Background: If I could give 10 stars I would!! The service that I received was beyond professional and timely. I call him (Rudy) and his assistant Santa and his elf. They came out and repaired/ replaced all the shabby work the was done on my home. The whole house was installed wrong and my family was put in danger by the work that was done by the previous electrician. I had a open electrical panel that was not installed properly and was left open Rudy told me that anyone would had touched it they could of dead. He removed the whole electrical panel and replaced it. Required and replaced the outlets that was causing the panel to trip add new outlets in my basement and kitchen. He even came out on Christmas Eve took time out his day too figure out why electricity wasn’t going to my living room. Come too find out it was because of a stupid switch by the side door that controlled the living room( who does that)!! Bridget Opoku: We had our all-house generator installed one year ago. It is hard to put a price on "peace of mind" but this is what we now have. Noah and his crew of electricians and plumbers were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable with the installation. Maintenance is done automatically twice a year without any scheduling on our part. We highly recommend Noah Electrical!

Anguse Cheesesteak: 5 stars for the tech. 3 stars for the company.Tech did a great job diagnosing and fixing a few things, installing new fixtures, and quoting me on new hardware. He was also courteous in the house and wore a mask which was very considerate. Would highly recommend.The company I had a few issues with. I had to reschedule once because the tech wasn’t able to make it out to the property until after the window of time I scheduled, which was no big deal. Rescheduled directly with the tech and called the 855 number again to confirm the next day. After a couple calls with Noah Electical, it became clear I was calling into a call center and not speaking with anyone from the actual company. Was also prompted a few rimes to sign up for a yearly subscription and download their app, which seemed really odd. Then it became somewhat apparent that “Noah Electrical,” which appears to be a local Detroit company, is just a front for Premium Home Services based out of Chicago.On one hand, I suppose I didn’t mind if it’s Noah or Premium Home doing the electrical, but the lack of transparency just seems weird, misleading, and slightly predatory. On the other hand, I was trying to hire a local company/electrician, not a 3rd party app based out of state. The tech was a local guy, FYI. Again the lack of transparency just ruffles my feathers in the wrong way.Would absolutely recommend the tech. Would not recommend the company.Services:General repairs,Electrical panel repair
