Miss TA: Dr. Sumera Khalid is such a blessing to have as a dentist. I really appreciate her. She looks out for her patients and really cares about them. When she was working on my teeth she took her time and did not rush. I've had a chipped front tooth for about 4 years and every dentist that I saw just cleaned my teeth and sent me on my way. None of them ever asked me if I wanted my tooth fixed or my fillings replaced. Dr. Khalid actually fixed my chipped tooth and replaced my fillings that were old. I was so grateful for how she made my teeth look. I would recommend Dr. Khalid for anyone who wants their smile to be bright and healthy.

K J: Came in for a consultation and xrays to see about braces (got none of these by the way). The doctor said "I think someone else would be a better fit for you because I don't think he could handle what I want to do" based on how my son (7yo) didn't like the feeling of the chair going up. He didn't even try to help or give any guidance. Just walked in and threw us away. Then gave me some referrals for specialist he thought would be a good fit, but if they are anything like him (Mason Haddow), I have to decline. Rejection is God's protection.

I looovveee sweets and hate pain so I avoided the dental office for years until I needed a root canal. I’ve gone to 5 different offices before connecting with Akeem Taylor and receiving the best treatment for my root canal and they fixed fill ins that were improperly done at another office. I’ll definitely be back every 6 months for a cleaning.

I work extremely hard to be afforded private dental insurance and the lack of organization has caused me great expenses with over 1000.00 dollars of benefits expired and them being too unorganized to actively engage and facilitate a treatment plan that was never created by the dentist which again is outdated in his practices.

Why would I let you hurt my family again.You didn't even see us out and you made my family wait for bad service. After me recommending your business to my family. I'm glad I found a family dentist and Pray you don't do this to anyone else .

Queenyette Bill: Dr. Lee was very rude. I scheduled an appointment for me and my siblings. After waiting 2hrs. For Dr. Lee to see us. I took my disabled brother to the back so the dental assistant could take his xrays. After only five minutes the assistant calls for Dr. Lee and he took two seconds and looks in my brothers mouth and turn and walks out the room. Then tells my other sister my brothers mouth is dirty. He has not bushed his teeth in days. DR. LEE was LYING he didn't even look at my BROTHERS chart are teeth to know anything. I take my brother for his checkups and his regular Dentist says my brother has perfect teeth and no cavities. I also brush my brothers teeth twice a day. To make matters worse me and my family walked out the building at 2:00 PM. We didnt get a text til 4:30 asking if I wanted to schedule a cleaning for me and my brother. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend any of my family and friends to this place of business. They also owe my little sister an apology. She recommended them and they treat her very bad today. I sat very quietly and watched.

What I’ve found so surprising is I’ve never waited beyond my appointment time. Once I arrive, they call me in right away. I’m so amazed at how perfect and time-efficient they are! The rest of the staff is so warm and welcoming with smiles on their faces like Jade,Jen and Irise,(the hygienist).By the way (Irese) is such a pro when it comes to numbing injections. I didn’t really feel much pain.Now finally (Dr. Lee) the dentist.He gives quality care and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. He is extremely patient and I’ve never felt rushed which is the most important thing to me that I focus on. He pays attention to you and is a very good listener.He is excellent with his practice and very quick when it comes to extractions.I had a molar that was badly decayed and I was worried about it for months and months and he pulled it out in less than 2 minutes.He made the process so easy and painless and everything turned out fine.Dr. Lee is very outgoing and his great personality is what really stands out .If you want a terrific dentist who is honest and cares more about your health not the $ money , then this is the one.Keep up the good work doctor Lee! I recommend him to family and anyone seeking a new dentist!Just give this office a try and you will not regret it !!

Peter Lee: Terrible business practice. They cancel your appointment and then you are on a waiting list with next appointment in MONTHS with no availability. You will try to get last minute openings and if you cant make it you get charged 35 bucks, no exception. I changed dentists with far more availability and no cancellation fees.

Daniel Pusilo: I live 30 minutes south of Detroit and and normally don’t travel that far for dental care, but Dr. Faircloth came highly recommended so I decided to check out the office. I have to say this was by far the best dental experience that I have ever had! Hannah was very friendly when I arrived, Veronica provided a great teeth cleaning service and Dr. Faircloth was so friendly and professional. First time I have ever been to the dentist and have not felt like I didn’t want to be there. I would happily drive more than 30 minutes to come back for my next visit.

XOXO XOXOX: This office has terrible business practices. First they had full x-rays done on me without verification of my insurance if I was eligible for them, which is every 5 years for full xrays. So I was billed for these xrays $56 to which back in 2020 I spoke with the office administrator Cynthia, as well as the Hygenist Veronica, at the time and the office administrator apologized and told me to disregard that charge because it was no fault of mine and they should have verified the information or requested prior xrays from my previous dentist. I never heard anything about it again until July and August 2022 mind you after the practice was sold to This Doc Megan M. Faircloth who is NOT at all competent on how to run a dental practice and treat patients that continued to follow the practice with this new Doc despite being unaware that all this was going on behind the scenes and we just popped up with this New Doc Faircloth. Well this is how she and her office staff handled this situation, I was scheduled to come in for a cleaning in October, she had her office staff send the $56 to collections...... really collections when they knew I was due to come in the first week of October which we could have discussed further or set something in place, but collections what a way to treat a patient with excellent health insurance plus I had been a regular with my Hygenist years before she came to Harbor Town Dental which by the way was the only reason I came to this office. I no longer will be seen at that practice and definitely Not see Faircloth if she was a last resort. I called and asked if I could get my xrays sent to my new Dental office they said they dont have it on electronic file only hard copy which is in storage, and I have to pay $25 & $56 to get it. Now if only their practice would have requested xrays in the beginning like they were supposed to do I would not be going through this. They have lost a customer. I would NEVER REFER them. This Doc Faircloth does not care she puts her staff up to relaying messages that they don't even feel confident or comfortable relaying to patients.
