Shutterbug: Wait is always long, the staff is very short and their tone is not friendly. The food was not even warm and the order had things wrong (like, asking for no cheese and theres still cheese). I can almost see this from my house and I choose to pass by if I have other options.
Maharshi Luhana: Over all very unhappy with Dunkin Donuts in general.I used to love it, but, bad experience at multiple locations has created a bias in my brain.I am willing to try one or two more locations before giving it up entirely.

Yvonne Wilson: I love the doughnuts at Dunkin: they have a good variety and good size. But, this particular location on this morning had two cashier's working the counter and I think, the drive-thru window. However, when I approached the counter, one cashier waited on me and the other, the customer next to me. All of the sudden, they began to do this 'pass-off' service: I gave my order to the cashier that was waiting on me--she finished preparing my sandwich and came back to get my doughnuts. She grabbed the box and then, the other cashier walked away from filling her customer's order to ask me what I wanted. The customer that she was waiting on was having a conversation with her making it difficult for me to tell me her my doughnut order with clarity. And he did not stop talking! Then, the other cashier walked up from serving the drive-thru window and began asking about my doughnuts order and now, they are both talking to me and then, each other and the other customer is still talking...CONFUSING. Having worked in CS before, I suggest completing your service with the customer you began with and/or cease idle conversation when you have a busy drive-thru and two cash registers. The scenario I witnessed this morning is the primary reason for mistakes in orders and charges.

Casey Bettis: I just left the drive thru . I ordered three doughnits. One lemon filled and two plain doughnuts.The lemon filled doughnut was fresh. The two plain doughnuts were old, stale and hard as a rock.They were uneatable.They knew the doughnuts were old and sold them to me anyway. I didn't want to burn gas to take two old doughnuts back so I threw them away. I will never buy doughnuts from Dunkin Doughnut on Greenfield..
