PEPS GIRL: If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered wings for lunch. I placed a online order. I called to confirm the order and kept getting hung up on. When I finally arrived to get my order, there were only 2 people working in this Dominos, a guy who seemed to be overwhelmed and nervous and a lady. I got back to my desk after walking to get this chicken... The chicken looked uncooked and there was not enough sauce on the chicken. It was the worse lunch ever!!!! Never again!

jessie carlson: If I could choose zero stars, I would. I ordered food for my family at 11pm on new years eve. We had gone to a hockey game and just made it back to our airbnb. The hours listed said they were open until 1am, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I got a confirmation email stating my order was successful and even went as far as to say "Brandon began order at 11:51pm." I didn't even take off my shoes, because I was expecting to have food delivered to the apartment complex lobby and was expected to meet them. It was stated it would take 58-68 minutes. I was understanding, as it was new years eve and I was sure they were busy. After 2 hours passed since I ordered, I attempted to call with no answer. I called 5 times, no answer. The time on the tracker then changed to 83-98 minutes. At this point, I just wanted to cancel it but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I didn't want to wait until 3am to get our pizza. I had already paid ahead of time online. I was so stressed and frustrated. At 2:30 in the morning I finally recieved an automated text message from dominos bot stating they chose to cancel my order. Hours after they had stated they were making it, I had waited with my shoes on, I had called multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. Absolutely awful customer service. Absolutely awful experience. ​

Kiersten Geer: I ordered just a simple medium cheese pizza and chicken alfredo and never received it. It told me on the website that it was delivered but had never shown up. I called the store 4 times and on the third time I was told to call back after 5 minutes if my order still hadn't shown up and guess what, it didn't show up. Called for the fourth time to ask for a refund and got sent to the manager where I proceeded to sit on hold for 20 minutes. I had to call on a separate phone to even get an answer on my phone that was on hold. As soon as the other phone got picked up, the OG phone got picked up and I instantly got the refund. Worker on the phone claimed that the driver says that the address I gave him was just an empty parking lot so he went back to the store rather than calling the phone number that I had sent with the order.

Manas Deshpande: Walked in late night after a Red Wings game as we were parked closed by and nothing else was open. Good service, pizza came out very quickly and was hot and tasted good. Service was good and the store and washroom were both relatively clean. Open late hours too, I will give them 5/5 just for that.

All for a small pepperoni pizza at 2pm on a Wednesday. My first time trying dominos in my life and my last time buying it as well. I don’t blame the staff because there is only one person working but I blame the owner and I blame Dominos for not setting this worker up for success. The pizza is pretty good, but be warned...they love putting that garlic sauce or whatever it is on the crust of the pizza. If it's not your thing, you might be disappointed. Then he called again and when I answer he said "Your pizza is outside" I walked outside and saw a van but didn't see the driver, so I went all the way around the van and he was opening the back door, he handed me my pizza and got into his van and drove off.Correct me if I am wrong but when they say Delivery doesn't that mean that they come to your door and hand you your pizza? Delivery doesn't mean that you step out into the cold night, walk up to a van and get your order from the delivery man.

Rob Barron: Do NOT order ONLINE for delivery. CALL. The store can give you a more accurate idea of the wait time. IF you take your chances and merely order online, your time and money will be better spent walking in the dead of winter to a local gas station, buying a frozen pizza and shoving it down your pants on the walk home to warm it up. Your dinner will then taste better as well as get to you faster AND it will be warmer than if you were to order from this location. Additionally, the quality has nose dived over the past 1-2 years. Remember, it is likely NOT the fault of the driver your order is late. Over the last 18 months, the average wait time is approximately an hour and a half AFTER it comes out of the over for so called "quality check". I added two stars to the review because after getting the order approximately 2 hours after ordering, the manager was very receptive. (Keep in mind, I didn't start by dropping f bombs either.) She explained that ordering online does not give an accurate representation of wait time but calling into the store they will be able to tell you the wait time BEFORE you spend your money.

Dan Williams: Like reheated pizza? This is the place for you. You will certainly have to reheat it if you order delivery and want your pizza hot. According to the pizza tracker my pizza was out of the oven for an hour an 15 minutes before getting delivered. To their credit, I did receive everything I ordered, but if I had wanted to wait an hour and a half for cold pizza I would have gone to the local grocery, bought a frozen pizza, baked it, and let it sit on my counter for 45 minutes before eating the thing.

The supervisor this day has no customer service experience and we're stuck with a burnt pizza that no one wants. At this point I do want my $$ back so that I can order my grandchildren a good pizza. He salad was red it was so old and expired when I called the store the girl answered said the manager wasn’t in soShe didn’t know what to do then she told me to hold and hung up on me when I called back she would not answer because she could see my number never got another salad never got my money back. I reported them to corporate to only find out they are a independent store which is why they act like that never order from here u will regret it.

paige agee: Food is fine, but this is not the first time I’ve ordered on the app, gotten a notification that was ready and had to wait 10 more minutes (I usually give them about 5 minutes before I actually go in, and I still had to wait another 5 once i went in). for it to actually be done. Please do better with this. I don’t understand the point of letting someone know their food is done, when it isn’t.

Its misleading and false in fact it would be more expensive than picking it up and ordering as normal. I recieved an offer for a "FREE TWO TOPPING MEDIUM" so decided to see what it was all about. After choosing what I liked. A message popped up and said the "free pizza" was for delivery only so the grand total was $7.11 not including tip $5 for delivery and some random $2 BS food and beverage fee So the offer Is a scam. Shame on dominos. you can get a large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 carryout all day everyday.

I’m not sure if this is an employee training issue or an organization issue to push people to order extra cheese. However, all pizza is made around the foundation of cheese. To have blotches of cheese scattered around the pizza is bad for business. My second issue with our order was the stuffed cheese bread note “stuffed”, well the entire bread was missing the stuffed cheese ingredient. How??? This is madness. How can anyone prepare something that is marketed as such forget the highlight stuffed cheese.This location is very inconsistent with orders and the staff need to be re-trained.

I've given this domino's location at least 15 chances over the last 2.5 years since moving to Michigan. I don't know how this location even has a pizza tracker because their time estimates are never within an hour close to estimating the time. I have been told my pizza is ready for pickup at least five times when it hasn't even been put in the oven yet. I've sat out front waiting for curbside delivery for hours multiple times. And each time they don't look busy. I understand that they could be doing deliveries out the back door, but it doesn't help the perception. Getting someone on the phone is hard.At first, I thought the poor service was due to the pandemic, and maybe it was. Perhaps it still is. But I can't order from here and count on my pizza being ready within 2 hours of ordering it.Dominos used to have a delivery guarantee of 30 minutes or free. If that were still the case, this would be the ultimate charity.We've ordered pizza around 5p so we can eat and get the kids down. In the worst cases, we've got our food after 8p.I will say they did get our food on time once. But this time, tonight was the last time.I have a collection of screenshots of the pizza tracker app because it is depressingly comical.Maybe this place is so popular that their demand is insane. That's fine. I know nearby Jets doesn't have these issues. I just don't always feel like deep dish.If you're looking for a deal as good as the dominos $5.99 deal, look to Gilbert's lodge nearby Harper woods. Monday night, there is half off pizza, and it's great.I still like dominos, i just can't order from this one.We did get a free pizza offer from the App for not making their time. The lady at the counter said they are hustling to keep up with backorders and that they are working non-stop. She did admit the pizza tracker is rarely accurate for this location.

Tina Bennett: My daughter's pizza was really good according to her. My pizza on the other hand...not so much. I wish it would let me upload the pictures I took but it won't. Anyway, my pizza had an entire slice and 3/4 of a second slice that had zero toppings on it. Not even sauce. I've never seen anything like it before. Our cheesy bread was pretty good albeit quite burnt around all edges. I was really excited at first cuz I thought it was like that delicious burnt cheese you get at the top of your crust, but it was just too burned so it was just really bitter and charred tasting. It was a bummer cuz this was the first time in about 9 months that we ordered Domino's (always been my fav pizza) and I was really looking forward to it. Oh well, I guess they can't be perfect all the time lol. Anyway, that's my review.
