Scott Stevens: Parts and warranty are always top level FedEx messed up once and the customer service team was excellent and fixed everything very quickly with multiple options. I highly recommend buying parts from this company. Top quality everything factory direct prices from a car company not a conglomerate that owns parts stores and sandwich shops run by people without your Saftey Or satisfaction before shareholders
Chris: I’m disappointed, purchased my control arms on Apr. 11th 2023 and as of Friday May 25th 2023 one has already failed. No big deal it happens so I call in for warranty. They said sure we will warranty it not a problem but you have to pay for shipping 46.00. Yep you read right 46.00!! But I wouldn’t need to pay that had your part not failed so soon. Now had it been on the car several years maybe I would’ve understood but a little over month? That’s not how you do business and I understand shipping is expensive but that’s not even right for a part that failed that quickly. I’m sorry to say I was happy up until this won’t be purchasing anything else from them. Dang! I thought had found a good parts supplier.

Isaiah B: Used to work for a company that had a DWS Devastator, and I loved that truck. They switched me into that truck to give my old one to a new guy, and they also bought a Chevron. The Chevron has had nothing but issues, my Devastator has never had an issue! The extended bed locks are a must, and the low load angle is excellent. I’ve towed anything between lowered mint condition cars, to Harleys, to lifted trucks, and never had an issue, very rarely have to block anything. When I start my own company I’m definitely going with DWS, great product.
Joel Ramirez: Mike took the time out of his busy day to help me consider truck options for my particular application. He really gave me invaluable insight to things I would have never considered. Such as dually vs non dually, extended vs short bed, etc. Obviously there are pros and cons to each setup, but Mike help me consider things before I even bought my truck! Thanks Mike, we will be in touch soon as I am still currently in the truck buying process before I buy the here 2.0. Thank you again for speaking to me about these concerns.

They have lost my trust.I put a $2000 deposit on a used TT and then scheduled an outside inspection. I found out by the inspector (I hired) that the TT was already sold to someone else. The money didn't reserve it. They blamed me for not being serious because I requested a outside inspection. They told my "money" is more important than their customers. So unethical, poor business practices and shocking..no return call from corporate. Good luck to the new owners for whatever issues they are trying to hide. It was all so unnecessary and a waste of others time. Just be open and upfront with people..it's shady and deceptive. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!NOT interested in your email or excuses. It's Friday and I have been trying to contact someone since Monday. My complaint was submitted to Store manager MONDAY.. so discuss this with your team. You lost my business.UPDATE: Went to RV One in Rochester and I'm happy with my purchase, got a newer model and paid less.
