Jay Vick: Came here to get a cashiers check and was told I can’t pay with cash? So I was RUDELY told to get in line for the ATM behind five other people. Not sure that was necessary. Had no idea it would be this much trouble using my own bank. Lady in there is super rude and I’m closing my account with chase because of it. Good luck to whoever goes in there.

Ruwani Amarasekara: I will give -5 stars if i can. I went there to create an account on Friday May 18th 2018 around 3.50 pm. One of their tellers told me that their menager is the only person working on that day and we need to make an appoinment for some other day. So I made an appoinment for Saturday 19th at 9.15 am. But when I wnt to the bank the manager said that they don't have an apoinment for me so I have to wait for at least an hour.

A: The staff members are polite and very helpful. It is a good branch.
Yves Jason: Spent two hours to open an account and after that, they said they cannot open an account for me.
Ramit Singla: The lady didn't help me opening an account. I went there at 4:30 and she said we don't open account after 4:30. I go to other Banks and they have opened accounts for their costumers even after their regular work Hours.

CHEF SLAY: Had Chase as my bank in San Francisco and now I am in Detroit. The customer service at the Dequindre branch is vastly superior to the Chase banks in San Francisco. I am a customer for life.
Mary McNeil: Very inconvenient, during my trip with my mother the lady asked my empty my purse and reveal my personal items. The lady was very rude and tripped over my 3 yr old son. I only come here cause there is never a line but it will take you like 20mins if you have a purse or bag.
