Kim Miller: Not impressed at all with this store or staff. I drove an hour to pick up my bag after being repaired. Store hours are until 8:00 pm. I arrived around 7:40 and they would not let me take my bag since they close out their registers at 7:30. Needless to say, I was not happy. Now I have to make the trip down there again because the employees are too lazy to cash out after store hours! If you close at 7:30, then post that! Ludicrous!

Anita simone: Chanel is horrible... The brand and the store in Saks Sommerset. I sent my bag for repair. The bag has a design defect and they refused to repair without charge. This defect is going to continue. Now, I have been trying to get my bag returned to me for a week. I have not received a phone call. I am lawyer will not have to escalate this matter.

It’s the opposite, if you look nice and presentable. Sometimes, I have days where I don’t want to dress up and be fancy. Look at Jeffery bezos, mark zuckerberg and other known famous people. They wear casual things because they don’t need to prove their success by buying materialistic things. I love chanel but not this store at somerset. They need reevaluate their attitude towards people and treat them equally.

Erika Alexander: This place is THEE BIGGEST joke! The employees alone! That’s a shame in itself. We will NEVER EVER step foot near this store again. We just left LV and wanted to shop here. We got in line. 2 women (foreign and bigger lady) watched us get in line. They were too busy in conversation to even acknowledge us. So we waited, and waited and waited for SOMEBODY to say SOMETHING! Let us know anything. Finally, I said “hello can we come in?” So the foreign lady walked over super nonchalantly and said “give me a minute” well she had plenty of time. At that point, we walked away, we knew we weren’t welcomed! They CLEARLY didn’t care to have our business! Absolutely 1000% unprofessional! We will stick with LV! We always feel more than welcome in that store and the customer service goes above and beyond every single time! Chanel, you need to reevaluate the people that represent your store! I’m not impressed! Just horrible!!!

Brandon L: Management should address their employee’s manners. My girlfriend and I came in to get a gift for our friend who was getting married. We asked a young African American working their for help but she was in her phone texting and completely ignored us. After a couple minutes she asked us if we needed anything, and we asked to see perfume bottle sizes. She went to a cabinet and showed us a size then started texting on her phone in front of us mid conversation again. We asked to see different sizes, and she completely ignored us while she was texting. We decided to leave because we didn’t want to waste our time. She said aggressively “oh so you don’t want it?” and we said no we are good, and left.We could have bought something but the lady was rude. I would recommend just going to nordstorm because they have Chanel, and they will gladly help.
