belle muse: Today was my 1st time visiting this store. I was looking for kitchen items and their items are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. A clearly used glass bowl was $8, it would be $10 brand new at a Marshalls. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said “well it’s $8”. Also an elderly lil woman asked the price of a mini plastic piece, one employee said $4 and the other LOUDLY began to complain that $4 was priced too low. That same employee seemed annoyed when asked to double bag a customer’s purchases. She literally asked him if “ he was walking”. Although I’m not really a Thrift shopper. I know poor customer service and price gouging when see it.

Erin P: Mr. Krockett / Crockett is VERY rude and nasty gets loud over the phone when “assisting” customers. Also using words like “demanding” and “spoiled” when speaking to the public. I overheard him yelling very loudly at my mother (I heard him from another room) when she was trying to follow up with him and he had not called her back all week and she had to reach out to management and he apparently was very upset about that and felt he needed to let her know that she cannot “demand” him to call her back (even though his voicemail stated he would call folks in 48 hours ) he states he “gotten busy” and his feathers were apparently ruffled even though HE did not follow through on his end as he was supposed to do. He called back to fuss and huff and puff because his feelings were hurt instead of doing his job and assisting the customer or simply providing her with information.

Brandon Rozanski: Wow what an experience. The Men and Women of this Ministry are Truly doing God's Work. I visited here during a brief incarceration, more of a lack of monitoring my reaction to prescribed medication. Nonetheless the things this ministry does is nothing short of miraculous. They gave me a FULL set of clothing for an entire week Coat and shoes included. Soap, Razors, Deodorant, Etcetera everything one would need had they just left the judicial system. And offered gentle persuasion to seek counsel with the Lord. Being offered with no Bias or expectation. I hope any individual in this situation finds this Ministry, and fully appreciates all they do for them, myself included. I just don't understand why the owner allow for the credit card debit card machine to stay broke and will not fix it which causes us who comes very frequently to have to leave and go to atm or not able to purchase the merchandise and some don't have vehicles so it's very frustrating! This is very very inconvenient for this area if it was another area maybe they wouldn't have that problem!!

The CuRvEy: Such a helpful organization. They offer classes and education for those in the process of wanting to buy a home to those who want to build their credit and get out of debt. Dis appointed: Used to be able to get some decent deals here- Not any more!Prices of many of the used items I looked at were HIGHER than retail of new items elsewhere.Seeing as how your merchandise is donated there is no need or excuse to gouge people with your pricing!

Rachel Leonard: I've been to a lot of restores and I can't believe this place. It feels like you've walked into a hoarders garage. It's filthy, disorganized, hard to figure out what they're selling let alone anything specific you're looking to buy. I came to donate and browse. When I pulled in, all the signs said donations accepted during store hours only, but then when I asked at the front they said they don't accept them after 3.
M B: I support the Restore by shopping there only, I have refrained from visiting lately because the store is closed during day time. No notices on the door or anything. Also their prices are little too high and someone needs to check around before they price things here. Why would I buy a used window for $200 if it’s $129 at the big box store?!
Jenny & Alex: Rip off. We have supported many Habitat projects and stores over the years but unfortunately the person in charge of pricing the items here is completely detached from reality. Many items are priced at or above the full retail price for a new item! It’s really too bad. Habitat used to be a great place to donate unused tools and materials and also pick up discounted items. I hope they can find their way back.

KB MILLER: Well here is the 100% Truth, I donated probably 10,000 in paint to them in the past 3 years, & I am appalled at a. The prices of what they sell that is donated to them which is three times the normal price and B. the fact that they are made aware of it and do nothing about it and C. The fact that I am told that I may receive 1/2 off 1 item for this amount of donation, I usually say nothing and walk on, but not this time, so when the time comes I will recommend to all my followers the 200,000+ to go elsewhere until then the salvation army and other stores have better pricing btw habitat folks change the name to Habitat for our pockets because that is what you have become and it's sickening to the core...

Co Beadia: I used to really like this one. But they took out their dressing rooms and have a sign out front that they do not have any public restrooms and if you you bring something to the counter that does not have a price tag on it (which most items doesn't have a price) they will NOT sell it. And there where two ladies at the counter one just sitting there talking and the other actually working.

I benefited from this organization as a child in need, so I will gladly drive out of my way to deliver donations here to pay it forward. Bonus: Found an authentic, autographed painting here today from a popular Chinese artist in the 40s. A treasure for sure! Paid $10 for it!
