Riley Thomas: I’m aware they just opened but I’ve been there the past three nights and understood they were busy and haven’t had a problem. But I go tonight and for some reason the bartender who’s white and has long hair with a cap was going out of his way to be rude. Plz fix that I really do love this place but ppl from the burbs prolly shouldn’t be working at a bar in Detroit

And yes, it IS haunted but not in a creepy way; chances are someone in your party will see something they can’t explain. (Last time a friend from out of town mentioned talking to the bathroom attendant -but they don’t have attendants!)If course the food is impeccable, yet they manage perfect service without seeming “stuffy”. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just dinner with some friends.

Ian Templeton: Very beautiful and surprisingly chill bar inside the Whitney mansion! The drinks are on the pricey side, but they are worth the price! I would suggest The Witching Hour if you like vodka. Even though The Whitney is a very formal restaurant, the bar is informal but in a very classy environment. If you’re looking for a great drinking experience in a place that makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back.
