Donna Price: I am a patient at Davita Dialysis and when I arrive at 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday to have my treatment no one was there, usually the guard is there to let you in but this week Tuesday and Thursday I stayed outside over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come in Tuesday I was outside sitting at the table in the parking lot and two cars are out there as well, but neither one of the people in the two cars even asked did I want to sit down and stay warm till people came to open up the door to let us in,and this was on Tuesday the 20th at 4:20a.m. and when I went on Thursday the 22nd the same thing, only this time I was outside alone so I just stood at the door until the nurse came and she let me in. I was so thankful to Jehovah that nothing happened to me while being out there alone waiting for more than 25 minutes to be let in the building. I did not appreciate this it was way too cold to be standing outside waiting for someone to get there and they know that patients are dropped off early in the morning by transportation drivers who drive off as soon as they drop you off. Being left there standing and waiting on someone to come and open up the door and this is not cool.

Stephanie Saffold Woolridge: My Father was visiting from out of state and had his dialysis here. Having gone to dialysis with him in his home state, I will say this facility was nicer than his. My Father even stated it was nicer than his normal place. They were very accommodating with his “visitor” status and worked with his schedule. Not having the need for dialysis myself, I cannot speak to the care administered, but my Father enjoyed (as much as you can enjoy dialysis) his experience.
