My appointment was prompt, I was there about 25 minutes total. They were courteous, very professional & very clean. The young lady wore gloves & a mask & gave clear instructions. While it may have cost more than the other place, the quality & security of the service I received was well worth it. Thank you!

Kimberly Maxwell: Honestly I had a very great experience here. Me and also my son grandmother seeing as that we we’re getting a grandparents dna test done. One the lab tech was very polite and she kept changing her gloves consistently throughout the process which gave me a sense of relief that wouldn’t anything be cross contaminated. She was also very good with my 7month old son who is very busy, currently loves grabbing whatever he lays his eyes on and she kept him calm while doing the testing. An all over she was just very pleasant to deal with which I loved. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of testing done.

Tori Gianino: Had to get a Covid test for work and called for an appointment. Not only did they get me in right away, my results were back in less than 48-hours! Also, I have a tendence to hyperventilate when I see the needle and the tech who took my blood was so calming and distracted me so well I didn't even realize I was being distracted! Before you knew it, it was over and I didn't feel a thing! The facility is clean and the staff is professional. I will definitely go back should I need any more lab work done. Highly recommend!

No one could be bothered to answer phones, emails, or Facebook messages sent to owner of business. They should lose the contract.... UPDATE....OWNER refusing responsibility for confirmed appointments being made. This is a franchise contractor. The units receiving appointments get rosters of appointments. If , as she claims, the web portal did this when they were closed, it still would have told them they had appointments. Fact:. The website clearly listed today as a day they were open.

Shereen Ali: Wasted my time, I called to make an appointment for a drug test here and I was told that “walk ins” are welcomed till 4:30pm. I drove here at 3:30pm and a gentleman in the front told me they don’t accept drug tests from my employer and don’t accept epassports and to go to another clinic, I then informed the gentleman that I can’t just make that Decision to just go to another clinic and I will have to notify my employer and he was just trying to get me to leave, so I left. My employer contacted this clinic a few moments after I left and supposedly a man on the phone said they didn’t know who I was and to come back...I then called again since I was so confused on what was going on and was told that the reason why they turned me away was because there was a clinch in the systems... nothing made sense, terrible experience!

Brien Becks: I went twice I didn't know that 4pm was the cut off for drug screens. The woman behind the desk answered my questions while dealing with a bleeding hand. Went in the following morning and was greeted with a masked smile. Tiffany made everything ok and answered all of the questions I had about the process. Megan Yore: Staff was extremely friendly and they also got me in and out of there quickly. Probably one of the best urgent care visits i have had. I honestly didnt know they were there because they are kind of hidden in a strip mall but the beaumont urgent care across the street sent me there because they didnt take my insurance. Im glad they did because when i had a diff insurance the beaumont urgent care was my go to urgent care and every time i went was not a great experience. If i need to go to an urgent care again i will definitely be choosing occmed 1st choice moving forward

Fast,friendly,clean place,kind staff!Update:they charge your insurance (BCN HMO in my case) & according to our insurance they paid allowable costs however I have been getting non stop bills monthly for all of our 5 minutes worth of tests which I’m told not to pay by ins co ,BCN says it’s paid-not my responsibility. Idk but it’s annoying & I wish someone would have told me ahead of time because these people were not the only place giving Covid-19 Tests as it was covered by the federal government so it’s also confusing! I just don’t understand why they’re not upfront about insurance companies they don’t work with especially if ultimately it’s the patient that is responsible for payments- for my whole family in my case.STILL OWE $190.00 times -4 people FOR MISC CHARGE- which were 5 second walk in Covid-19 test It states my BCBSMI is not eligible for charge so it’s patient responsibility! Unbelievable scammers

I've watched management and support staff sit down with clients and help them with paperwork/court documents/insurance/ or even things that did not pertain to anything that was happening or had to do with the business.Once was called Michigan Diagnostic Alcohol and Drug Services and the name was changed to reflect where we wanted to head as a company hence Michigan Counseling Group.We do still provide all the other services that was once provided like:Drug screens for Employment/School/Court/Personal, DNA Personal and Chain of Custody, Support/PTSD/Change Classes, one on one counseling covering a wide array of things (We have 5 great counselors to choose from), Secretary of State/Probation/Mental Health/ and Opioid Risk Assessments.

Thanks mdads let's hope my boss understands.UPDATE: showed up at 7:22. Payed for my PBT and offered to uber me to work which is awesome, but I'm still late. Much appreciated but I hope it doesn't happen again because my boss is livid and technically at the end of the day it's my fault for drinking and driving thanks mdads

carrie Laux: Gene may be a nice guy but my experience was far from professional. I called ahead to ask a few questions & requested an appointment- was told that wasn’t necessary, just come on in during business hours of 7am-7pm although he did request I show up by 6:30pm to fill out paperwork. I showed up at 12:20 pm to a note on the door saying he’d return by 1. Irritating but I waited. Gene showed up at 1:10. He asked why I didn’t call as if he would’ve appeared like a magic genie from a lamp. I wondered why he didn’t tell me on my two previous calls he didn’t bother saying he closes for lunch break. I filled out my paperwork & handed him my card for payment. He says, “would’ve been faster with cash”. Again, that was something he could have shared during my previous calls. He takes me to the community restroom that services the whole building & it smelled awful. He hands me the cup to pee in, no other instructions. He came in to collect the cup & scolded me for putting it on the wet counter. During this whole time he never wore gloves, which I thought was disgusting as he’s touching everything after he handled my urine cup. I was told I could call Friday to see if my results were in. I call & he’s “not available” & was told to call back in 10 minutes. Same thing happened Monday morning so I ask when IS a good time to call & was directed to send an email so I did. I got my results emailed to me from someone else at 4am- great! Gene emailed me from the same email address TEN HOURS LATER with the results. Do they not communicate?! Just an awful experience all around. I went somewhere else & had a completely different, clean, secure, professional experience. The prices at ACT may be low but you get what you pay for. If you absolutely must go there, call in advance to make sure he’s there & bring cash although I highly recommend going somewhere else.

They literally gave me false results for a hair Follicle test!! the first time I went there they said they would need the same amount of hair as the tip of the lead a number 2 pencil. And they ended up cutting out like 5 times that! Because he said he wants to make sure they have plenty enoff hair to test. So not wanting to I did I let him because I needed the Results for my CPS case. Then they called me about 3 weeks later and told me oh we didn’t have enoff hair somehow they didn’t get all the. Results back and we would need to get more hair from you as upsetting as that was because I did not want to get my haircut again I agreed because I needed the results. Even though I gave him so much and how they could possibly not have enough so then the send on time I same they took even more then the first time to make sure there was plenty again...?? And I just wanted to have it on paper that I was negative for all drugs The hair follicle test because I thought that would be the most accurate I know I was wrong because this place is very unprofessional Loving said long story short they called me and told me I could pick up my results I came in and they said that I was positive for five drugs that I have never even done like cocaine and benzo’s and opiates I literally have never done cocaine and I understand can be mixed with these drugs that being said there’s no possible way because I have been clean for four months and it goes back 90 for hair test Not to mention I have proof that I’ve been clean from another facility where I have been getting drug tested and I have results proving that I have been clean for the last 90 days nothing at all in my system!!! So I already knew the results should’ve been negative but like I said I don’t know what they did if they lost or missed placed my hair regardless I know what I’ve been putting in my body and I have been getting drug test for the last 90 days thing I’ve been clean on story short do not go to these people because they are very unreliable!!!!! I just wasted over $100 and got my haircut two times for no reason and went through mental distress from this !! Every single time I left his place I felt so discouraged and upset even though I know I’ve been clean! Thank you have a nice day

jacob taylor: Ive had nothing but great experiences going to test at All County Testing, the staff is very nice and welcoming and genuinely seem to care about how you are doing, they are also very flexible with hours and try to work with you the best they can. I HIGHLY recommend switching to All County Testing for any court order testing especially if you are going through JAMS which is the worst testing experience I’ve ever had.

Be Kind: Dr Ali Ayoub is simply amazing. What the ER does in 6 hours he was able to complete in less than 30 minutes when my 5 year old suffered a gash on his forehead and needed stitches. Dr Ayoub was professional, courteous and genuine. On behalf of my whole familyThank you so much

Macy Lucero: They've been speedy and nice the last 2 times I was there before but this last time I went in for a COVID test and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude cause I didn't know the difference between the two tests and I asked her what she meant and she ignored the question then asked again at the end and explained it that time then at the end when I was negative the doctor with long red hair ( Crystal Shangena) recommended me a prescription and I asked if Mucinex would work the same and she said yes but the prescription would be there if needed. The boy at the front desk handed me a pile of papers and two of them were prescriptions. I went in to the pharmacy today like 10 days later because I'm not getting better and they said they called to verify and they said not only have I never been there but they never prescribed me anything. I called and the lady was very rude I explained my situation and started reading off my paperwork to prove I infact went in that day and described the doctor and asked her to verify with the doctor and she said okay and to hold and never got back to me but instead transferred me to a different person who said they don't even hand out paper prescriptions. I've never been treated like this before and it's highly upsetting. I'm going to go in in a few hours with proof and see if we can get this sorted out but I don't even wanna go back because it's so dangerous to make a mistake like this. Especially because the pharmacy I get from is also my work place and I'm already being treated differently because of it..Update: I went in and the person who prescribed me the medicine never put it in the system. This wasn't my fault whatsoever and its upsetting because the pharmacy could've gotten me in trouble over fraud even though I did nothing wrong. It was a mistake on the doctor's side

Aby S: Recently had an immigration medical done at this office , great experience, went smooth and fast. For what I was charged I believe it was appropriate. The admin team made it smooth to book the appointment, informed me what I needed for the day and provided the appropriate forms and instructions. Would recommend this location for anyone looking into immigration medical.

Hussein B: Very disappointed with this urgent care. All they care about is money! They keep billing you and after you pay their copay, they send you another bill and then another bill for the same visit. When you try and speak to someone, they are rude and never give you a straight answer. It becomes inconvenient to always have to call them and get this straightened out because a biller just wants to make more money. So sick of it!
