Michelle Eagal: I had to take my son to the lab to have some blood drawn today. The young lady that took his blood needed assistance. So, she asked her coworker to help. When she asked her for help, I noticed that she was hesitant. Then, I noticed she had a cold or something bc when she said something her voice was gone. She didn't have a mask on. I hope she doesn't have covid or some other virus bc my son and I have been fighting for 3 years to stay covid free. I really just don't understand why she was at work around kids and she is sick. I hope my son and I don't become sick because of her lack of concern for others.
Andre Iadipaolo: Went for allergy shots and the nursing staff there did such a bad job checking my referrals that I have been fighting with my insurance agency for OVER A YEAR. Rushed, negligent care. If possible, do not go here.
Josh Spencer: THE THERAPY DEPARTMENT. IS TERRIBLE THEY WASTE TIME DOING NOTHING MY DAUGHTER HASNT GAINED ANYTHING AFTER BEING ON A WAIT LIST FOR MONTHS AND FINALLY GETTING HELP AND THEY DONT EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS, ALWAYS LATE AND THE SPEECH THERAPIST ATTUIDE IS HORRIBLE.

Shahbaddin Nagi: Dr. David is the absolute best. My brother was being quite moody and uncooperative, but he worked his magic and everything was smooth, quick, and looked effortless. The staff were also amazing helpful, friendly, and ready for any questions you may have.
Kelly Bastien: My son is a patient of Dr Amanda Weber, my complaint isn’t with the Doctor herself rather the administrative department. My son was prescribed a medication to treat seizures however the pharmacy/insurance won’t cover without some sort of approval on the doctors offices behalf. My pharmacy (CVS) has made several attempts to reach them, I myself have called 5 times and 2 of those times I’ve had conversations with the appointment line attempting to get ahold of someone. I’ve asked the lady on the phone if it would be better if I came directly to the office to speak to someone and she wasn’t sure I would get information. If something happens to my son and he’s without medication this will fall on them, I’ve done everything physically possible to get answers. Please BEWARE of this office, strongly encourage you to find another doctor!!! They don’t care about the well-being of the patients (children) rather just making money off of appts. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

urban mom4: I would like to say the customer service over the phone is very unprofessional the lady was very rude if you got three kids all over and maybe two kids are over please don't call cuz she going to hang up and she going to block your number every time you call back and on top of that when I did get somebody to talk to the lady was kind of rude but then she cleared it up all I told her I want my kids to be seen by a doctor that lady told me they are booked to the end of December is giving not good

B: Thank you Mellisa for taking good care of my daughter and for all the other kids you take care of. I can’t thank her enough, best physical therapist you can ask for. Very kind, gentle, knowledgeable, informative and i do believe she truly cares for the kids she helps with all her heart. Shes been helping my daughter since shes been a couple weeks old with severe torticollis with a large fibromatosis colli. Thanks to her help my daughter has excellent results, you can’t even tell she ever had these problems. I thank you again Mellisa for everything. I’ve worked with a couple other of her fellow therapists, they were all amazing and i would highly recommend them!!

Given Name: Endocrinology Is absolutely horrible. Getting through to make an appointment should be considered a joke. If you leave a voicemail you might get a reply within a week. And then once the appointment is set, you probably will get a call and letter cancelling the appointment. This happened to me and my son twice. Then we received a letter stating because he has a serious health condition they would have to report us to CPS because we "MISSED" several appointments..may I remind you. Two they cancelled and rescheduled!! And by then I transferred him over to Beaumont system.Why wait for the circus to come to town when you can just go there. I mean, insurance covers that one, clowns and all. Smh

Life_thru_these_hazel_eyes Risa: The Endocrinology department through Children's Hospital is horrible. I always have a hard time getting ahold of anyone. I always have to leave voice-mail and wait for call back. Not always get a call back that day. I have a hard time getting my sons medicine refilled. Medicine he has to take 2x a day to because of his condition. They don't want to call in refills, they always want me to come in to get one. Mind you my son HAS TO take this for the rest of his life.One appointment we were 10 minutes late because of traffic in Detroit (we live about 50 mins away) and they would not see us. They canceled the appointment. The appointment was to get more refills for his medicine that he was almost out of!

Rakan 22: Very bad I went to the emergency room at 11 at night for my child because something was stuck in his ear They took her and I to his room at 1 o'clock and we waited in the room for about an hour and they came to try to get the thing stuck in his ear, but they made it worse I could see the stuck thing, but after they tried to take it out, I couldn't see it anymore Then they couldn't get it out Remind us to turn us into a clinic Excuse me, is this thing going to stay stuck in his ear and hurt for 3 days while I'm watching it?
Nicole Thompson: Not only did I take my daughter to see not 1 but 2 different pulmonologist here with no results and no answers, the billing department billed me 2YEARS after our appointment even though the insurance I had closed the claim about a month or 2 after our appointment. Someone in billing isn't doing their job correctly to drop the ball for 2 years! Now everytime I try to call to pay or set up some sort of payment plan I get a voicemail in which no one calls you back! I have left 5 different messages with no return call.I received 1 actual statement and my second statement is threatening to send me to collections when it's hard to get a payment to them when no one calls back!On top of being super annoyed of them waiting 2 years since my insurance closed the claim. Very negligent!
Jenna Edgil: **REVIEW FOR CHILDRENDS LAB**HORRIBLE lab, they lose, do not do right tests, and mess the tests up. The one nurse took my blood with a BUTTERFLY needle and she left a scar on my arm and didnt even hit the vein (and I told her where it was exactly I've been going to childrens for years and know where my vein is) she blew both veins out so they were hard. I just want to warn you, please go to a different lab, it will make the whole experience better for your child If you avoid this one. Go across the street, to the hospital not the specialty center.

Krissi Dee: I used to think highly of this clinic!! Now not there’s no active listening, kindness or consideration. The black heavy set woman that sits at the front desk has a very distasteful attitude..I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ve been trying to call & speak to a manager because at this point I’m removing both of my children from seeing any doctors at any children’s hospitals. My very last visit for my son I waited for a hour after waiting months for an appointment. But for this to be a specialty clinic there’s absolutely no understanding or compassion. My daughter has been without her hearing aides for over a month!! Once I’ve came in the receptionist stated they were on vacation but when I spoke to someone in the department it was a lie they were there, the next time I couldn’t stay because I had to leave, the very next time I came in was on a wrong day but I had received the wrong information from someone else. Now when I’m attempting to go in again the same lady stated the audiologist was about to leave.. so I simply asked why is it always something when I’m trying to drop her hearing aide’s off? Well she didn’t quite answer.. I asked her was it another clinic I could drop them off at.. but before answering of course she had to be sarcastic saying, “you can’t just drop them off” I responded okay I got that the last time you said it, but my question was are there any other clinics I can drop them off at.. her response “you can drop themOff wherever you want too” I don’t know what’s wrong with the lady but she needs help and needs to learn some type of hospitality. And of course it’s always a black lady with an attitude..
miss jay: My child seen dr. Watson she was really nice and pleasant. She sent us for a mri to childrens Detroit and said another one needed ti be done. After the 1st one she called within a few days & told me what she saw. After the 2nd one she hasnt called and i keep calling leaving messages and no one has returned my call. Now i regret going there. Im glad my child health is so important that no called be back!
Khaddy D: Dr Ansari was very thoughtless of my entire family.My husband and I with our three children drove and hour and a half from Jackson to Southfield for my daughter’s appointments.But the traffic was congested because of a fatal accident.Called to tell them we were running late, but arrived and was told he doesn’t want to see us.Will not recommend this doctor to anyone .Will never come there again.

Lynitra Quinn: I been waiting on my son MRI for 5 plus months because they gave me the script but did not send it over to the department and now I’m just still waiting and I call leave messages but don’t get a call back regarding this situation. My son can’t attend school with out it.
Brigitte Neuman: The nurse was kind of out of it and missed my son's vein when taking blood. For a children's center they weren't great with children. My discharge papers had medicine on them that was never given or discussed with the doctor. And we're supposed to include a diet plan that was just information on where fiber comes from (which I already knew). They said they would snail mail out the diet plan. We'll see. We will be going to childrens main next time or Mott if the treatment continues.
Jeff Fischer: Good doctors but very long wait. We had an 1145 appt. We waited till 1230 for the dr to come to us.
