Disability Network Wayne County Detroit: what do users think?
Tawanna Foster: I haven’t had service with these people before but what I can say is when I emailed for helped they contacted me right away and when she couldn’t assist me she sent me resources that will help and I really appreciate that thank you
Darchelle Stewart: Disability Network Wayne County are doing an amazing job. They’re helping people with disabilities find work, a place to to call home, and that’s important because a lot of time people with disabilities are overlooked because of certain circumstances. I just wanted to say thank you for all that you do, and keep up the great work
Latreeva Rush: I have contacted disability network on many occasions and have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Great resources and great environment from all staff I encountered.
welcome to my world shantel: I have been calling for information on trying to get housing or to get on sectioved a call backn 8 and can never get intouch with anybody I also leave messages to call me back but never recieved a call back...
Tiffany Lee: Great staff great benefits for the clients
ReGina Hentz: Very accommodating to clients. They offer a variety of services to the disabled that many don't know about.
Syreeta Hemphill: I applied for a job with this company recently and was told to schedule a morning phone interview, which mornings was all they offered. So, I scheduled my time for 9:30am. I waited until 9:40am for a phone call which never came. I emailed the person I had the interview scheduled with Jeana Tall, that I never received a call. She emailed me back late that night 9:43pm saying, "I called you several times. You did not answer my phone call and never called me back." I emailed her back saying "I did not receive any calls or voicemails so I wouldn't have been able to call you back. I waited up to 10 mins after my scheduled time. No calls or voicemail came through and I could not wait any longer as I was at work at the time." Jeana emailed me again saying that she recorded her phone record that indicates that I was called several times on the day and time. If she called several times like she said, wouldn't I have gotten at least one of those calls with a voicemail? I thought is was rude for Jeana to contact me not to apologize but to insult my intelligence. My phone and voicemail works just fine and I didn't receive anything from her. Funny that I got her emails but no phone calls, go figure. To have me waiting like that was very unprofessional then the defensive emails were even worse. I really do not appreciate anyone devaluing my time like that. They lost out on a potential great candidate and if that behavior keeps going, I'd assume they will miss out on even more great candidates. Looks like I dodged a bullet!
keith “wildbill21” butler: I called this place 3 months ago to request a list of low income apartments. Within three months the person(Mr Butler)who's charged with generating the list gave me the run around saying he mailed it to me on three different occasions. I called to speak to the office manager(Shaunice Knighton)..,she told the receptionist to ask me what l wanted(unprofessional). At this point l asked for the Executive Director(Lori Hill Sanders).Ms Wilson the receptionist gave me her voice mail.l still haven't heard from anyone. I never thought that requesting a low income apartments list was this hard to get. Looking at the pictures on this site,it appears that they are all about partying and taking pictures. They get a zero rating from me.
