My brother and friend went in to buy cigars and the owners son used video of them shopping and said they were black thiefs...posted this in the internet...these two black gentlemen are pillars in the community and actually very well off! When they were contacted on social media about it shortly after, they called back to the cigar lounge and requested to speak with the owner, the son not knowing one of them had previous buisness with the owner. The video was soon taking down. Police reports were filed on the buisness! People who display ignorance of the mind should never be allowed to do buisness here!

Matt: Secreto it one of the best spots in Michigan. Covid had its impact here as well. They have a great selection and great prices. You cannot sit and smoke anymore but if you are new to cigars (or even if you know a lot about cigars) have a seat at the bar, grab a drink from his excellent selection, and pick the owner's brain. Ronnie is a cigar god and can educate youabout cigars and the industry and will blow your mind. That alone is worth the trip.

Ronnie is a rough character at first, but when you dig a little, you find a warm and kind man that knows everything there is to know about cigars.He didn't try and sell me anything, he just tried to give me enough knowledge so I can make my own informed decision.If I didn't live so far away, this would be a lounge I would visit every day.But if you're anywhere near Ferndale Michigan, stop on in and see Pops. He was still in process of purchasing more display cases. I stopped in at least 2 aweek untill the late 90s.If he is such a poor proprietor ,why us he STILL IN BUSINEZZ

Jim is a nice a guy, but this place is def not my thing.

He didn't have the apple tobacco that I was looking for, my children's grandfather will be 95 in a few days, and I wanted to surprise him with this apple tobacco. He didn't have it, but offered and sold me something he said would be enjoyable. He did like it, but it wasn't what he wanted.

Bought a cigar, wasn’t offered matches or an ashtray. Went to sit outside, no one came to serve us so went in to order a drink. Was there for about two hours, a waiter came by maybe 3 times. Drink was empty for an hour, was never offered another but they did come grab my empty glass. Asked for the check, 20 minutes later i got it. Waited another 20 minutes and no one came to take the check. Walked in to pay, stood there and no one said a word, walked out, didn’t pay I’m so glad i did not. If i did, it would help keep this place open and it needs not to be. Trash, won’t come here again unless I’m looking to be ignored. I suggest no one come here unless you really hate your life.

Dexter Jenkins: I went to this bar last night on Nov 9th at about 11pm. I assume the guy working behind the bar was the manager, either way he was rude. He bumped into me coming from behind the bar without a single word only to stand behind me. He then stood behind me until my transaction was completed and left. I do have to acknowledge the waitress who was helpful picking out a cigar. Gave her a tip but don’t plan on going back.
