Joshua Blovsky: Cant speak for their work, but the sales team is a joke. Cant even get these guys to call me back.

LB: This company is horrible. We agreed to pay a Quarterly service call fee but they never call to schedule a time. After multiple attempts an appointment was scheduled. Once they arrive they refused to provide service. We were having work done on the exterior. We were subsequently sent a Bill for $ 589. The guy was here for 2 minutes and made no attempt to work with us or the contractor to correct the issue so they could enter. We will never work with this very unprofessional company again. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

C Taylor: Wasn’t built to code. Had to beg inspector to come back in order to open business in time. Then it broke within 8 months which cost over $2000 to fix. They said a power outage caused it so not under warranty. That was not true. Then they basically threatened me with a lean. Class act company!

favorite tai chi Pearson: We were so frustrated, our long time service tech had a helter-skelter approach to making major repairs on our elevator. We started repairs in January but by June the same problem existed. Each attempt to fixing it ended up with more problems! We were selling the house so it was a definite problem. Finally consistent lack of result and inconvenience, we just gave up and fired him.Lardner Elevator was recommended and what a difference! Right from my first contact with the office, I was connected with Craig and Mike both listened to my tale of elevator woe and assured me it would be fixed. Their support encouraged me again. An appointment was made immediately and the problem was fixed totally in two visits. Gary, our new tech, came out right away. He is what all techs should be, knowledgeable, considerate, very organized and focused. He understood what a problem this was to us and set about getting the job done quickly. There were no wiring diagrams, wires went everywhere and some weren't even connected. It was a mess but Gary stuck with it. He identified the problem and went to work. So after two years of problems and more visits that I can count, Gary's two visits left the elevator in a like new condition. He even cleaned and adjusted it so that it is quieter than ever and runs smoothly. Thanks to all the Lardner Folks who made this happen!! You're on our list of favorite people...
