I came in to talk to someone and all of the therapist were gone before 5 o clock, the person at the front said it closed at 7pm? (That’s a sign of no business and now I see why). So he told me to go next door to speak with the owner, Jesse Brown. The owner opened the door and stared at me like, “what do you want” and then made no attempt to speak with me the entire time, just sat on the phone. Zero customer service, the “wholistic” campaign is a marketing scam if you ask me. Mr. Jesse Brown, please do better to grow and retain your business. Kimberly Perkins: I’ve been coming here since 2012 off and on and although I enjoy the benefits from the service. I’m noticing that I’m only in there for 20 minutes. I timed it the last time to see if perhaps I was mistaken of how long it took to insert to completion. My therapist is awesome no complaints there, just not understanding why I don’t receive the full45 minutes. It wasn’t like that before so I don’t know if anything changed meaning no more 45 minutes but rather 20 now.
