Canine To Five: what do users think?
VeAndrea Brown: Updating my review. I appreciate the quick response and the excellent customer service. We are looking forward to our private play session!
A Stevens: I started bringing my rescue jack russell terrier/poodle mix, Davey, here for grooming in March when our previous groomer closed - and it has been such a dream experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and seem to genuinely love their work. Everyone is very chill and understanding and helpful. We’ve only been in a couple times and the staff already recognized us, which felt really sweet. The reminder texts and emails are super helpful but I don’t get inundated with emails from them (the monthly calendars are adorable). I also get a huge kick out of getting Davey’s “report card” when I pick him up from grooming. I assumed this was only for doggie daycare - but it genuinely lights me up a little to see he’s had a good day lol.Booking grooming is easy now that we’re on a schedule - the first appt I made did end up being about 6 weeks out from when I called so keep that in mind if you are just starting out - but I recently found out that one of the reasons is because they ensure they never have too many pets in the grooming area at one time so the dogs aren’t stressed and the groomers aren’t overwhelmed - which is honestly such a relief given my little guy isn’t great with crowds. And this just ensures that every dog is really getting their proper time and care.Davey grows his curls quick (my friends have likened him to a chia pet lol) and our first appt was a perfect storm of me getting sick and having to cancel an appt with his previous groomer, and then that shop closing a month later before I called to rebook (since they didn’t take reservations in advance) so he was really quite matted at our first appt. The groomer took this in stride and got Davey looking and feeling wonderful and never once made me feel bad about it. They clearly keep thorough notes in their system because they noted that Davey’s coat was in better condition this time when I came in - which was so cool to me that they could look back and have that information. While I was there, Christian was handling the grooming front desk and he was so personable and helpful - and I also noticed he was calling owners to let them know about scratches or hot spots groomers had found on dogs while grooming, or if a dog was having a harder time and asking if they could proceed with a groom that would be more comfortable for the dog. I’ve had Davey 10 years and a senior rescue aussie for 3 years before him - not once have I had a groomer call me about any of that before. If it’s happened, it’s always been something they tell me at pickup. The dedication to all of the dogs best care was really clear to me just observing this for a few minutes and made me feel so safe leaving Davey in their care. This time, I got the text that Davey was ready for pickup right in the middle of a last minute work project before I would be off early for the holiday weekend - and I called and asked if it would be okay if I finished up my work before coming to pickup. They were totally fine with that and said as long as I picked up before closing, it was no big deal. I took an hour to finish my work and Davey was a bouncy happy little guy when I got there - seemingly not fussed at all that he hung out there an extra hour. They also now have Saturdays available which is great - however our last couple appts have been during the work week and I just bring my laptop and work from one of the local cafes or delis. The location is really convenient for that. Although they do have an easy drop off point if you want to just drive up and park for a hot minute and then head back home.I wish Davey liked hanging out with other dogs so we could join in more of the events and activities they offer lol - but even just for grooming - I cannot recommend them enough.
Eve Montgomery: The staff are knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and kind. Canine to Five, in addition to having an awesome name, were quick to respond to my initial application and incredibly flexible with scheduling our first day visit/evaluation. As a first time daycare user, I felt comforted by the genuinely caring demeanor of all staff with whom I interacted. I trust that they took exceptional care of my little guy due to their detailed and informed feedback. Finding trustworthy and compassionate caregivers for my no. 1 sidekick takes away so much of my stress surrounding starting a new job and having to be away from him. I highly recommend Canine to Five!
Linda Manns: They do very good work and very patient
Bridgette Morris-Oneal: I 💝how Happy my dog BearBear is when he leaves the doggy spa
Biba Adams: My dog is well taken care of when he comes for grooming. I realize I should buy him lunch and I wish he got more water. But, he is taken care of.
Diana Wasaanung'gokwe Seales: This has been a wonderful place for my dogs for both doggie day care and grooming.
Devon Gardner: Staff was friendly and nice the environment was relaxing and just loved my dog cut and color
CLEO ELLEDGE: Awesome customer service and dog grooming is top notch in Detroit! Lots of recommendations for the place! Sade passed away…God blessed her as he has blessed me with her.
PEPS GIRL: After SEVERING TIES WITH @PETSMART LIVONIA /DEARBORN👎…..I took my baby Kyro, to CANINE TO FIVE MIDTOWN💙. The staff was so caring, Lisa was his groomer. He looked so clean, his coat very shiny, nails cut low much more. He looked like a new dog. I made an appointment for every 4-5 weeks. @PETSMART LIVONIA/DEARBORN 👎 said my boy was aggressive and that they couldn’t service us anymore. They’re liars!!!! My boy was giving doggie kisses to the CANINE TO 5💙 staffers. He is very loving and gets excited around other dogs. Thanks @PETSMART LIVONIA/DEARBORN 👎 for your poor customer service, which led me to choose a professional provider for my dog’s grooming needs. Thank you CANINE TO FIVE 💙💙for your patience with my boy Kyro❤️.
Tee Mac: Always enjoy coming here! The staff is amazing and super nice. Always attentive and helpful over the phone and great with Pablo for his nail trims! Can’t wait for our groomers appointment soon!
Angelina Carter: I love this place! My dog loves this place! All the staff is very attentive and caring. I travel about 20-30 minutes to get my dog here and I wouldn't change day care centers unless they built one closer to where I live
Bobby Brown II: Beans: woof woof!Me: you give Canine to Five 5 stars that’s cool.
Paula Doherty: We drive 40 min each way to bring our dog here. The staff is so friendly and are well trained to handle all different dog personalities!
Janay “MzSouthernCharm” Harris: They Clean and friendly
Sarah Baughman: Our puppy just had her first day here. We were nervous due to her lack of socialization with dogs, and her separation anxiety. However, Canine to Five made us so much more comfortable. They have answered all of our questions. They have been very kind and professional. They have webcams to check in on your pup throughout the day. Also, her report card at the end of the day made us feel so much better! We are so excited to continue taking our pup here, she loved it so much she didn’t want to leave at pick up. Canine to Five is very worth it! A great place to take your dog, so they’re not lonely throughout the day.
Ashley Tweedale: Love this place! The staff is very accommodating & friendly. My sweet boy Rico has such a blast there, and I love that I can pop in & watch him on the webcams as I please. 10/10 would recommend! I just wish they stayed open a little later like 9pm for pickups.
Mononoke: Very impressed with the care everyone had for my little furries on their first day. They were so relaxed when I picked them up. Also very happy on the prompt response of the front desk! And the thorough paw report 😊
Eric Green: Overall, great experience with this company and we take our dog here often for doggy daycare and boarding on occasion! I would recommend the puppy program for help training your dog and socializing them with others! My only gripe is nail trimming which they often miss the dewclaw but very happy with everything else and baths are a plus too!
Lydia Bourke: So friendly. I felt like you really knew how to deal with the behaviors of the dogs. Felt very confident in leaving my most precious possession with you!
Akira S: Canine To Five always takes good care of my fur baby. The staff is always friendly and prompt to assist with any questions.

Canine to Five: what do users think?
Marisa Hernandez: My dog loves Canine to 5 and so do I! The workers are so friendly and professional. Puppy school has helped my dog learn to socialize so now we can take him everywhere with us without having to worry about his behavior around new dogs. I can’t recommend them enough!
Autumn B.: Communications are thorough and timely. Flexible scheduling and payment options provide greater accessibility. Web cam feeds are clear enough to actually see what individual dogs are doing and who they're playing with. The rePAWt card is descriptive (and adorable!), as well as helpful to my training plan. GREAT customer service, both on the phone and in person! Happy to have so many options for my dog's growth offered by one company.
Shari Acho: I loved our first day and want to give a special shout-out to Serena. She was so wonderful and gave me immediate support when I had questions. She is amazing!!!!!!! Loved being able to watch my pup all day with the live cams. My puppy had a GREAT first day. I can’t wait to bring her back next week.
Michelle Coburn: 100% the best of the best! My dog comes home tired and happy every visit. I have a 2 year old Corgi so hard to drain energy. He just chills and sleeps after which is kinda amazing!
Christina Zanotti: Canine to Five has made such a fun difference in our puppy’s life! If we have a busy day, we feel so much better knowing he’s having fun with his dog and human friends at doggy daycare/puppy preschool rather than being home alone all day. Their boarding service is also excellent! Our pup always comes home happy and tired.
Jamison Mosshart: Customer service is always friendly and customer support is always quick with a human touch, they take great care of our sweet doggo when the time arises.
Laura Nowakowski: We love bringing our golden Mac here a few times a week on the days we work long hours. They are open late enough for pick up making daycare possible for us on days we cant get there until 730pm. I love being able to check on him on my lunch via the cameras, always to see his tail wagging happily as he runs around. Staff seem well-trained at monitoring and managing the dogs from what I've seen on the cameras and are always very friendly. We show up with a dog who is so excited to run into daycare he doesn't even look back when I let go of his leash and are returned a tired happy pup every evening!
Jeffrey Lassen: Very professional staff. My dog gets the best care when I'm away
Leah: They failed to email, text call or have a direct conversation regarding the issues they were having with me and unilaterally decided to refuse anymore booking. Which also included canceling a booking for boarding and did not inform me of this. I found out through an attempt to make a resy for day care the day before I left and noticed that my boarding rsvp was canceled.Highly unprofessional, poor communication, overwhelmed staff, not sure if the pups have water in the kennels. Mine were always showing signs of having water being withheld from them when they returned home.Edited to respond to their Reply. They are making false accusations which is a concern and even more unprofessional. Any of you put medications in the pups food to make sure they take them? To shed a little more light, it took me a minute to learn all the rules, I have a lot going on and my priority was to get the pups to day care, make sure they eat, get their medications and then make it back in time before they close to pick them up. I had a super tight squeeze because of where I work and was arriving to work late in the morning. Once it sunk into my head that every morning I would have to fill out a medication sheet I did just that. Then I got a message on one of the last days before they booted me out stating, oops they forgot to give Romeo his evening medication. So now they have a tranquilizer floating around and Romeo never got it. Wonder why I put it in their food? I think this place would be a great fit if you work 9-5, want to pay extra for your pups to eat and don't have reactive puppers. I got some cool places now to keep my loves and me happy. I had to wait a bit because of availability, people are mad chill, not ready to kick you out and make false and misleading statements on the Goggle. Best of luck if you choose Canine to Five, buyer beware.
Tim Wilson: *** Update April 2023 ***I was happy enough with the way they handled this incident to give them another try. Even though the free dog training never materialized (when talking with Canine to Five they said the training place would reach out to me but they never did). My dog has visited Canine to Five a few other times for doggie daycare and boarding since that first incident and the experiences have generally been very positive.I appreciate that Canine to Five is one of the few places around here that has cameras. I shudder to think what goes in places that do not! And I appreciate that Canine to Five seems to care, has a staff that is diligent about keeping the dogs' play area clean, etc. And while they're usually busy and have a lot of dogs, they have a cap and a waitlist which I appreciate. These are all things I do not take for granted after looking into alternatives that didn't do or have those things.Check-in and pickup process for daycare is often crowded and time-consuming, and the parking lot can be chaotic with so many cars, dogs, and people coming and going. And prices are high. But the good outweighs the bad - especially compared to competitors.************Took our small dog here to try day care. What started as a good experience was ruined by an employee who literally dragged my fearful little dog a great distance across the floor by a slip lead around his neck which seemed like it could have choked him.The place generally seemed very professionally run. Communication and web site were great setting things up. Desk staff was very friendly. Video cameras allowing you to watch your dog at play are very much appreciated - and an absolute must for me now after this experience...I appreciate that staff members need to ensure when dogs play roughly that things do not get out of had. I watched the live video cam and saw the person monitoring the "Tiny Town" room remove and isolate individual dogs frequently for cool-down periods. The method used - throwing what appears to be a slip lead like a lasso around the dog's neck and guiding it to a separate area - I can even understand might be the best or only option to safely do that in large group of dogs. However, when it was my dog's turn for a timeout, my dog appeared scared by the "lasso" when it was thrown around his neck - he's never been led by the neck before only a harness - and he tried to back away. But the staff member ignored his fear and literally dragged him by the lasso - effectively a choke rope - around his neck a long distance across the whole floor and into the isolated area.I was horrified while watching it live. Thankfully, my dog did not appear to be injured. Much to my relief, he continued to play again after the timeout period and appeared to be physically ok. But he is a recent rescue who is very scared of new humans. After having him home a few days I feel this incident undid a lot of progress we'd made in training him to trust people. He seems more fearful of men now.To their credit, Canine to Five did call the next day to ask me how things went and when I mentioned the incident, they quickly had management review the video footage. They apologized and said that was not normal procedure and they would coach the employee. And I received a call back the next day re-iterating it and saying the employee was newer (no excuse) and has been re-trained. Apparently, there are safer methods they should have employed for a dog that is resistant rather than dragging them across the floor with a choke lead around their neck. But having time to reflect, I'm not very re-assured. I'm left wondering why they did not properly train or screen this employee to safely handle dogs in the first place? Or why was he not monitored to ensure he was handling dogs appropriately? I hate to think this would keep happening - to my dog or to others - had I not happened to have been watching the live web cam at that moment!I wasn't offered a refund and I'm not feeling likely to return even though we desperately need these services.
Darnell Smith: Friendly staff and great facility. My dog seemed to enjoy her time making new friends.
Michael Riley: I recommend you take your puppy here. Very nice friendly Staffing. They know what they are doing. They always keep you updated about your dog. Thank you again very much we really appreciate it.
Alan Hejl: We love sending our pup here for daycare and boarding. Staff is always beyond friendly.
Kevin Sheridan, Jr: Great place and great people.
Sandy Leung: Just geting around to submitting a review. Took my newly adopted dog to Canine To Five for the first time last week. She was very nervous, as was I lol. I love how the staff was able to recognize when Niki was stressed and took the time to help her destress and she was able to rejoin the doggy group again. Her 2nd time there, which was this week, I could tell from the doggy cam she was a little more relaxed. The only suggestion I would make is, I wish the angle or location of the cam in tiny town was better. It seems so far, sometimes its hard to tell which one is my dog 🤣. Thank you Canine To Five for working with Niki.
Valisa Glover: I took my buddy here for the first time and he loved it. He is not neutered so he had private play. I thought he would be running out the door, but he was really sad to leave. He whined for a minute which let me know he loved Canine to Five. I love his report and the staff is so awesome. I am taking. my buddy back for overnight and just wanted to make sure he was and good hands. I know he will be now.
Imani Gissendanner: The facility, the service to their customers, and their structure all seem to be great in the few moments I was in there. They’ve got huge space a beautiful setup and have a well organized system (minus a hiccup here and there) but If I could give zero I would. The people seem like they are so nice and so sweet and I would like to still believe that they are. To people that they like. I did try to apply and get denied. I hoped to understand what did I do wrong during my process so that I could improve. No one had an answer for that. As I contacted everyone they told me to contact, I then was called impolite and rude from the supervisor Amanda but people I hadn’t spoke on the phone with for more than 2mins. I truly didn’t act that way towards and believe there was a misunderstanding and prejudgment based on the fact that I didn’t get the job. I simply and nicely asked what it was I did. They told me how I was after the working interview process which couldn’t have anything to do with why I got denied. They incorrectly judged me and my character while contradicting each other and themselves to keep from the fact that they had no real reason not to hire me. Ultimately I would’ve preferred to just hear that if that is the truth. I’m appalled at how I was treated and cut off from speaking as an applicant and wouldn’t recommend applying. Based on other reviews from employees they don’t rank high. I was told not to contact or go up to the place after already speaking with whom it was I was trying to reach. So Melissa the interviewer took it upon herself to go an extra mile to reach out to me and tell me how terrible of a person I was for trying to understand and contact those I was told to reach out to. Must be multiple forms of miscommunication throughout there. I wish good luck to the people who apply and to stay strong and apparently stay silent.
Melissa Hauser: Very informed, friendly and attentive staff. They answered all of my questions and were so sweet and gentle with our puppy. Safe environment for dogs. Our 10 month Cane Corso had so much fun and she was happily tired when we brought her home. I would highly recommend this daycare!
s stewart: My dog visited Canine to Five Ferndale for the first time yesterday. I was very pleased with the treatment she received. She was very nervous but the staff was great with her and reassuring with me. I watched as people were greeted pleasantly as they arrived. Most dogs were known by name. It seemed that everybody was happy to be there and that the dogs were treated well. We will be back
Karen Williams: The staff are very friendly and professional. My fury dog Retro was on the shy side, but with the staff help he will feel comfortable and will want to return. When I walked in it smelled so refreshing and the bldg was very clean. I ❤️ love the fact that I can see my Retro on the cam.
Susana Cooper: They loved my dog and they remember his name. He came back home happy. That’s all I care about. My Patrick is happy I’m happy!

Denise Urbanczyk: I couldn't find the location and ended up calling. I was told they normally are open on Saturday but we're not open yesterday and I could come back on Sunday between 9 and 3 to bring in my dog to have her nails trimmed. I brought her in today on Sunday at 2:10 and they said they didn't have anyone to do it for the rest of the day and that the groomer had already finished for the day. What the heck. No reliability.

Doggie In the Window: what do users think?
Andrew S.: Our dog goes here once or twice a week and loves it. He comes home ready for dinner and bed.
Burt Beesome: I was not there as a dog owner. I came by on request of a very good friend . My only purpose was to talk and relate messages from my friend to the owner whom she has a long history with. I know nothing of the operation of this facility other than the rude woman (Lisa) at the reception desk. Met the owner briefly last week ,and came back today with another message from my friend in hopes of communication. Lisa is a crass person or she was certainly with me today , She was loud yelled at me , made me stop in my tracks 5 steps in . Would not let me get message out of my mouth , she yelled same thing twice, I tried to talk and was abruptly told in no uncertain terms that Owner was not interested in what I had to say . The owner was not there at the time but none the less , the way i was treated leaves little to be desired. Well The thrill I once had of meeting with Wendy and talking about how My own dog is descendant from her dog pictured on bldg. that has faded now . From what I have heard this place is suppose to be real nice, I've no clue , and I really do not think I will ever find out after being bum rushed from the front door. reading a few reviews I see Lisa has a questionable attitude with some .
Karrie: Very friendly atmosphere very friendly people well maintained very clean I love taking my dog there
Marissa Mullin: Our pups love coming here! We bring them for both daycare and boarding and they are always excited when we pull into the parking lot and can’t wait to go in to play. I love that the dogs are out during the day and not stuck inside a kennel. Wendy, Lisa and all the staff are absolutely amazing, thanks for always taking the best care of Boz & Gia (and our deeply missed Riggs ❤️)
Kirsten Dahlgren: My fur baby loves her play dates at Doggie in the Window…..when she realizes that is where we are going, I can barely hold onto her to get her inside she is so excited!
Nicole: I’m sad to leave a negative review for DITW. However, I had a terrible experience. Allow me to preface it by saying that my dogs had a great time and I think it’s great for dogs. It’s very well run. However, onto the negative. We scheduled and took our puppies for their evaluations the first week in December. It took about an hour for the whole process. I scheduled it months before. I chose DITW because of hearing about good experiences coupled with their competitive rates. After my boys “passed”, I quickly reserved (right after their evaluations) dates for boarding (during spring break). The person I spoke with said they were good to go, just needed to come one more time for puppy daycare to make sure they were comfortable. I brought them back a few weeks later for the daycare ($48 for the day). After that (they enjoyed a ton), I got a call letting me know we would have to put half down for their boarding over spring break. I said sure. Then I was told it would be $780. This was a lot more than I had planned on. This (I found out) was due to a new price increase of $10/day. I explained that I had made my reservations back when it was $68/day, so I should get that price, right? Nope. I also explained that I was upset and would the owner reconsider this time as I had taken a lot of time and money to get to this point. I was told nope. Sorry. So…if you’re ok with the price, you should go there. It’s very well organized and happy dogs. But, I was so upset about how they handed the situation, I’ve found a different spot for boarding.
Dana Tautfest: My appreciation has escalated since moving out of state, and no longer able to bring our dog here. Doggie In The Window is an amazing resource for your family pet. They treat your dog like family and all their customers with respect, warmth and kindness. Their facility is amazing. This is the best care available. I took my dog there for nine years on a regular basis.
Taylor Adams: I had booked an evaluation for my dog in the beginning for July as I needed somewhere to board my dog over Labor Day weekend. The appointment had to be rescheduled to nearly the end of August (8/20) per the owner. Two days before I called to find out how long the evaluation would take and was informed by staff that evaluations for that day were canceled. I never received a phone call, voicemail, or text regarding this. I didn’t get to speak with the owner until Monday 8/22 at which point she wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic towards my frustrating experience considering that now Labor Day is 2 weeks away.I would not recommend taking your dog here with the lack of communication and the difficulties getting your dog in for evaluation.
Luke Peterson: I don’t know where to begin. I would stay away from this place. Very understaffed. The workers there do not have any experience with handling dogs. I was told multiple times one of my dogs was aggressive but he really is a sweet dog. Myself and my dog trainer could not replicate any scenario that would trigger my dog like they told me. And when I would ask multiple times what happened, they would never get into specifics. Truly hard to fix a problem when there is not one. Any dog they deem “challenging” is not a fit for them and they do not want to work with you and your dog. My dogs like to chew on their leashes when excited and you could sense the staffs annoyance. Pretty sure my dogs were crated more then actually out playing with other dogs. Save your money and time and don’t go here.
Cgg15902 G: We have boarded our dog here many times for either one day or multiple and it seems every time he comes home sick. This has happened to him almost every time he has been there and we have no clue if it is other dogs getting him sick, or poor hygiene of the daycare itself. Won’t be going here anymore.
Cheyenne Brown: I love Lilly she precious
DEBBIE GARNER: Great groomers are wonderful my dog looks amazing ❤️
Taryn Asher: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Doggie in the Window. Violet has been boarding there for three years. When we pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited she can't contain herself :) She bounds to the door and can't even sit still enough long enough to be checked in. The facility with heated sidewalks and kind caring staff are amazing. Dogs are only in their cubicles from 10pm - 7am. They play the rest of the time!!! Other places cage animals wayyyyy too long. Violet comes home so tired from fun and activity - she sleeps for two days! Love DITW!
Olivia Shaw: Truly the best dog daycare in Metro Detroit. It is all about the dogs here with an amazing facility and trained staff.
Lindsay Royce: I have called this business several times and without me saying anything other than "hello", Lisa responds "I can't hear you" and hangs up. 99.9% of people these days use a cell phone with no access to a land line. I understand how a bad connection can be frustrating to a busy business (esp during these times) but never in my life have I not been given the chance to walk across the room to get better reception. We are new Berkley residents who won a stay for our dogs through the school district and we would rather eat the money than do business with someone who can't spare 10 seconds to answer the phone properly. We love this community and do everything we can to support local business but those is silly. Do better! You've lost what could have been a loyal customer.
Jawa of Darkness: This place is horrible. It crams several dogs in at once with about a HANDFUL of UNTRAINED staff!!! Fights have happened and dogs have gotten HURT!!! AVOID!!! RUN!!!!!
M S: Very great thank goodness for this amazing place we’re I can take my dog when I go to work!
Jasmine Hardy: Very petty manager (Wendy) and overcrowded play areas for the animals. Waste of time and money.
Jason Brown: Our Bella always has the greatest time and they take great care of her.
Will White: Friendly staff and clean playgrounds for the dogs. Easy check in and pick up.
Kimberley Bernzweig: My dog is exhausted after a day of play. If you have a friendly dog this is your place.

4 Legged Friends Daycare: what do users think?
Sharon Hughes: Amazing experience! It was our first time boarding our dog and we were very worried about leaving him for 6 days. Admittedly he is very spoiled and use to lots of attention but not so good with other dogs so he didn’t do day care. I was worried he would be lonely and mad at us for leaving him. He had lots of attention from the staff,. I also took advantage of the on site training with Sandy from Training Buddies. I expected a sad miserable dog at pick up, unfortunately for my ego he came out happy and well trained! He barely noticed we were there! 5 stars to Four Legged Friends and all of Ruger’s girlfriends for a job well done!💕
Patti Trombino: Lovely accommodations. They took great care of our elderly cat. Thank you
Olivia Oestreich: This place is awesome! The front desk staff are so friendly and patient!
Linda Gillman: They are very caring and you can tell they love animals.
Cindy Edmonds: Four Legged Friends gave our almost 5 month old little puppy a wonderful experience! From the time we were greeted and our sweetie was taken back to Bark Avenue until the time we picked her up, she was cared for so well. From the web cam we could see how much fun she had and her tail wagged so much. Everything was kept clean and like-sized dogs kept together. Thank you for a wonderful day! We will return often!
Kwame Robinson: Impressive! The facility is huge, well kept and clean. All the borders were happy and the caretakers were wonderful. Our cat, Moly, was well taken care of. They, probably innately, were careful not to add any new 'cat psychosis'😆. She is as good as she was before she went!We especially liked being able to check up on her via camera.A good friend recommended them highly, we see why and highly recommend 4 Legged Friends as well!!!
Gary Connor: Very friendly staff. And it’s obvious they all love Dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes. An excellent facility to board your dog.
Matthew Theunick: Great place. Very clean. Kind and caring staff. My dogs had a great time on their visit.
Marwan Chammout: Always friendly staff, reasonably priced, and most importantly, they take excellent care of my dog! I’ve been using their daycare/boarding services for the last 5 years and could not be happier!
Rachel Nash: We are new members at Four Legged Friend daycare. The staff are so patient with our nervous puppy, and he comes home happy, tired, and healthy. Love that we can check in and watch him playing, and the outdoor spaces.
Kim Hardwell: My puppy had a wonderful time!! The staff was superb upon my arrival & departure!! They are friendly, prompt & professional!! We will be back soon & I highly recommend this facility to others for their animal care!!
Russ Facione: Benny loved his stay! The staff was very welcoming and communicative to his day.
Lesley Bonsky: They were patient with our timid girl. She had a great time. Will for sure go back for daycare.
Jon Barrett: Webcams are a nice option. My dogs received baths and are very clean and super tired. Came home, ate dinner and collapsed. Thank you 4 Legged Friends!!
Lisa Matuszewski: Excellent care! Dogs really enjoyed themselves!
David Eskin: The staff are outstanding, they noticed a possible problem that I should be aware of it, to keep a eye on it.He look and acted very happy from his stay at 4 legged Friends Daycare.
Subrata Chatterjee: I read other reviews that said they wouldn't bring their pet back to 4 legged friends and I don't understand it at all. My pets have been going there for about 2 years now and each time I bring a new puppy,( I have 3 now), the staff and the owner are more than accommodating and the staff is very friendly. I've always felt comfortable with the CLEAN and spacious building and I believe the owner is fair to everyone based on her handling difficult situations that come up with dogs mingling with each other.I am happy with 4 legged friends daycare and am fully aware what my responsibility is with my dogs is regarding their behavior and up to date vaccination status.Update 9/30: Jennifer the owner is very interested in all the dogs and I always appreciate her small talk whenever she isn't busy!
Paul Wisniewski: Mary andI have been taking our dog Sophie to 4 legged friends for years. We really love the staff, so very friendly and helpful. Now we are introducing our new dog Molly. “ A exercised dog is a happy dog”
Rebecca Strahorn: My daughter boards her furbaby, Sassy, at 4 Legged Friends Daycare when we take our annual vacation together. It is a really nice facility. Sassy gets her own little room and we can check on her when every we want via live cam. Knowing that Sassy is getting great care, lets my daughter really relax and we get to enjoy our time together. I highly recommend 4 Legged Friends Daycare!
Mark okeefe: Fantastic place! Professional and friendly staff. They also offer very accommodating times for any schedule
D R: For the first time my 10 pounds dog went there for 4 days. Like every other dog owner I was worried when I dropped my dog off but we did an assessment days prior boarding. It went great. I will do it again when that is needed. The staff are so good and knowledgeable about how to handle the animals and the “parents”.You can see your dog all the time live on the phone.Thank you for all the services you provide!

Puppy Love Dog Socialization Center & Spa: what do users think?
Abbie C In the D: It was Otis and Tilda's 1st day today at puupy love and they love it.Stuff is super friendly very professional. They made it easy from start to finish. They had gromming appointments and they both look great. We definately found a place for them with no long wait.
Andrew Amaral: Today I called for a walk in nail trim for my English bulldog. My dog is not particularly fond of other dogs but the staff was so helpful by clearing a path so she was comfortable and could walk back with them to get her nails trimmed. They were so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend them!!
WhiteFox Killer: I love puppy love I could not be more happier anywhere else. Staff are great, caring and love every dog that comes in. Love the owner very nice an experience, filled with love for the pets.
Sofia Diez: I love Puppy Love! Amazing care for animals, clients, and employees! I would recommend Puppy Love to anyone in need of daycare and or boarding!
Alexis Diez: I bring my dogs here all the time and they love it! They play with new friends everyday and I wouldn’t trust anyone else watching my babies!
Rita Leone: Puppy Love is my two dogs favorite place in the world. They get so excited going & playing with all the other dogs & staff! Everyone who works there truly has a love & passion for animals, if you’re looking for a daycare you can trust this is the place. The owner Leslie is so friendly and knowledgeable, she has turned my dogs health around with her food & supplement suggestions & I am so grateful! Due to Puppy Love my dogs are happier & healthier than ever! I highly recommend Puppy Love to everyone!!
Nicolas Diez: I’m beyond obsessed with Puppy Love! The atmosphere is always so enjoyable and my dogs love making new friends everyday. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else
olivia fotiu: Puppy love is the safest, most comfortable place for your furry friends! All of the staff is super friendly and nice. The business is always clean and well taken care of!And the owner Leslie is the sweetest person! Highly recommend!
Kate W: Everyone at Puppy Love clearly loves their job and take special care of every dog in the place. They are wonderful with my puppy and she gets so much love every time she goes for daycare or boarding. My puppy always comes home exhausted after hours of playing! I never have to worry about my dog while she’s there, I know she is getting the best care because of how lovely the staff is!
Marcia Smith: Love the way the do my dog
Josie Addison: Puppy love did a great job at clipping Brody's nails and trimming around his eyes! Thank you!
Rixlie Fozilova: Love the atmosphere and the open space feel of this place! You could see that the pups are well taken care of and the staff is always beyond friendly and helpful! Our dogs get excited at only one mention of daycare.
Molly Anderson: My dog stayed there for five nights and I specifically requested grooming before pick up. They failed to groom him even though I called two days before to confirm he would be getting groomed. After leaving without him being groomed we got into the car and I took my mask off and was hit in the face with the smell of urine. So strong I almost vomited in my car. I took him home as I was disgusted and very upset and called to make them aware of the situation. They said they would make it right and proceeded to charge me an additional $250 dollars to clean the mess the caused. I’m disgusted and we will never return. Not to mention that my dog always tried to run out when ever I would take him there.
Rebecca Perry: We took Morpheus our 1 year old long haired German shepherd, to be groomed, as he really needed a good brush to de tangle his 7 layers of hair …We left him there at 9am and got him back at 3pm looking like a brand new puppy … shiny…well brushed and smelling fab !!I would highly recommend Puppy Love to board, day care and grooming …Thank you Puppy Love …Rebecca + Lori ….
Mr. Velous1: I have been taking my dogs to Puppy Love for about 3 years now and they love it, and so do I. The owner has a heart of gold and takes great care of every dog. Sometimes her heart is too big and she tries to help everyone, even people that trash talk her on social media on behalf of former employees or clients that are jerks coming in at the last minute and demanding services. I have been in the lobby and seen it in person. Some of you "owners" don't deserve to have pets. As for that post about scabs that someone claimed were bites, well scabs do not grow on a wound in a few hours so you need to take your dog to the vet because there is something else going on, not bites... And for the claim about not announcing Kennel Cough you're just plain wrong. Unlike another "canine" daycare around the block with whom I have personally had a negative experience, she waited until her clients called to complained before she announced. Ms. Wright has always been up front and honest about KC. I will always take my dogs to Puppy Love.
Cat Vincent: I won't be bringing my dog back. Today was his last day the owner came up to me today she was rude as any person could be. She said "he ripped her 200$ pants before and didn't charge me for them" "I've been watching his nails for you because he cuts me" you work at a doggie day care dogs jump well there playing its apart of the job.
Brina O'Brien: My baby LOVES coming here! She has a great time, and is tuckered out when i pick her up. On days Dot doesn’t visit, she will try and sit next to the car; she wants to come to puppy love! Everyone is very nice and they love the dogs ❤️
Donna Akinsherwood: The lady who runs this needs revaluation on her business or herself..Dogs were catching kennel cough and she wasn’t going to inform us prior to dropping my dog off or after pick up. I then called to confront her after another dog owner informed me her dog was sick as well- and she tried to down play the situation when I have a senior dog at home with seizures and health issues- who then also got extremely sick. They also clipped my dogs nails without permission or prior phone call when she has a groomer and a groomer apt the next day- then I seen her yell at an employee (there are only two employees who I like at this facility and who seem to care about my dog and the rest - and that’s who she was yelling at. (My vet bill was over 409 for both dogs due to my one dogs health issue which she then claimed was impossible so I asked if she wanted proof” she stated that she made changes… and nothing else …never apologize for anything. Done with toxicity and going back to down the road.
Ibrahim Noppsy: There are pluses and minuses here -Pros:Variety of services for grooming and boarding availablePretty easy scheduling, I've never been turned down whether it was for day care or for boarding. This is key since I have an unpredictable schedule and some of the other options around are very hard to schedule time with.Cons:After my dog's last stay, she came home covered in tiny scabs that I'm pretty sure were from bites (potentially play that got too rough? none of them looked like a bite from an attack, just small punctures)Another time she came home with pinkeye - it's super contagious so I can't fault them for it.No one seemed to really take the time to ask me anything about my dog - I filled out a few questions online, but when I got there I figured we would have a look around and talk about the dog but instead they just took her and sent me out in under 3 minutes.
Dawn Akrawi: Positive:Quality,Reliability
TriggerhappyJon: Very good place to watch your animals!

Pawz Inn: what do users think?
Amy Weatherell: I Have had my dogs here quite a few times. The staff amazed me though this time because of all the places I’ve taken my Husky for grooming, she has been a typical husky with a somewhat dramatic attitude with nail trimming. The fact they could do it no qualms simply means they have what it takes to get the job done! They did an amazing job with my girl as well as my mother’s cat. They have an app that makes it easy to make boarding reservations ,upload vaccine records edit contact information for just in case you need to swap out a person for pick up etc. They posted pictures on their Facebook page of my fur baby and if I had any questions, they were incredibly prompt at answering back. Although the pictures are wonderful and I know they’re in good hands, I still wish they had cameras so we can check in on our babies. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
Anjani Hundich: Leaving this review a bit prematurely since my dog has not actually stayed overnight yet...but we had our meet and greet today and I couldn't believe how smooth it went and how kind and loving the staff are.I have a very nervous senior dog, who is not new to boarding. But as she's gotten older, we've been feeling like her previous kennel was not a good fit anymore. I had heard great things about Pawz Inn and we decided to give it a try for an upcoming trip. The staff was so attentive to my dog just in the 10 minutes we were there. I had informed them over the phone about her anxiety and nervousness and they did everything they could to make sure she thrived in that short amount of time. My dog came out of the facility happy and tail wagging. At our previous facility, she would come running out like she couldn't wait to get out of there.I will update my review after our stay, but so far I am very impressed with the staff and this facility! And I hardly ever leave reviews!
K L: Thank you for taking good care of my Libby and Shadow! 🤗
Stiver Cooper: Great place for Buster. He looks forward to coming here and plays all day. They are also let the dogs go outside and keep them relatively clean.
Jason crute: I was super nervous sending a 4 month pup to some strangers for a day but it was worth the risk avoiding a crate for 7 hours.Holy cow... the puppy didn't even react when I picked her up, like she didn't even care that I was there or had left at allMy energetic boxer puppy slept in the car for the first time, was calm all night.... fantastic!!!!
CHELSEA WARNER: My dog had a great time and came home super happy
Thea Sommers: It's Awesome. My Lab Q loves his time at Pawz Inn!
Z: Highly recommended, my pup was clean and tuckered out when she got hope. Glad I did the bath option.
Elijah Singer: Best doggy daycare in town!
Jessica Keoshian: AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Our dog stayed 9 nights when we went out of town. The staff knew us by name when we walked in the door even as first time customers. They were very easy to get ahold of and are great communicators. He was so well cared for and it was well worth it! I would absolutely bring him back over and over again!
Brenna Stanecki: I COULD NOT RECOMMEND PAWZ ENOUGH! We recently adopted a very anxious pup and dropping her at a boarding facility was so difficult for the first time. The pawz staff were so friendly and reassuring and I love that they post photos of the dogs playing regularly. They treat all the dogs like their own and are very communicative; the app they use for booking is so easy to use as well! Thanks for taking care of our Butter :)
Cheyne Jarnol: We've been taking our pup for day care once a week for a few months now and absolutely love it. When we took him to another place he was constantly getting humped because he's a submissive male, that's not been the case here. They do an evaluation on your dog for the first visit, which I really appreciate. We've also used the washing service with the day care a couple times and he's so soft and clean when we pick him up!!
J D: They are the best. Friendly, professional - they treat your pup like family!
Johnny ontheSpot: All of the people i met at Pawz Inn impressed me due to their quite obvious love of what they do. Banfield could learn a thing or 2 from these people regarding how to treat dogs. She had never been to a place like this and had yet to be away from my side. They were all spectacular - Whenever i may need a place for her to stay this is where she will be going - My girl. 6 days in a world she didn't get. Now comfortably in a world she does. -
John Mowatt: Great staff, my dog comes home tired and is well taken care of.
Wendy Kakouros: Blaze absolutely loves coming here!! He gets all tuckered out after playing with friends all day
Jordan Jay: Had my pets nails clipped here. The staff was friendly and knowledgable! Excited to be using them again and taking advantage of their other services!
Lori Anderson: first time leaving our pup...zero hesitation on either side. he was perfectly content & happy. he was exhausted upon coming home. but in a good way. the pictures posted daily on Facebook were comforting to have access to.
Teresa Deagle: I brought my Chihuahua there to play a couple days a week and on the 2nd visit she came home with Kennel Cough and has been very sick. I don't want to blame just Pawz Inn but the people there should Not bring in a Highly Contagious.and/or Sick Dog bc All of US Owners and the Pets Suffer horribly. Nor did I have the Thousan Dollars it Cost to treat her not to mention having to stay home 24/7 bc she can't be left alone. The sleepless nights and stressful days don't help either. She's going on 5 days now and has barely.prpgressed and she's only 4 yrs old. Watch out for the Pups & the Elders. This Disease is Much more Serious than Google states. Especially if they have a fever (which.mine did). Ty for reading. P.S. it would've been nice for.Pawz to have checked on her seeing as I Notified them Immediately.
N S: Very nice place to board your dog. The best part is it’s kennel free. The staff is very friendly and updates you daily via fb with your pets photos.
Cassandra Mulcahy: Pawz Inn is a great place to board your dogs! They are friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I trust them with my pup Logan. Every time he comes home from boarding he is so happy but exhausted from all of the fun. We moved farther away and still make the drive to board our dog there.

Pet Suite Retreat: what do users think?
Cynthia Ayash: My daughter is excited to join ur team 😊 ty
mcbb102379@gmail.cOm Sharp: Great place for your dog boarding daycare or overnight the staff is great and they know my Dog Mickey by name. He's been going there ever since he was 3 months old. He's a Labrador, German shepherd, rockwilder mix with Hound also.
ADK LogFurniture: Loved this place. Great staff
Jennifer Bingham: So happy that we decided to board our dog Grimm here. The staff was great, Grimm was very happy there. I called and checked on him and from what they said Grimm was a big sweet heart that everybody just loved and he got to play with some big dogs too (he is a 100lb puppy)! Will definitely be coming back here 5 stars for sure!
Joseph Hall: Great place to take your fur babies to be taken care of. Area may seem a little sketchy but the staff and personnel of Pet Suite Retreat are top notch!
Pete Davis: Friendly people, took great care of my two dogs.
adele Resul: This is an overall best dog daycare I’ve ever seen. I felt like my puppy Chico has had a hard time adjusting with dogs and this place helped him become more social and happy. The workers make you feel taken care of and are super professional. I would 100% recommend this location for your pets!
Brad Stewart: Just picked up Bruno after a couple days at Pet Suite Retreat. I feel so good about leaving my pup with this facility knowing that he is going to have a safe, comfortable, and fun time. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they truly care for your animal.
kim myers: I have been using Pet Suite Retreat since 2014. When, I first became a customer the staff did give me a tour. (I am sure if you ask they would gladly give one.) My first dog Jezebel would go there for boarding when I went away on trips, we never had any issues, she loved going. I do recommend if you bring your dog for overnights to bring their bed. Even when Jezebel had to be on medications, I felt secure with leaving her, the staff toke time to acknowledge her needs. In 2020 I rescued my current puppy Elkin, and knew I wanted him to go to this daycare. With my work schedule and traveling Elkin has been to the daycare for the day countless times and tons of overnight visits. Gail trims his nail when I request, and does a great job. The staff is always so friendly, Elkin knows when we are heading to the daycare, and is so happy and excited when we arrive. I would highly recommend this place.
Lance Williams: My dog, a German Shepherd, loves this place. She gets so excited when she realizes she's going there. Plus, the people there are so pet friendly.
Larry Pannemann: Good small animal care.
Y M: I had a great experience with this company. My dogs came back happy. They followed my special instructions. I will be back.
Dan Bartok: Have used this location many times. Convenient location, great caring staff and very friendly. My GSD Lyra always enjoys her stay.
AD Gee: We just picked our animal up this morning and she has an issue with her eye. This place dismissed it as an allergy and expected full payment. We had a simple request to keep our dog away from others. We were never able to see her on the webcam so no real way to determine that, but the dismissive nature in which we were given our dog back, leads me to believe these instructions weren’t followed. Now, we have a vet bill after boarding our dog here. The first stop after picking up a pet after being boarded should not be the vet.NEVER again will we use this place.
Kevin Egle: Not much to look at from the outside, but it’s clean and welcoming inside. Staff is friendly and they do a good job learning the personalities of the pets to know who should play with who. A good experience overall
Sondra Velez: Great place good with the dogs, even for week long vacation!
James Boles: Great place, friendly staff
Cara Bear: They are all around Awesome and really great rates.
K W: Positive:Professionalism,ReliabilityThe staff is soo reassuring and patient. They offer day care also. The only thing is if you want a place that has cameras, I would look elsewhere.
steve kuruc: Very disappointed, asked for doggy daycare. And they wanted me to provide a fecal matter sample from my dog from a vet ? not convenient for people wanting to drop there dog , so they can visit the ford auto museum, for the day.
Kelie Fuller: TERRIBLE GROOMING!! Staff is friendly but the groomer is awful. This is the 2nd time they’ve done a poor job on my mini schnauzer. He will not be going back. I asked for schnauzer cut with hooded eyebrows and a short skirt. As you can see, my dog has NO definition or skirt at all! It’s like they took the clippers and shaved him completely down. He even has bald spots on his chest! Aside from the beard, which was poorly done as well, he doesn’t look like a schnauzer. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Camp Bow Wow: what do users think?
Frank Accavitti Jr.: Amazing Staff Theodore (my dog) is excited as soon as he knows we are headed to Camp Bow Wow
Robert Cramer: Staff is always helpful and smiling. Nice to have people who like our dogs as much as we do!
Festie: I really enjoyed taking my dog here for daycare until she got really sick. I spent over $300 at the vet. My dog got pneumonia and my dogs never been sick.
Carolynn VanBaak: Very nice facility and the employees are really great.
David Wood: Great, helped with queries efficiently
Scott Soucy: I just stopped by to drop off an employment application with my daughter. The dogs appeared to be having fun and the staff seems nice.
tina malnar: My dog loves this place and she completely tired out at the end of her visit ❤️❤️❤️
Steven & Vicki Killmar: We've boarded our 2 doggos here several times in the past few years, never had an issue. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. We really like the fact that we can look in on their playtime activities. Prices are very reasonable and they make sure all the clients have health checks/shots so minimizes chance of any illness issues. We're very happy customers and so are our Bo and Abby!
Megan Lewandowski: We sent our puppy Butcher here for the first time the other day and I cannot say enough good things about this business. They love your babies like they are their own and leave you at ease leavinng your dog.
Jennifer Cox: Had a great experience until we were asked not to return due to issues that they said had been ongoing, yet were NEVER brought up with us. We can’t manage behavioral issues or find alternate care if they aren’t addressed with us. ZERO communication and absolutely saddened we continued to take our pup there. Sad that a “training” facility believes that things like impulsivity and reactivity are things that can’t be worked with. They 100% can’t if that isn’t shared with the owner.
Tyler McGonnell: We've been taking our dog here for about 7 months, and since we have, our dog has mellowed out significantly and is more sociable then she was before. She always wags her tail when we say she is going to day care and is treated well here by the staff. She rates it 5/5 barks.
Rey Krali: My pup absolutely loves this place, she can't wait to return every time we bring her!
Scott Vincent: The staff's energy and love for the dogs they take care of is palpable. We will continue bringing our pup to Camp Bow Wow for a long time.
Larry Powell: Took great care of my Brutus
D Conley: This place is great. My pup wears our family out on ocassion. Anytime we take him to Camp Bow Wow he sleeps good for atleast 3 days. The 🐕 interaction is great for him and us.
Megan Bierschbach: We've been sending our pups to Camp Bow Wow for over a year now. Our pack loves going to Camp and we love knowing that they are in great hands every counselor treats our pups as if they were their own.
Amy Smith: The staff is VERY friendly at Camp Bow Wow!! I used Camp Bow Wow for a previous pet and had the same experience. It's comforting to be able to "check in" via the pet cams to see how my pet is doing. It's addicting though. :)
Carly Belloli: My pup Max had a wonderful experience. I watch him on the cameras and he looks to be having the time of his life. He received a bath and he smelt soooo good and was sooo soft! Thank you!
Marge Freundl: My dog stays here often if he can't go with me. He goes for a day and for overnights if I have to leave town.
Angelic Douglas: Awesome staff they are very professional. My dog always has a great experience. Camp Bow Wow has very caring staff. It's very comforting to know that your dog is safe and being active while you're working. It's hard to be away from your pet while you work. Camp Bow Wow makes it so much easier. Camp Bow Wow You Rock! Thanks for everything you do. :)
