Esther Kennedy: Wish I could put more than 5 stars. Walked in looking for a king size bed and mattress, got quoted an excellence price for a very popular bed. Went back wanting a different bed. They were able to order the bed I really want, in the color I want, the size I want with the mattress I fell in love with at the beginning. They even took a step further to disfigure their show room to show how high my bed would sit adding a low profile frame. Which was something else I wanted. Needed height for my back problems. With all of that, it was just a few bucks more than my first quote. I’m beyond happy. I can’t wait to receive my bed.

C Lilakos: This store is amazing. There are so many unique pieces to choose from. I love a good gem shop but this is so much more. There is a ton of hand crafted jewelry. You can see them making things on site. They also have a ton of merch that they screen print there. Everything from hats to hoodies can be found in here. It’s definitely not your average shop. I was amazed with the quality. I’ve visited stores all over the US and definitely never came across a spot with such a great selection. I left feeling like there was still so much more I hadn’t looked at. I ended up leaving with gifts for my whole family. I’ll definitely be shopping on their Etsy in the upcoming months.

Vibes With The Tribes Music Festival: Please stop selling white California sage, I don’t care that it’s “blessed by a Native” that is the cringiest thing possible to appease white people. The plant is endangered. No one should be selling it. It is getting illegally poached. Time to move on to a less extractive and appropriative form of smudging. Also crystals and rocks are usually unethically sourced from child labor in African crystal mines. So think twice before buying crystal. I suggest looking for some rocks outside

Answered our questions, knowledgeable of the different mattress types, and gave us space to look around. We told him we wanted to look at other stores to make sure we knew what we wanted and he was very understanding.The other mattress stores nearby were not comparable in pricing, knowledge, or customer service. Needless to say, we came back and made our mattress purchase with Travis. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress.

He provided sooo much customer service in sooo many ways that provided me with all the info needed to make the best amd correct buy for my needs. Through the entire time from beginning to delivery (today), Ethan was an absolute pleasure to speak with and was so engaging you cant help but find yourself talking with him as if you had known him forever. Everything he said, promised, and explained was honest and shown to be true. I also want to comment on the 2 guys that delivered my 2 mattresses today. (I am not confident that I remember both their names correctly, so I wont name them - my sincere apologies to these 2 great men !!). Ethan had explained to me that US Mattress went to having their own in house delivery/set up personnel, rather than contracting out elsewhere. Great move by US Mattress !! The 2 men that I dealt with today were very personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure. The tracking of delivery time provided was spot on and the delivery men called me when they were on their way, gave me a time of arrival, and were there exactly when they said. I wont buy another bed from anywhere else !! Thank you Ethan, delivery, and US Mattress !!

I would recommend him.Unfortunately, I have to edit my review.Delivery was delayed 3 times, so I canceled the order. The manager Ethan said he put the cancelation in the next day. I followed up with him 5 days later and he assured me that I would receive my refund soon. After, 13 business days, I followed up with the store. I was told to call customer service. They could not find my cancelation nor was my mattress attached to the order. Customer service has put in a claim so they can investigate and return my money. It will probably take at least 7 more days before my credit card is reimbursed while I will ecru interest on my credit card.I shopped at Garner White on 8 mile. My mattress arrived less that 24 hours. I will return to GW on 8 mile as I was very happy with my sales person Kevin.

Robin Monterosso: Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.

Large shirts on small hangers, misplaced items everywhere. This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

He teaches classes, he has beautiful dresses on display.. and most reasonable Italian Suiting fabric that ranged from $35 to $65 a yard... he offers classes and I will be attending some if not all of them. Stop by and support this business.
