Lahnda Henry: Came in (as the lone customer) to this location only to be stared at by two gentlemen until one reached for my package. I asked if I should sign the printed dhl shipping label I brought in and the guy said (without even looking at the label) that he doesn’t know, he only knows what he does (?) and I could “sign it or not sign it.” (Ok. I signed it). He affixed the label and tossed it on the floor with a couple of other packages, telling me dhl should probably come Monday. Ok, can I have a receipt? He said if I wanted a receipt i can take it to DHL. Like what? I’m supposed to leave my box thrown on your floor with no way to verify with the merchant, DHL or your shop that it was ever here? That’s ridiculous. The guy was short with me and not at all helpful so I took the box and left (like he obviously wanted me to) I could tell what time they were on by how they stared when I got there. Trying to figure out how this place got 4.3 stars, they’re unfriendly and I wouldn’t trust an empty box there, not to mention my full one.Added: now they are replying about what I should have read. Is that an excuse to be standoffish and rude? You could have simply said “sorry we don’t take drop offs” instead of being reluctant and vague and acting irritated. Why go through the motions of taking a drop off and you don’t take them? If I hadn’t asked for my box back what would have happened to it if “you don’t take drop offs?” Every negative review here they comment and blame the customer or DHL directly. It’s simple, open your mouths and communicate what you can and can’t do.

Taylour: My very first experience with getting a delivery from this company was not the best to say the least. The customer service side of this needs to be reevaluated from the ground up. The gentleman I spoke with Monday evening was great and very helpful, the representative I spoke with Friday was combative and very unhelpful. The representative I spoke with on Monday afternoon gave me misinformation and almost cost me a delay in my delivery. My issue started on Friday with the delivery driver never showing up and sending a message saying that they tried to deliver the package and no one was home which was untrue. When I tried to call customer service my concerns regarding the driver were brushed off, I even asked was there a way for me to either meet the driver or pick the package up that night to which i was told "we have no way of contacting our drivers" as a multi billion dollar company there need to be systems in place to make sure no one has these issues in the future. Hopefully in the future these things will be fixed, updated and this will be an experience that can be learned from.

The truck was running late on arrival on move day due to an internal issue, I was notified promptly of this issue as it was happening, and they arrived on time at the new est time. Everything was packed very well, preventing any breakage and shifting damage. Everything arrived safe! Blankets, bubble wrap, pack paper and boxes-the estimate of these materials was spot on from Don and the quote as well! No surprises with anything, Great communication and crew!
