TonyTowTruck: Called Detroit IT out over two months ago ... Eric and Heather came to our offices and looked at our phone systems - Invoices - Current provider - etc .. They said they would stop at our remote locations and contact me within a week ... They would be happy to give me a quote and be out IT provider ... Needless to say I have not heard from either since .. I have sent numerous emails asking why they have not responded and have not received one email in return .... If these people can not contact a potential new customer back,even it was to tell them they were not capable, I would not trust them to answer when you need support ... Very Disappointed - I wonder if the owner knows of this service problem ?
