Gloria Williams: Diary Queen is extremely good, they don't have any other food choices, but all types of milkshakes, sundaes, blizzards, ice cream cones, dilly bars, and much more, it is a go to place always. I highly recommend this dairy queen you will never be disappointed, I'll be going again very soon.
Gavriel Ross: The majority of the staff were too busy on their cell phones, which apparently was more important than doing their jobs. When I finally received my blizzard, it was soup underneath a small amount of ice cream. I tested their policy of dumping it upside down, and instead of a replacement, I was asked "Why the hell did you do that?". Not going back. Ever.

Rachel Price: The kids that work their are always on their phones ignoring you, and when they do serve you, their rude. They also won’t make what I want, even when I pay for it. I order a heath blizzard with caramel, and 9/10 they don’t add the caramel. For $20 for a cone and 2 blizzard’s, I kind of want to get what I ordered and paid for.

When they handed it to us it had zero whip cream on it. When my mom asked if they could take it back and add the whip cream the employees gave her attitude. If you don't make an order right they deserve a refund or a brand new one with the whip cream.

Katie Siepierski: Usually this is one of the best locations around, however, not all the time. Sometimes they don't mix the blizzards well, or dont put enough of the ingredients in the blizzard. Sometimes they really skimp on the sprinkles. It really depends on the attitude of the person working, especially if you go inside, it seems. But generally, going through the drive through, its very good. I wish they changed their flavors more. But, that's more of a Dairy Queen as a whole kind of thing, not a location specific matter. The prices at this location can be higher, however, its worth it because the other Dairy Queen location in the area usually do a very poor job so I'd rather pay a but more and have it made correctly by going to this one.My family and I went here for Mother's Day and I was really disappointed. My daughter and I both got the Royal Choco Brownie Blizzard, we got a cheesecake blizzard, a small vanilla in a bowl with sprinkles & extra sprinkles, and a mini PB and puppy chow blizzard. The PB puppy chow had no puppy chow and tastes like straight PB, our two brownie blizzards were super inconsistent - one was very vanilla-y, the other too chocolate-y but the chocolate wasn't right, like they used the malt chocolate or something, and neither had the chocolate center. And the $2 worth of sprinkles? Literally a tablespoon.

But this is the second time this happened so I decided to leave a review. First time Iplaced a mobile order got there and they hadnt even did the online order yet. So ok 10 min no big deal just wanted my order. Just leaves it on the counter. Just taken back by "oh im sorry about that, sorry for your wait" or even jst a have a nice night . Just nothing. So whatever I left, forgot about it till today. So said im gonna write about both experiences. The second one I ordered "Kids twist one in cup one in cone both dipped in sprinkles a banana split 2 soft pretzel sticks". The nigh shift is horrible..So she gives me the ice cream and stuff as she handing me the stuff I said it was supposed to be twist and she jst looked at me for like 3 seconds and said "oh sorry" she gives me my change so im like let me give her me the some time i dont want to interupt her so thinking shes gonna take them back when shes done giving me my stuff. NOPE she closes the window and leaves like um ok.

Kathy Skotak: Waited 15 minutes to put our order in, waited another 20 minutes for our wrong order. She tried to give me a sundae when I ordered a blizzard, argued with me asking if the cashier repeated the order back to me (which she did). Insisted that we had to return to the checkout window to be re-rang up for the correct amount because the blizzard has “way more ice cream” (mind you instead of using the original ice cream from the sundae for the blizzard to avoid waste she just stuck it in the freezer for later). Waited another 5 minutes for her to refund our card and re-charge for a $1.49 difference. It’s not about the MINIMAL price difference, it’s the fact that YOU made the mistake and instead of apologizing and fixing it you argue with me asking basically if I ordered correctly then add even more time waiting to charge $1.49. Based on the way this woman was talking to the much younger staff member I’m assuming she was the owner or manager, she ordered the young girl that she’s going to have to “take her mask off” when repeating orders back to avoid any further miscommunication. No wonder this location is so short staffed, I can’t imagine anyone willingly working with this rude, frantic and downright aggressive woman. Will be bringing my business to one of the many other ice cream places nearby from now on.
