Ash Davis: DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. We came to Michigan for a family gathering a few days ago. If I was driving myself I would’ve left to find another room. It was filthy. The only saving grace is there were no bed bugs on the beds in our rooms. Carpet filthy, walls and curtains. My desk chair looked as if it was chewed by a dog. I was so upset and we all prepaid for the rooms prior to coming there. The pictures do not depict what the room actually looks like. $500 wasted.

Craig Lennon: This has literally been the worst, most dirty, most run down, gross hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Walls have holes, signs are ripped off the walls, carpet in the hallway is worn down to holes, and the carpet in the rooms os sticky, work out room is actually dangerous. Most everything was broken.

Dannielle Miller: This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are uninviting and unprofessional. When walking in to the dilapidated rundown hotel that it was we were never greeted but yet made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them. The maintenance staff was actually scolding a customer who was checking out and complaining about the t.v. not working that it was his fault for not knowing how to properly work it. There were no bath towels. We were given hand towels and washcloths to try off. The rooms were so disgusting that you didn't want to sit on the beds or lay on them. Also I should mention that the photos and comments I'm making are on the "upgraded" room that we were given because the first room smelled of urine. I would not eat breakfast because if this is what they are showing guests I would hate to see where the food was prepared. Do not stay here!!!! I could go on and on about our terrible experience but just know there's more. I have made a formal complaint with comfort in for falsely advertising these rooms based on pics we saw online. Not an accurate representation of how the hotel looks. If I would have saw one bug I would have slept in my car instead. Thankfully I brought my own pillows and blankets because I would never have layed on that bed without them. It was just my husband and I for one night so we dealt with it because every hotel around us was booked.Rooms: The rooms were completely filthy... didn't want to sit on bed or in chairs and this for us was an ungraded room because the first room we entered smelled of fresh urine. Buyer beware. The photos of the rooms online are not an actual representation of the filth and disgust that the rooms and the entire hotel actually are.

Before moving all our stuff we checked that this second room was correct, which it was not. We entered back down and the last corrected and was super nice!We went down for breakfast at 9, and it ended at 10 and everything was spretty much empty.Overall could have been better, but not the worst stay.

Jaden McKenzie: After having a horrible experience at another hotel down the road, I came here feeling defeated but still needing a room, Krystal at the front desk really turned my night around, she was super friendly and helpful, offering to show me the room before booking a stay at comfort inn, as I mentioned to her the last place was extremely filthy. This room was the complete opposite it was super clean and tidy, the air worked great, and the bed was super comfortable.I definitely will be returning here again.

John couch: On Feb 4th of 2023 we reserved a room with a whirlpool a week ago and then on the day of reservation we arrived at 8pm and found the room wasn't even ready yet, so we left ate and came back in about 2 hours and it was ready but the card didn't work first so had to get them to be reactivated and then got in the room and found that there was at least 2 lights out and then found the Whirlpool wouldn't hold the water so then after that we decided to get our money back since the only room they had was just a 2 double beds, so we wanted our money back and at first they weren't gonna do that but I complained about the way the room was so they gave us the money back and I will never go to this hotel again and I really don't recommend going to this hotel especially how old everything is for the price they charge for the room.

I also believe housekeeping stole my AirPods and no one did anything when I called back looking for them giving them the exact location of where the AirPods were. The Shower head in our room barely released any water so I felt like I was barely taking a shower. I stayed with kids and we woke up at night to the strongest smell of marijuana smoke. James Smith: Paid for an accessible room and never had a problem booking through priceline till now. Even spoke to a person on the phone before our visit and was told it was an accessible room. It ended up not being one and on the third floor. Also even though the room was completely paid for we couldn't have access unless we also paid at the door a $50 deposit on card or $100 deposit in cash and when asked about it we were told it was because we booked through a third party yet never had these instances before hand anywhere I've stayed.

Sandy Smith: We ALWAYS book through Priceline no matter where we've stayed and have no issues on our requests. I even called before going to make sure everything goes through correctly. They told me yes on a handicap room and that's why I was being charged the extra $10. I said okay. Our room was NOT handicap accessible. Then when we checked in, they charged us a deposit! Told us it was a $100 cash or $50 on my card. I asked why and all she kept saying was it was policy if I still wanted to stay. I had no choice because they already charged my card and kept my money from when we prebooked the room. I thought I was going to fall through the glass windows of the stand up shower because I forgot my shower chair and my shoulders kept causing the door to slide open. There was no handle to hold on to inside the shower only the door so that was even scarier. The refrigerator froze or drinks instead of keeping them cold. There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign for our room. I'm in the bathroom right after taking frightening shower when I heard a knock and a voice say housekeeping and I thought she was coming in until my son got out of bed to tell her not right now. I had to go to the front desk to get one. We were on the top floor but when trying to sleep at at 11 pm, it sounded like a zoo was above us. I don't know who was running up and down the hall, going in and out of their room, but it was unnecessary. It went on for over an hour. We never got a chance to use the pool due to quite a few guests with kids, so we let them enjoy themselves. Our family stayed here numerous times and highly recommend this place. I'm not too sure if I'll stay here again or not.Rooms: Chairs are too standard and very uncomfortable.
