Had over-ordered for our project and reached out well within the 30 day return period to be told that the company has NO CONTROL over their online ordering system and does not handle anything to do with them. Any time I call the "online ordering" phone number, I cannot get an answer. I've been trying to return these products for months now with ONE email communication from them. Terrible customer service, and even worse communication.

Lady took the call and I looked around trying to find what I needed.After several minutes, the phone call still had her undivided attention, so I went to Lowes and bought what I needed.How can a bricks and mortar specialty store expect to stay in business if they ignore customers who COME IN THEIR STORE TO BUY MERCHANDISE, and talk to someone on the phone instead?Won't be going back.
