO NOT SELL and they did anyways. Beware ladies they will try to get over on you!

Cierra Jenkins: Horrible experience. I ordered 3 parts and was told they would be delivered next day and they weren’t. They were sent a bad fender and then I had to wait for a new one which I had to pay extra for. They sent 3 bad headlights that I did not take and then they offered me to pay extra for a new one although I had been waiting over a week for this part, I declined. The last part was supposed to have 2 parts in it when I came to pick it up one part was missing. I was then told that it was not included and my salesman had been lied to so I couldn’t get the other half of my part so I had to get a refund. So after ordering 3 parts and waiting 2 weeks I left with ONE of my ordered parts. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Did not try to accommodate me for my time wasted or anything. Would not recommend. Horrible experience

brittany stack: I had gotten a flat tire and my boyfriends dad came to help me. He was trying to remove the tire from my car and it was fully stuck. Roger who owns central ave was in the parking lot and was kind enough to pull his truck around got the tire off using his truck! I drive a 19 year old car so that thing was really stuck.

moe kinani: One of the worst establishments in Michigan, called for an alternator and they called me back five minutes later saying the part was ready on the shelf. I drive there wait in their office for about an hour and no part. Very unprofessional rude and a waste of your time.

joe g: Bought a trans..they said it had 85000 miles..it was a bad trans,..they sent people to get it fixed they could not. They kept tell us u need to change sensors inside the trans then they said ur warranty is canceled. I asked for vin.number to make sure it had 85000 they won't give it to me..place is a rip off..they won't give me my money back
Tayla H: I priced a part for $75 I arrived . They tried to charge me $100 once I got to the store. They are in ethical. They have prices listed online and they tried to accuse me of changing the price as if I’m some hacker. Petty over $25 extra dollars. I do not recommend. They are dirty the place is dirty. They lack customer service. They are very rude and thieves go anywhere else but here even it’s a few extra dollars it’s not worth the disrespect.

Heather Jacobs: Bought a refurbished starter for $35 plus $5 core and tax. A new one was $140. And just put $1000 into fixing other thing's. So the price was a life saver for me. 90 day warranty. It is being installed now so I can't give a quality at this time. It was rated an A by them.Expanding on my review the starter was installed and still working as it should. Added a star do to this.
