Kelsea Wilhelm: This was my first experience hiring a cleaning service, and I think it went really well. The customer service was really great. Communication was quick, clear and personable. There were a few areas we were disappointed in seeing not fully cleaned, but we also have nothing to compare this experience to. For example, there was about half of the ceiling in the shower that must have never gotten wiped down after applying the cleaner as it was covered in a foamy substance. However, we were so behind on cleaning they really helped us out. The people who showed up were so nice and, as far as we know, were very respectful and took great care with our items and our home.

When I went to them for the first time, I asked them, I want to work in cleaning apartments, and they lied that there are many apartments and they want someone to take care of them, but the reality is completely different. First day of work, late, and still not in our office after 10 minutes late to begin cleaning.All this paperwork, emailing, calling, scheduling multiple visits- completely unnecessary if your cleaner cannot arrive on time or be professional.Do not waste your time.
