David Blodgett: I have NEVER had to deal with this much ignorance. My package was never delivered, they never let me know I had to be home for it, never left a note or anything. I called costumer service not helpful at all, have to reschedule everything for Monday since they are not open on the weekend and can't redeliver today. I would rather use any other delivery service other than this one.

Chris Jankens: Very disappointing, pulled a USPS label to send to 3rd party. USPS never received, completely poor ethics and theft. Read other comments...I tried to find phone no. to call. Only get corporate and in Arizona not MI. 1/2 tempted to drive the 2 hours to talk to management...I want my package. It was a wedding gift from international friend.

Now I have a building, and I still use them for my mail and shipping needs. They are more reliable than the USPS! Helen is wonderful, and always answers my emails promptly!
Jacqueline Smith: Despite their busy schedules, the staff is friendly, proactive, and helpful. My home business address is protected by using this drop off address, which is very safe. For a reasonable fee, you are protected and your mail is safe. Since I started using this service four years ago, I have never had an issue.
NeilS Chapin: I know nothing about shipping household goods to my to Bulgarian in-laws. This company does not either. They may be good for domestic shipping but I won't risk it. I found them to be untruthful and apathetic about helping me and no follow up: poor customer service. Two months and 300.00 later, my package won't be delivered. The carrier was DHL: Horrible, horrible.

Not good customer service skills at all. My daughter deals with extremely bad anxiety and has a hard time calling places due to that. This is not something she should have to deal with from a company she is giving her money too. Especially when it didn't even come any quicker than regular postage.

Jane Lynne: The people stating delivery issues, we are not delivering their packages. We are corporate and note a ware house. Dhl express is more likely the area needed to go for delivery issues who handles the packages.
M Z: Do NOT go here to ship express or personal items. That’s not what this location is for. Instead, see the attached photo for your convenience on where to ship your items. Don’t waste your time like I did.
cΔҜeH: SOMEHOW they acsendentaly to the wrong adress 1 hour away from me. it took 2 weeks to get them to start sending the package to the right adress. it was suposed to come thursday and it did not. Then it was resceduled to friday and it did not come then. If i does not come by chrismas im calling the cops and telling they stole the 85$ item from me
Charlie Whitby: This is by far one of the worst receiver to deliver a load to, I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and they were on break, I was issued a door upon my arrival, I waited 1hr and 45 minutes and I wasn't getting unloaded, I went in to ask what was the delay and I was told by the lady in the office that they were on lunch, I asked why wasn't my appointment time honored and she couldn't give me a direct answer. Theses companies really need to respect our times we as drivers have other appointment and now we are on ELD our time is also important.

Savannah Garthe: Crysta helped me the other day and I had a great experience. I had a large shipment that was very pricey but she offered solutions to help get the package to a size that would offer morw affordable pricing for a friend I was sending yarn to. She was helpful and not rude or acting like I was a bother even though I felt like one with such a large shipment. Very good service. Worth it to support a smaller local store.
