Nadia Gaboutou: Visited the consulate for my visa and they were fast to respond to my emails. I also received my visa a few days after the in person visit. Couldn’t believe how fast it was. Absolutely recommend

Mellissa Oliver: I reached out to the Detroit Italian consulate in early July 2022 and received an email stating they would be out of office for a month. I reached back out in early August. Nothing. I reached back out a few weeks later and again in early September. Nothing. I've contacted different emails provided on their website and called multiple times without being able to leave a voice message. Nothing. I just need them to notarize a form. This is ridiculous.
Aprilia Rider: They deserve 0 star. Kept my passport for 4 weeks and couldn't retrieve my finger print. Didn't even bother to call and let me know. What a circus. Using covid as an excuse to slow down the visa process and raise visa fees. Lazy and very unprofessional people.
Candelaria Rybecky: Super fast but listen up! It’s hard to find the office. Enter through the first floor Mariott entrance and walk through the double doors to the building. To your left there is a security guars who is going to be able to guide you to the offices. It’s a maze so go there with time!
Brian Kerney: Rosa was amazing and great help! We needed some additional service and she was super kind and very friendly!! The consulate is fortunate to have all-star employees like Rosa! Service was quick and scheduled appointment was on time. Zero wait time, I highly recommend this office!

This wasn't about my experience only but I was there for more than hour and saw the same spirit with all the Lebanese fellows who visited the consulate. I wish all the Lebanese consulates around the world have a similar spirit.
