We got our whole house windows and doors replaced (38 windows and 2 doors) in September 2019, the installer was great( literally vacuumed and cleaned up my house every night more the I do) the windows were beautiful and amazing quality, and the reps were at our house frequently to ask us how the job was going and if we needed anything. I thought that was awesome and should have posted something then but didn’t think it would aid anyone in their choice to go with this company but now I do. This company offers a lifetime warranty and stand behind it with the best costumer service I’ve ever had. Since our windows were installed we have contacted them 3 times: 1) putting woodwork around our interior garage window (done within a week) 2) window and door color swatch requested to match paint (received within a week via mail with a note letting us know if we need anything else to contact them) 3) seal between window and house gap causing leak our house facing extreme sun side was told by installer this could happen (they came out the NEXT BUSINESS day to reseal!!!!!). This is exceptional and should be praised and relayed to help people looking for just a great company to install windows and doors. It was literally one of the greatest investments we made in our home and are beyond thankful that we decided to go with Alexandria windows! Please continue to offer such great costumer service in the future because it is truly a God send to consumers that are use to being pushed around and lied too. Partners N Trust: I'm so happy to finally get my new door! It took over a month before they was able to get it. Come to find out my door is shorter than normal size for doors. So had to be a special order. I was so happy when Elise called on December 10th to let me know that she now can get a deposit to have the door ready etc. It was installed a week later earlier than what she anticipated. My brother accidently broke this old rickety door off one of the hinges. We could not close it. I had to use one of my crutches to push it up as far as it could go. Living like this with a door that I can't locked gave me anxiety. I didn't sleep at night for to keep a eye on the door with my camera. It was just too easy for someone to break in on us. But God had our back so for over a month this how we lived.Well no more look at this beautiful door we got now! It was worth the wait. Oh how the installer did a nice job putting it on and even the I don't know what you call it but in the picture it is silver. That will help keep air from slipping in under the door. He even adjusted the security door that they installed back in 2015. It was having problems with the latch catching so that is fixed. He did that on his own I didn't mention nothing about the security door. Now that was very nice for him to do.I highly recommend them. Very good place to get your doors at!

Fortunately my neighbor was in her driveway and yelled she was going to call the police scaring the intruder away. When I got that call or text from her, I was at work. I immediately thought what to do, who to call. I'd had security doors installed before on other properties but I needed a company that was reliable, could provide a fast install with minimum headache and hassle-even if that meant I would not be present. I googled and talked to a couple of people and Iron Clad Security Doors came up. I called and talked to Elise. I told her what happened and that I was at work. I needed to get new security on ASAP. She was professional, exuded confidence that she could take care of my needs even on the phone, and came right out did the measurements, called me back with her price. I agreed and paid a deposit. The next day I had a new security door put on without even having to be present for the installation. Keys were dropped off in relatives mailbox who lived on same street. The lady at the counter was kind of combative and very rude when I was explaining that the contractor sent me up there to look at doors. They could always relocate the business if they are not comfortable in the location they are in..(.judging by the security gate in place during business hours). I would recommend ordering doors online or going elsewhere where they understand the customers is what keeps you in business.

When I had a problem I spoke to their representative who had no problem telling me all they could do before they received my check. Once this was cashed they did not stand by Their word and attempted to charge more and more. I'm sorry to say that even though they have been in business for many years whoever is running the company now allows dishonest employees with horrible unresponsive customer service. Choose another company if you can! Interestingly one of their 5 google reviews for their other location is actually from their employee Steve sleeper - no wonder it was 5 stars - unbelievable!

They said they can not honor the guarantee they gave me because the window company that made the windows nearly a month after i had them installed pullum said. but they could have known that they were selling me an unsupported product .. Pullum is telling me they will not back the guarantee they sold me ... They do not stand behind the products they sell or install ... If you want to get riped off by all means hire Pullum Oh i have had other problems but i will not list those at the moment. | They said they could give me a QUOTE on how much to replace the defective windows they sold me ... oh how nice .. wonder if they will give me a 50 year guarantee like they did the first time

Todd no called no showed the first appointment then rescheduled to the following week when I called their office about it.When Todd came out he seemed like a nice enough guy. Took measurements and said what I was looking for was custom but would not be a problem.After waiting nearly a month for a quote, the darn thing was wrong.I called the office (savannah) to have them fix it and they told me they would have to go back to the manufacturer for a quote.I periodically called over the next month for an update and they would just say "maybe next week".They never reached back out with a corrected quote. My guess is that it was just work they didn't want to do and they didn't want to say so.

James Buck: Just had my front door replaced. Excellent workmanship. 2 guys removed my old door and install the replacement in less than 2 hours. Mitre corners perfect. Weather seals are tight, will be nice in winter. Cleaned up everything I'm very happy. I've been in Remodeling for 40 years till I retired, so I know what to look for and know how to respect a installer's work. One more note, after comparing companies Berkely Door and Window had the best price and the best customer service from day one. I advise you to check them out.

Todd himself came personally to apologize and came back with a very reasonable price so we ordered French doors. It took awhile to get the door in stock, but the office regularly contacted me with updates from the manufacturer (who was backed up and explained the delay). After the door was in stock, they were able to quickly schedule an installation. The team that came out to install were prompt and professional. Overall, we are VERY happy with our doors, and just as importantly impressed with the company’s commitment to make right a misunderstanding. I would recommend this company absolutely.I set up an appointment for someone to come to my home to give an estimate for interior French doors. I was called the night before by a man named Todd to let me know he would arrive between 10 and noon, so I arranged to be home (with my two young children) during this time. Todd never showed up. He didn’t respond to my call, so I called the office and was quickly informed, somewhat unapologetically, that my Detroit address couldn’t be serviced. When I asked when I was going to be informed of this, having given my address when I set up the appointment, she said she didn’t know. When I asked why my address couldn’t be serviced, she said it might be a “bad area.” We are looking to pay for a quality door, and after this unprofessional interaction will happily spend our money elsewhere.

DeAnna Park: I have purchased three entry doors from Berkley Home, Door & Window over the last five years. Two of the three installs needed additional work for issues with the frame and such. Two of the installs cracked my siding and required multiple appointments. And if you have issues or questions past a short amount of time, they will refer you to handyman and offer zero support. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

On July 24, 44 days after his visit, I called the office. Asked what's up. Was told by Savannah that George was waiting to hear from Fred, their contract installer, about brickwork that was related to our job. She called me the next day to say they would "decline" the job. No way to do business.

Al Bogdan: We were going to get three doors replaced by this company. We started with the back door. They installed the door with a metal base plate that goes from the outside of the house to the inside and now during the winter water and ice develops all across the plate in our dining room. It's drawing freezing cold into the house. When I contacted them the first winter after the install they said it was not their problem. The door itself is fine, so two stars, but we didn't have ice and condensation inside our dining room with our old doors, so I've been very disappointed.12/2019 Update: They sent someone over to look at the door after I posted this review. He admitted it's not a weather seal issue, but how the door was installed. The manager has been very dismissive, saying she doesn't know why they installed the doors that way so she refuses to assist with a fix.
