One of my batteries needed to be installed into my car and they did it free of charge. I'm not sure why others had bad experiences, because I would recommend this place to my own family!

Joyce Davis: I got a battery from them back in January, had to take it back 2 days later and they gave me another battery. Then yesterday I had to call AAA to come give me a jump, they said my battery is at 6% smh and everything else is fine THEN today as I'm getting ready to leave for work, the battery dead again. I don't have money to keep buying a battery especially when I just bought one. I would never come here again and I don't recommend.
Rico NextLevel: This place basically sold me a battery but didn’t have the proper battery I needed, I returned it gave me another one that wasn’t the right one and also was a bad battery wouldn’t refund my money, I ended up having to go shop elsewhere avoid this battery shop.

Plus she doesn't know how to pull up lifetime warranty info, and doesn't seem to know how to read part numbers off the receipt that she demanded that I produce. The Greenfield & Joy Rd location closes super early. Not at the listed times, and it's mid July!!

I go to another auto parts store and their diagnostic results come up with something completely different. Seems to not be knowledgeable.
