Angel Price: I went into Great Expressions today to get a temporary crown put on a tooth in the back of my mouth that I had a root canal on. The ladies that work the front were absolutely wonderful and so nice and helpful. The dentist on the other hand was very rude and unprofessional. As I stated the tooth that was being worked on is in the back of my mouth. I don’t have a very big mouth so as you could imagine, it was extremely uncomfortable and painful for me to have him doing this procedure. As he’s working on the tooth I start to cry because it felt like the corners of my mouth were being ripped open, which they were. The dentist stops and says “I can’t do this is you’re going to cry.” I tell him that it’s painful and that I can’t help that I’m crying. He tells me again that he’s not doing it if I’m going to cry and asked me what we’re going to do. I tell him to just do it. He starts again and again I start to cry so he stops again and he says that basically I’m either going to get comfortable with it or I’m going to have to go somewhere else. So I tell him I’ll take a referral to another dentist. He finishes what he was doing and walks out the room without saying a word. He may be uncomfortable with people crying but I was uncomfortable with his hand in my mouth ripping open the corners of my mouth. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I will never go back to this Great Expressions location ever again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. I have never felt so small for crying because I was in pain. I wasn’t making a scene or anything, tears were just rolling down my face. I don’t see what the big deal was. I was the one with the hand in my mouth.

Shelby at the front desk is also great! The problem I have is I have been trying to get a crown out on for my implant for months. And the lab or whoever they send the impression to just can’t get it right. I have had several appointments some they canceled some I’ve went to but no success in fitting the crown. I’ve spent a lot of money and time with no results. I’m very disappointed and angry at this point.

After a short time, I was escorted back and was examined and consulted. The staff, Reggie the hygienist and the nurse, were friendly and informative. They all explained the procedures and what to expect. The doctor came in and professionally examined my teeth and talked with me about solutions. On the way out I had a nice conversation with the front desk and expeditiously set my new appointment for services. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks yall.

Jessica Shorter: Experience was not great. However, I did receive great customer service from the DentalHygienist - Reggie, who did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. As a new patient, Sajid Baqai the doctor did not entreat me and was very rude, I did not feel welcomed. He refused to go over my x -rays and he provided me information with no clarity and vague responses. He did a rushed service and looked only on the right side of my mouth for 30seconds and said “You’re all set”. I responded “Really”. So I was not interested for him to continue because of his unwillingness. He’s not a great representative for the Great Expression Corporation, he needs to be removed. For any new patient, I would not recommend him to anyone.

Ronda Morrison: This office is a butcher shop. I have spent over $30,000 with this dentist and all of the work that he has done is insufficient and falling apart. My mouth is so raggedy now that whatever gum infection he claimed I had was better than this raggedy set of implants that I have been paying for for 5 years. All they do there a smile and act like they are your friend, but in the background the lady that runs the office Lori is looking for ways for new creditors to extend you credit so that they can run straight through it. Regardless how long he has been a dentist, the reputation that he used to have in 1970, is no longer the reputation Dr Kegler has in the 2000s.
Zoe Cade: A terrible experience that I am still paying for!!! Dr Kaigler caused more problems than I initially had. I needed my two front teeth stabilized and my gaps closed. He didn't stabilize my two front teeth, they are still loose! I have spaces in between my teeth where gum tissue is supposed to be. He place a crown on one tooth incorrectly, and now I have pain in all of the teeth he worked on. Whenever I call the facility they tell me that Dr kaigler will get back with me, he never has. I have infections due to faulty dental work and other dentist want to remove all of the teeth he worked on. Please do not go here, my teeth are ruined.

Pamela Hamilton: I love Dr. K and staff. As a child, I was a patient of Dr. Perkins at this same address. Matter of fact, my grandparents, parents, aunts uncles and cousins went there. It's just ironic that I meet back up w Dr Perkins where he was n rehab and I was his nurse. Anyway Dr. K and his wife (very beautiful, humble couple, whom I admire) made sure we were taking good care of him, cause 1 if them visited everyday. I spoke to them of my fams history w Dr Perkins, its a small world. So I went to Dr K for dental work. I panicked at the 1st visit and ran. 2nd visit Dr K and staff took very goid care of me. I recommend Dr. K to anyone that needs any kind of dental work.

He looks at patients as "people", crafts custom treatment paths keeping their unique situations in mind and then follows through to an end result that's often awe inspiring. Highly recommended...

Made me confortable. Cracked a couple of jokes. His staff was just as good. My husband, who is a surgeon himself, had to rush off to an emergency surgery after getting me into the office. He couldn't stay on. Dr. Kaigler was such an awesome person that he had one of his officr staff guys, drive me and drop me home. I recommend Dr. Kaigler to everybody. He is the best ! Stay blessed Dr.Kaigler and team.

Jerrica Jackson-Bailey: My husband and I both attended the dentist here and we both experienced tooth sensitivity after our visits. They don’t have a parking lot for the clients but that wasn’t too much of a big deal so I didn’t fuss about it. During my visit the doctor said “Oh!” while he was drilling my tooth and then stopped. The assistant asked what was wrong and what happened he said nothing and sat there for a moment looking which freaked me out. Then he told me he decided to just do a regular filling which I said was fine, but after the visit I could no longer eat on the right side of my mouth because it hurt whenever I bit down on something or ate something hot or cold, so I went to a different dentist because I was afraid to go back to him after this experience. I was then told I had a bruised nerve in my tooth and that my bite was also high/off where he did the filling which was causing the tooth sensitivity. They smoothed the filling out and it feels a bit better but they told me the nerve will take a few weeks to heal itself.
Racheal Roberson: You know those commercials when you actually cry because your teeth looks so good and in this case that was the case. They did an amazing job on my dentures I'm still crying there are days when I know where things get a little bit overwhelming for them and they have more people there than they can handle but give them a try cuz they are very well worth the wait a very satisfied customer. Reckless Behavior: Worst place ever the staff had problems with there manners. The dentist wanted to keep trying to give me crowns. He did a fill in and less than 1 mouth it moved I went back and he wanted me to pay out of pocket like it was my fault...never again will I go back..I will just so I can post his name..I don't remember it..

Den-Nela: Livernois dental care is very unprofessional. They keep canceling my appointments claiming I did not confirm. They sent me an email stating i needed to confirm and i did and received a thank you for confirming. After confirming I received a text confirming my appointment for different times . Silly me i didnt pay attention to the fact that the appointments where scheduled for 4am didn't really matter because i planned on call seeing that my original appointments were scheduled for 1pm. I was told i should have known my appointments were cancelled because it said 4am. This is incompetents at it best. There was no reason for my appointments to be canceled in the first place. And what business chose a time they are close to tell patients their appointments have been canceled?

He checked all of my quality criteria boxes and I now recommend him to my friends.More detailed background:When I first moved to Michigan from Florida, I had the challenge of finding new healthcare options which were excellent in practice, knowledgeable, agreeable and easily accessible. Trust and ethics also falls into that quality criteria. I found on my first visit that the checkup was straight to the point, he walked me through all of the steps and considerations after meeting with the front desk and gave me some fresh x-rays with easy to follow recommendations for dental care. Seems simple right? You would be surprised how often those details are missed. He's also close to my home in Detroit so I was in and out of work in no time. No wait time or hassle due to COVID because the waiting room was clear, appointment was set and the instructions were simple. I love this office.

Diane Harley Brown: A couple of years ago, it was recommended that I go to Grand River Family Dentistry. Upon going there, I found everyone to be very kind, welcoming, friendly, thoughtful, caring and professional. From the time I enter into the building, through the time my next appointment is being scheduled, each of them always greets me with a "Smile" that I can feel deep from within. Dr. Azzouz is very professional, yet humble. He and his assistants genuinely care. He clearly explains the procedures and answers any questions that I have. He is very easy to talk to. During the procedures, he continually makes sure that I am comfortable. I have the utmost confidence and trust in him. Lillian, the Office Manager, is very professional and has such a caring heart, not only in her words, but also in her actions. She always does her best to make sure that things are fine and follows up with me after procedures. Ruth, the Dental Hygienist, is very professional and such a wonderful people person. I always laugh and smile with her. She does an excellent job and makes sure to keep me informed on what I need to continue doing.I sincerely mean this, "EVERYONE... THE ENTIRE STAFF... IS VERY KIND, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, THOUGHTFUL, CARING AND PROFESSIONAL."I cannot thank them enough for everything that they do.
Kisha Ciroc: This is the best experience I've had at a dentist office in a very long time. They are very friendly and they also go that extra mile to make sure you feel calm and comfortable. This will definitely be my permanent dentist office now.
Felicia Sheets: This is one of the best dental offices I have been to. Ruth the hygienist is so gentle, and accommodating! Dr. Azzouz remembers his patients. They allow you to make decisions, they don’t force you. I really love this place.
