Ginni Brzak: We had a blast! Anitrea took wonderful care as she pampered all of our girls. You can tell she has a passion for working with children. We had a birthday party and will definitely be going back for a mini package and hair styling. Our party was smaller than expected and we had late arrivals. Anitrea went above and beyond to make her birthday super special despite us going an hour over the expected time. Thank you Anitrea!
Lakeisha Allen: The entire experience was awesome. My daughter turned 5 and wanted to have a spa day with the girls. Anitra and Ariel were very perfessional. The shop was very warm and inviting. Jim Santilli: I do not recommend this company. I booked a 2 hour character and face painter. The cost was more than $300, which was immediately charged to my credit card. Immediately after booking, I attempted to contact this company multiple times by phone and e-mail. They were non-responsive. They also did not show up to the event and I heard nothing. I requested and expect a full refund. Based on other reviews, I now see this is a common problem. It is a true shame children are repeatedly disappointed by this company.

Breauna L. Roach: I paid in full over $200 for Spiderman (Miles Morales) to come to my daughter's birthday party and they never showed up. I waited an entire hour. I called, left messages, dialed every number I could find with no response.The number they gave me in the "the character will arrive in 1 hour" email was a number to someone's personal cell phone , who told me I had the wrong number, and I've yet to receive a call back or refund or any kind of explanation. Not to mention a party full of children expecting a Spiderman that never came. This has been such a disappointing and dishes experience. Why a business dealing in the entertainment of children would be so careless about following through for issues customers, I cannot understand. Not only did they take hundreds of dollars from me, fail to provide service, refund, or apology, they also robbed the children of an experience we were all looking forward to. Never again.
TezAnne Barber: Had Carnival setup for grandchildren ordered the MINIONS 1 month in advanced for Sat August 20th 2pm...PAID IN FULL before the event...they sent me MICKEY MOUSE!!! I refused, for I showed the rep the screenshot of my order that clearly stated MINIONS. The them and tattoos station were set to MINIONS!Called their business...goes to voicemail..Both the rep and I called their business could not get a hold of NO ONE!!! No called me back and it is Monday 3pm...this is not the way to do business! Demanding a FULL REFUND, no services were rendered

Ron Witek: Open atmosphere only %10 of the games work your child might be bored if their advance at all whatsoever and it did suck I couldn't play with my 4year old their weren't even more than three other children their at one point so it was minimal play for him why charge the adult I could see if the games worked but they don't please fix that or stop charging for adult rooms and admission I wouldn't bring my child back at that rate with those conditions unless we had friends to bring for him to play with because of that.. lots of potential for 😃..... Then today we went back to try again it's been about six months they literally deflated the huge bounce house while my four year old was inside because it was a minute to closing time

I went in and Nothing was Inflated but the owner said it will only take a few moments.. And he was right. We were only the ones there for about 15 min ( i felt special, like he opened just for Us) until a family of 7 came in, after that a steady flow of kids i should have gone months ago but just found out about this place. Good place to get a break for a few hours. They have private rooms with TV's and seating where the adults can spend time. Go!!! ..it was $15.00 for me and child. I wanted to hug this man for having this place.

David Cole: The bounce is a great place to take the family. Open game play for everyone , all of the classic video games. Pac-Man , MS Pac-Man , Galaga , Street fighter , The Simpsons and many automobile racing games all open play. Just as the name says the bounce house has bounce houses , ones that are just for toddlers other more challenging ones for the older children , who can rip and run to their hearts desire. They have private rooms to celebrate any occasion birthday , graduation or just because you want to show some love. The bounce house is climate controlled and may be a nice place to take a break from the heat or come in from the cold and the children can get some physical play to expell that energy children always have. You cater your own when you have one of the private rooms , no other outside food is allowed otherwise. They have a snack bar serving things like Nachos , Popped corn , cold drinks and candy . So if you are looking for a place to get the family out , break up the monotony or something , this may be the place to do it. My family enjoyed themselves and we'll be there again. It's a family place for fun and the families were friendly. See you there.
yes beautyizhername: Kool place for kids to burn alot of energy or have a bday party...they have small v.i.p rooms for parents 10.00 for 2 hours to keep personal belongings chill and relax watch a lil tv etc but they are limited i think its only 4...but lately its been really packed so if u don't like crowds try to go before 2pm...no outside food except for parties, but they offer a small concession stand

The hosts, Dimitri and Garret, were very attentive and organized. Play area was clean. All the kids had a blast. Parents got to enjoy the cafe during the party. Highly recommend!

It was so nice to be able to enjoy our daughter's party and spend time with our guests while the staff took care of food and drinks and attending to the needs our guests. And having a great space where our young kids could roam free and be safe is priceless. All the kids had a great time in all of the play areas and everyone enjoyed the delicious Jets Pizza!!I would absolutely recommend Detroit Kid City for a private party or just a nice playday for your kids.

Justenough Yass: Yesterday I hired coco melon and the train I have to say the train was definitely worth if loved the train, but however cocomelon did not do anything. He lost all of the kids attention within 10 minutes in to his performance and was barley engaging for real. I recommend you hire a kid that’s not shy and he never sang happy birthday with us or road the train as promised over the phone.
Latasha Mallett: I contacted them the day of to rent Spider-Man because the initial company I booked with cancelled on me. The owner was amazing he was able to do it with such short notice not only that when Spider-Man arrive he was awesome! He did Spider-Man hand and had the kids doing a Spider-Man walk. He even went down the slide with the children. He took photos with everyone. The customer service from beginning to end was amazing! I recommend 1000 times!

Diana Louis: Beware. The character showed up over an hour late, was dingy and not very lively. They also ended up doing 30 min because they party was over at that point (people had already started leaving) and said I would receive $100 back. I never received it and they would not return my calls.

Stacy Atkinson: If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid this "company" $350 for two paw patrol characters with a "special gift" to come to my son's party for an hour. They showed up and I was so disappointed! I believe it was two teenagers in the costumes by the way they interacted with the kids. Didn't really know what to do or how to interact. The girl controlling the radio kept asking me what songs to play an spent most of the time on her phone. I believe the whole time they were here only 4-5 songs were played. She kept asking what they should do next...I said isn't this what you guys do? Idk ...so I ended up having them leave early because it was just so unorganized and no one seemed to be enjoying their "show" it was a mess!! I tried emailing them the next day to let them know how disappointed I was in the experience and that my son never got a "special gift" that I had paid extra for and I never heard back from them. ORDER A CHARACTER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!
katima lewis: I truly think this is a scam, I never paid attention to the reviews until I wanted to weight one about how my horrible experience in their service. I booked this place off of them having the character I needed and their availability. I got an email confirming my appointment. Time goes by at my party no call saying there on there way. So I called, the guy that answered, stated that he would send someone, long story short no one ever came. Then I called the number that, to request my refund for my deposit, he tells me that it was his personal phone, but I honestly didn’t care. He state he would give me my refund. Never received it. I’m sure they are just taking ppl deposit and just never showing up, the deposit is 100 dollars, so yeah why show up to someone party or answer. When I already have their money and don’t have to give it back!

My son was super ecstatic when he saw Knuckles, Mario, and Luigi at his birthday party ! And the time and effort put into the entry of the characters was so perfect! Cookie definitely kept the party going! I will definitely be using her again and always recommending AAA parties to all of my friends and family!!!! Amazing is all I can say!!!

Constance Collier: The owner, Cookie Aycox, does excellent work. She has worked with people on numerous occasions; including three (3) parties for my Grandchildren. She has bounce houses, party characters, special occasion parties. Now I don't understand how someone else can get on her page, other than herself, and hack it! Cookie Aycox has established a company that has been up and running with ZERO (0) problems or bad reports about her company. Like I mentioned earlier, my Son had employed her for three (3) times for service. I would recommend ANYONE to her for future reference.
