MICHAEL DAVIS: Nice experience
Laura Puckett: Really welcoming ! Beautiful store and clothes . Clearly very talented designers
Claudius Benson: Recently purchased a long sleeve Woodward tee online. I’ve washed it several times and it still has the same quality feel 😌
Michelle Choice: Super cute little boutique! Lots of handmade and Detroit local items. Including clothing, Jewelry, handbags, jackets and more! Tshirts start around $29 and most dresses or jackets are $65-$125. Jewelry $79 +I Bought a super soft cotton T-shirt! Will definitely be back for more 🖤

Andrea Smith: The shop was a beautiful shop and the owner had and staff were very friendly
Ian Templeton: Very beautiful store with an overall welcoming environment and staff. There is also a wide range of selections where you can find a lot of items in various sizes. The shirts are a bit pricey, but I was able to get a shirt on clearance and only paid half price. I recommend for those who are looking to shop downtown.
Cheryl L: Beautiful space. Lovely clothes. Great space.
Seydi Sarr: Innovation, aesthetics, fashion done differently 💙
Sheila Palmer: Need larger size clothes and variety
Polo Nius: The Spot is Bere Fiyah! The boutique has lovely vibes and merchandise. Shout out to the saleswoman, Meagan. She made the purchase experience worthwhile. She's also a great conversationalist.
Gabrielle Williams: Love the overall esthetic of the store and its items. I heard about this boutique and made a trip there to see what it was all about. I did feel a slight tension while in the store with the young lady working there. It was almost as if she was suspicious of me for not fitting a certain demographic, which I found really unfortunate, but did not voice while I was there. I really wanted to fully support this brand given what they stand for.
Soh A.: Sleeves run a bit tight/small (for my size). Shirt is good quality otherwise.
Jason Smoot: Good prices, nice staff
nicholas summerlee: We had the pleasure of meeting the owner while shopping there and she was incredibly attentive. The store is very well organized and has the feeling of a large boutique. The clothes are of good quality and not overpriced. They also do bespoke suits which I am looking forward to getting. A+ Detroit store.
Genevieve Wrobleski: Walked from the river to see the space closed. Hoping to one day shop there.

Mama Coo's Boutique: what do users think?
Sequoyah M: Stopped by Mama Coo’s on a whim while waiting on a brunch reservation and this place was MAGICAL!! I feel like I could’ve bought the entire store and the person working there, Desmond, was hyping me up to live my shopping spree fantasy, ha! Everything was so well curated and all the brass, vintage, and other uniqueties were incredibly beautiful. There were SO many pieces that would be great for spiritual spaces like an altar! I could’ve spent at least an hour in this little shop. Definitely stop in here and have a look-see, you won’t regret it!
Jessica Ellem: A lot of cute items and all in great shape.
Lauren Acton: I love this shop! I always find something special when I stop by. 💜
Cynthia McClure: Had nice resale at affordable prices.
Ashley Hall: Super cute, super small, super THRIFTY!! One of my fav lil boutiques to get lost in Detroit, plus it is right down the road from the main strip of Cass Corridor. Also- next to a cute but lil pricey coffee shop.
Sita Sita: Super adorable little shop in corktown with fantastic vibes excellent set up, New and gently used items fantastic selection of unique goods.. Reasonably priced.
Kristin Cheverie: amazing finds for a great price!
Paul Adam Mayer: Ridiculously good collection of stuff, amazing prices, wonderful staff. Easily my favorite Detroit thrift
Monique Reister: So many awesome finds and it's always changing! Been back over and over.
Ashley Hipps: My neighbor in business and they hustle and are always fair. You never know what treasures you’ll find so go frequently!
Cathy Woolf: Awesome thrift shop in Corktown! One of kind treasures, great prices and the owner is a "peach"!
Luna: Huge selection squeezed into a tiny store. So many amazing things to browse including lots of earrings (my favorite), and even some small home goods. Most of all I was surprised by their prices, SUPER reasonable. I got a vintage midi skirt for $10, vintage mod dress $17, vintage earrings $5. I don’t think that can be beat. The associate said they are bringing in new items daily. Masks are required!!
Jennifer Kusch: Lovely store with a wide selection. Owner is nice and the inventory is diverse but not overwhelming—just the right amount. Variety of sizes, eras, and price points.
Katie Laskowska: Love this store! Thank you for having such a great Instagram account that allows us out of towners to know when to come in for special deals or items. The lady working the register was so dang nice! Friend material, honestly. The place is a little small and hard to get around in (would be impossible for someone heavily overweight or handicapped), but they do outdoor market days occasionally so if you are not able to shop indoors, you do have the chance to do that at least. Be aware that parking is limited and not ideal.
Sheree Kempinski: Truly one of my favorite shops in Detroit. The quality of items, energy in the shop and welcoming positivity from Alana & Karen keeps me coming back.Shop local, lower your environmental footprint and buy alll the things at Mama Coo's
Andrea Woodard: Vintage shopping like never before I love it
D Nurullah: Mama Coo's never disappoints! Always something new and exciting for you and someone else! Awesome finds! I highly recommend you visit and bring a friend, unless you like having more for yourself!!!😁❤
Frau Eva: What a wonderful experience. I'm new to Detroit & was referred to Mama Coo's for wedding earrings. The female at counter helped me choose the perfect antique earrings to go with my wedding dress.
Tracie: Absolutely love this place!!
Chelsea Blake: Love Love Love this little place.
Plum Health DPC: Fantastic shop in Corktown - it’s a cute store with cute accoutrements nestled into a cute building at the corner of Bagley and Trumbull. They have greeting cards, clothes, jewelry, keychains, home wares and more. Always a friendly place to shop and a great customer experience. If you’re driving, they have free street parking in front.

Peacock Room: what do users think?
Greg Sparling: Bella was so helpful in suggesting what dress and accessories for our daughter. She settled in on the cherries dress and absolutely loves it!
Gina Kolarchick: Very interesting store with very cute dresses and fun accessories. If you're looking for socks that are comical, I would visit them in a heartbeat. In the same building as the Fisher Theater.
Wanda Crossman: Beautiful French styled woman's boutique located inside the beautiful historic Fisher Building. Great for unique clothing and gifts.
Melanie Mason: Wonderful experience today. It is a beautiful and magical store packed with colour, texture and all things shiny!! Genuine helpful staff. Thanks so much.
kristy Hurst: Amazing clothing!
carrie dupont: I could get lost happily in this store for hours!!
Michelle Nicholson: Eclectic women's clothing and accessories. Unique and vintage jewelry and clothing.
Elizabeth Franks: My go to place for wedding/party attire, I got my own wedding jewelry here too, they have cool and affordable sunglasses here too. One of the only local places that sells Tokyo Milk perfumes and I like that it’s small and privately owned. You really get personalized service when looking for something specific. I got one dress for a wedding that has dainty little birds on it, and received compliments on it all night! All their other stores are great too but I have been here most often.
Dani D: Unique fashion finds. Very nicely appointed shop with amazing pieces. Definitely on the upscale side but if you don't want to look like everyone else, go here!
Cheryl Tyus: The sales person was very helpful I give her five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Niki Thornton: Cute boutique shop in the Fisher Building. Very unique clothing and jewelry. A great place to pick up a conversation piece or a gift!
Stephanie Dickey: One of the best women's boutiques in the city! Fabulous and funky! Owner Rachel Lutz has curated a beautiful selection of clothing and accessories. GO SHOP, and tell her Stef sent you.
Margaret Topous: Finally visited today and am already planning a trip back! So many gorgeous things.
Jason Gibbs: This is a really fun and interesting store that's mostly women's clothing and accessories. The inside of the store is restored to the original 1920s architecture.
Heather: Such a wonderful boutique! It is so fabulous to be able to walk into a store and not worry about them having your size (they have from 0-22), also you know that you will find something special and different from other stores.Alice helped me find the perfect dress and earrings for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding this summer. You get personalized service and prices are affordable. I recommend Peacock room (and it’s sister shops) to every woman that is looking for that special outfit or just enjoys window shopping in a gloriously restored store.
Lynn Penning: Discovered the Peacock Room while visiting the fabulous Fisher Building. The sales assistants were friendly and helpful, and the selection of clothing and accessories is amazing. Offering unique items, you’ll find nothing bland or boring at the Peacock Room. I look forward to visiting the store again on my next trip to Detroit.
Patrick: Go here for your 20s decor and clothing and accessories
Autumn Coulter: I am absolutely OBSESSED with The Peacock room! Not only do I get to strut the halls of the illustrious Fisher Building like I'm on Detroit's 30 under 30 list, but I got to have my own mini fashion show, trying on dresses of all different aesthetics. The highlight of this Shop is the staff (and the other patrons!) who hype you up/give compliments/suggestions when you exit the fitting room. It really felt like I was just out for a girls day, shopping with friends. If dresses aren't your jam, there's plenty of accessories, jewelry and odds and ends for you to peruse through.Only downside- there are fur items in the shop. With such quality faux furs existing these days, no reason to bring animals into the mix anymore. Can't wait to be back soon, getting a dress that I promise I'll wear to more than one occasion but really won't!
Anne Cnockaert: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store - it's a Detroit gem! Beautiful, high quality items and friendly customer service. I ordered a shipment of gifts for Christmas and my package arrived missing a necklace. The store owner personally drove the piece to me on Christmas Eve so I'd have it to give on Christmas Day. Thank you so much, Rachel, I will be a lifelong customer!
Thomas Hunbell: Loved it. Found an absolutely wonderful outfit for my wife.
Jane Bate: Walking into the Fisher Building is always a Treat. The Peacock Room makes the visit perfect. Style, Sparkle and Class. A true Gem in the city.
