Mel Moeinvaziri: I had JLH install an AC unit and smart thermostat. Scheduling was easy, Dave always arrived on time. Got me a quote quickly, the most affordable and best value of several I received. The day of installation Dave and his son arrived early were very considerate and efficient. They had to move a lot of things in the basement but you would never know based how well the put everything back together. They tucked up the pipes for the AC so well you would have no idea they were there. Jason Carpenter: I turned on my air for the first time and I my unit was not functioning properly. I called Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling right before their operating hours concluded at 4:57PM and even though they were beyond busy they scheduled a service tech for the next morning. The service tech that showed up was the actual owner Dean. He was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and had my air up and running within an hour! Scott Claeson: This has to be by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. First completely didn't show up to the appointment and left my tenant high and dry after having to leave work and paying $100 for a service fee. Charged $400 to spray Wd40 on unit for it to break again as soon as left. Said to order part and company will call for deposit for order. No one of course called. Once part arrived came back to house and said couldn't get fan off the unit and advised I buy a new fan. Took my Tennent 15 minutes and a screw driver to get the fan off himself. $800 and a week and a half later unit still not fixed. Wants to find a way to make you spend as much money on parts as possible. Stay away from this company. Not worth your time or money unless you feel like wasting it.Service:A/C system repair
