I filled out the financing application online and was told he’d pull it up in the morning. An hour after they opened Jeff was back in contact with me and got me approved. My dad was involved in the purchase since he is knowledgeable about bikes and we both agree Jeff was very honest with the entire process. I put a deposit down on the bike and signed the papers 2 days after contacting Bright. When I’m ready to purchase my next bike, I will be returning and purchasing from Jeff again! Kurt welcomed me with a smile and guided me through the process. Any sort of intimidation buying my first bike was left at the door when I saw how welcomed I was. Kurt was transparent and genuinely looked out for my well-being financially. Most dealers would run your credit 5, 6 or 7 times however Kurt took into consideration of how much it affects my credit score and ran it a few times. I greatly appreciated that. The whole process lasted a few hours but, was painless. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!
