Joker: "I had a very frustrating experience with at “dantos furniture”. When I decided to cancel my order, I encountered poor customer service with an unfriendly attitude. They couldn't give me a delivery date and when I tried to contact them, they kept deflecting and promising to call me back, but never did. After waiting for a long time, I finally decided to go in person and they told me they would charge me a 25% cancellation fee, as stated in the contract. I was very upset by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including one worker named Toni Martínez, who displayed a furious attitude as if he were the owner.Even worse, they even questioned the owner when he said he would only charge me 10% since I wouldn't be returning. This was done right in front of me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.Eventually, I spoke with the owner and he was very kind and understanding. He said he would only charge me 10% because he didn't want to lose me as a customer. I appreciate that he tried to resolve the issue, but I think this store needs to retrain its employees, particularly Toni Martínez, to improve their customer service and unfriendly attitudes. In summary, I wouldn't recommend this store due to my negative experience."
Racheal Stawarz: I have got a really nice furniture set and they gave me a great deal they were so helpful . BUT in less than a 6 months my table started having rust marks. I have called them three times since I payload for my furniture in full. They stated said they’re going to call me back with someone who’s going to come out and look at it and to see and I have never heard back after that nor has someone ever come out to look at the rust on my brand new table that is less than a year old. I’m not happy at all about it. Pictures included to show the rust spots ( hard to get a good picture since a it’s spots)
Spankyscorner316: I bought a TV stand for my first purchase from them. Funny enough I didn't pay for setup and the woman on the phone reaffirmed with me that it would be coming in a box needing assembly. To my surprise when the men got here and pulled it off the truck it wasn't in a box and was fully assembled! That was easily the nicest thing that happened to me for the day. Saving me a lot of time that I would've had to spend otherwise, I am very thankful for that kind gesture.

Megan Dakhlallah: I shop here all the time but I will not be going back. I bought an iPhone case at this Target that did not fit. I returned it. The cases on the Kate Spade phones slide open and the packaging remains intact so you can put it back probably because people want to make sure the case fits their phone before they buy it. I was in electronics making sure the case would fit my phone with a cart full of items. I was not greeted or acknowledged till the employee in electronics chastised me for making sure the case would fit my phone.On a separate occasion the same employee ignored me and did not help me while I was looking for a fire stick and trying to figure out which HDMI chord to purchase for my television.

Katie Siepierski: This Target has really cleaned up well over the past year, seriously. They clearly have made serious improvements. I love the new grocery area, the food prices are actually really great. The store is stocked much better than it used to be, which is always a good thing. Its much cleaner, more organized. My only criticism is the general lackadaisical demeanor of the cashiers and customer service desk. It's like they move at the pace of someone who is lounging, like someone who is strolling a cruise ship lido deck after a 7 course meal; the timeliness of someone scrolling social media in their PJs on a Sunday morning. That is the best way I can describe it. I mean, they are almost always moving so slow, meanwhile there's a growing line of people that have places to be, things to do. I'm not referring to aby jind of disability or impairment, I'm talking about all of their movements. Its like watching a YT video at half speed, or less.

The store is very much like an art gallery. They have been serving the City of Detroit and the surrounding areas for Decades and are still doing a great job of caring for their customers. My Brothers home looks great and the cabinetsI ordered are right on time. It’s been a great experience!

molly betts: Right before the pandemic I purchased furniture from this store based on reviews. I always travel back to Alabama for the winter months. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Alabama for a year and a half because of the Virus. Once I arrived back to Detroit I began noticing damage to my dinner table and sofa. When the furniture was delivered, I immediately left for Alabama. There is a split in the top of the table. Behind the middle pillow on the sofa, the zipper is broken therefore the cushion is hanging out. Before you spend your hard earned money here , make sure you do a thorough inspection. There’s no way that they didn’t know about the torn zipper and cushion hanging out in back of sofa. And the split keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Gary took the time to view both our new home, and the home we were selling to give us guidance on how to incorporate existing furniture into our vision of a more modern scheme. He gave his honest opinion (with humor) even when we didn't necessarily agree. He assisted with style, furniture selection and design. Thank goodness we took his advice! He saved us from making not only some very costly errors, but mistakes in design. When the store had to close, due to the Pandemic, Bridgette went above and beyond. She stayed up to the wee hours searching for fabric, rugs and bedroom furniture. The store is very much like an art gallery, and the staff are honest, experienced, helpful and patient. The entire experience resulted in a perfectly furnished new home, and was a lot of FUN! Diana and Mike

Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

They were able to order the bed I really want, in the color I want, the size I want with the mattress I fell in love with at the beginning. They even took a step further to disfigure their show room to show how high my bed would sit adding a low profile frame. Which was something else I wanted. Needed height for my back problems. With all of that, it was just a few bucks more than my first quote. I’m beyond happy. I can’t wait to receive my bed.

Ronnie Perdue: Very clean and not long lines had just what I wanted
Joshua de Jong: A worker was passing by and saw us scanning some Tonies. She stopped and went out of her way to help us scan an additional section of them to find just what we were looking for!!!
Lizzie Jennings: The best target in metro Detroit! Always fully stocked with things you can’t find at any other target nearby
Alicia Volpe: Love to shop at Target. The have good deals, easy returns, friendly employees and store is clean
Service Coordinator: Double charged on expensive item. Guest services was RUDE and dismissive. Very long lines.
Michael Huff Sr.: Fast Friendly customer service employees. In and out within 5 mins tops! Much better than Walmart.
Nikiya Wright: Target is my favorite store. Like most people that go into the store, the brightness and organization is very inviting.
M p: Because I live a ways from this location, I called to confirm if they had purple sweet potatoes, since they show as In stock of the website. The woman who answered the phone was rude, and merely put the phone down for 2 minutes before saying "No" rudely. Would not even accept my "thank you for checking". I decided to go there myself and found several bags.
Silin haydar: If you are a kpop Stan and trying to find albums there is a lot of albums you might not find the ones your looking for but there is a lot of K-pop albums they are expansive though
Sarah Pappas: I went to try on three bras, 3. No one was around and I didn’t see a sign to wait for the attended so I ran in to make sure they fit and an older African American female ran up to my door demanding that I need to bring everything out that I brought in as if I was stealing. I was so dumbfounded that the fundamental customer service skills were absent in this women. She really knew how to make someone feel extremely uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. She didn’t explain to me why she she said what she said she just stared me down like I insulted her. I really hope someone has a chat on good customer service with her. I will take my chances and just return it if things don’t fit .
PAUL RITZ: Solid Target store. Prefer to go midweek during day because it can get packed on a weekend.

R R: If price discrimination and dynamic pricing wasn’t enough shadiness they also want to scan my ID to buy OTC cold medicine for my kid. Nothing in the medicine is a controlled substance and it’s definitely not the law so I left and went to Walmart and bought what I need without the mention of an ID.
Ronald Archibald: Brutal cold day but they were well staffed and even the cart workers were doing a great job.
Michele Artist: Lines are efficient, never go to the Pizzahut in here. It's Target so expect the same feel at every store. Best part about the shopping experience the ease of pushing the cart. Cons lines move pretty fast , but this store can get crowded.

Good Day: I wish I would have got the young man's name who was working customer service alone because his partner bailed to go to lunch with a line a mile long. She didn't even wait for a replacement. He was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me. He wasn't even phased by the crazy line and crabby customers.
Santiago Kathy and Mireya: Close to home. Has many of the things I'm looking for and need. And I love the option of pick up in store or drive up. Haven't had a problem yet. And very quick and always polite.
Chris Duncan: Busy - lots of Christmas shoppers. But there were plenty of lines open. Shelves were stocked and neat. Store was clean
Mary Jo Kosloskey: Daughter brought back a shirt with a stain & had receipt, wanted to exchange, they said they don’t do that, gave her card, but item had doubled in price…NO WAY
cathleen bodrie: Target far surpasses all other stores when it comes to shop online get notification within 2 hours they have never let me down they are prompt the staff is always friendly there is never any ungodly weight in line while picking up my order again thank you target
