And interesting thing is that she was on point. All I did was listen for the first like 30 minutes. She has 40 minutes sessions and it's worth every penny let me just tell you. I called and they kept the store open for my wife and I (past hours) as I wanted to surprise her with a Glock. Not only were they very welcoming and not pushy, but took their time and gave us really good insights to find the perfect gun. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering a special one that I was originally not even thinking about for another couple years. But with the great deal my wife got, and their wanting to be sure that we were happy, I couldn’t resist. This is like no other gun store I have been to in the best of ways! Dan Hetrick: Showed up, ready to drop some money on a new Glock, and apparently the owners don't care about posted hours. I showed up at 2:00pm (they apparently close at 3:00 and reopen at 4:30), and there's no one here. This shop is already inconvenient enough, with their weird hours and not being open on weekends, and you apparently can't count on them to be in the shop when they're supposed to be open. I'm spending my money elsewhere, and I'd suggest you do the same. Completely unprofessional.

I have read some of the recent reviews and I am sad that such a great group of responsible people can be so bitter . I have had nothing but a great experience. I started by taking the CWL class during which the owners Natalie and Jayson explained all of the finer points of gun care and ownership and then I went on to purchase my first weapon, which during the process Natalie sat down with me, and went through all the finer points showing me the ins and outs of the weapon. I highly recommend this place because of the owners. You can always find a weapon but it's the personalized service that make the experience great. And to some of the detractors out there, yes you have every right to spend your hard earned dollar anywhere you please but don't be too harsh because someone has had a bad day. I find it very interesting that some hunters will sit for hours and days on end and and never get a shot off, but don't have the patience to try to give this little store a break. Happy hunting. Thx Natalie and Jayson for all you do to promote safe professional approaches to gun ownership.

I've gone to a lot of shops where people do this; andI'm happy to say I don't get that vibe from Boston Tea Room. The sound bowls were gorgeous too and they also sell my fave brand of incense which is pretty difficult if not impossible to find at most stores. It's called Sagrada Madre and it's thick and rolled in botanicals and resin and has a long lasting burn that smells divine. The variety of books was AMAZING as well, I could spend ALL DAY in that store. In fact, please do. There's a couch and hang out area right by the tarot card displays!

When I called the Boston Tea Room, they had about 20 pendants along with bracelets, rings, and stones. Jasmin surprised me by asking if I would like photos. She sent me four photos of all their pendants. My piece was there and calling my name. I arrived ten minutes before closing. All three employees were gracious, helpful, and non-pushy. I was the only customer at that time and they stayed 15 minutes after closing for me. I've worn this pendant every day, all day, since I've purchased it. I'm looking forward to going back to the Boston Tea Room soon!
